Had been looking for foundation for some time and was running out of time before my birthday. How happy was I to find Luxe...OMG..if I were truly a makeup diva I would live here. What a fabulous spot and Bee helped me find a perfect match and type. She gave great tips and was really cordial(we found we had other things in common!) It was a great visit and I look forward to this being my spot. Reasonably priced; I bought foundation, mascara, and a contour palette. She gave good instructions and I have been complimented so much. Even by the hubby who doesnt care for make up!

This is all flea market stuff don’t bother!! I’m never coming here again! Honestly if you buy direct from these all these brands you find better amazing offers and discounts online! Also the owner stares so much she also made my shopping experience so uncomfortable! This lady acts weird! During checkout she even ask me if I was sent by another store like excuse me ? She has issues or something. Beware order online like I said there’s always discounts from these brands online ! I don’t even think some of this stuff is authentic ! Buy directly from the brand if you want real! 🤔

Good quality products, great prices and amazing selection but..the customer service is what did it for me.I stopped by the store in hopes of grabbing a few makeup brushes for my newest interest, applying makeup. Better late than never LOLI’ve never attempted to “beat my face” and wasn’t planning to. That is, until I was given the best customer service I have ever received.‘Bee’ started off by asking if she could help me find anything specific I may be looking for. Unbeknownst to her, I had NO idea what I was looking for 🤣I was floored by how patient and attentive Bee was with me and my beauty ignorance. She recommended and assisted me in the selection of every single tool and product I’d need to achieve my goal. I felt as if I was being given a free lesson on make up and application as we picked out products for my “novice face beat”.I left with the confidence that I have all the tools I need to begin my venture and if I should need any more help, I can always come back and ask Bee. This place is LASH HEAVEN... they have several styles and options. Regardless if you are new to wearing lashes or a Lash Queen I am sure you will find your fit. Their customer service is beyond anything I’ve experienced before. They are very helpful and don’t try to oversell you products. The fact that you can now order online is AMAZING and very beneficial but I definitely recommend anyone if they have to opportunity to set foot in this place to do so and see EVERYTHING they have to offer. The location is super cute, clean, organized and always has amazing music playing. Parking is no issue. 👌🏼

I had been in need of a new primer and thought that this would be a nice place to find one. only to be greeted with a death stare by a rather large lady behind the counter. was thoroughly creeped out as she didnt even ask me anything. just stood there, menacingly.

I drove from Dallas to Houston to check this store as I was excited since everything they promote on their Instagram looks exciting! So I had been bugging my parents to take as they made arrangements at work and I did too to make the 4hr trip.we arrive to the store and I’m a little disappointed there’s not as much eyeshadow palettes as I thought. I settle to get the Pinky Rose one.I get home excited to play with my new makeup as I sit there and notice the palette doesn’t seem to have much pigment,which I thought was weird since I thought those shadows were known to be really pigmented.I contact the page and let them know my situation and how unhappy I am with the palette,she then ask me send a video of swatching the palette as I did.She replies to me how unfortunate it was but it’s out of their hands that I should try to contact the brand as I have but not received as response.I then express to her how as the store selling the product they need to take responsibility and be considerate I did come from far and not only did I lose money at the store.She has not replied since then.As i also told her she never said anything about no return or exchange policy.They are now not wanting to be held responsible for this and I will take extreme measures if I have to,all I am asking is a refund for the 24.99 I spent on that awful palette.

I don’t really agree with these prices , I can actually save more money shopping online. Save your money and gas , most of these brands have these items for a lot less on website. A lot of these brands you can find at other makeup stores for less as well I know a a few in Houston. I’m not feeling this area it’s a little low class for me. When I left I even noticed an employee staring me down till I got in my boyfriends car I felt a little unsafe coming to this area I wouldn’t come here alone.

Don’t believe the “Great” reviews this store is not what it seems to be ! The lady name Brenda who I think is the owner is really weird. I wouldn’t trust this place with my card info ! Im pretty sure I’m not the only one that picks up this owner is pretty off in her mind! There isn’t much of anything ! There’s a lot of out of stock items not a great selection of makeup brands! The only brush cleaner she offers is a huge bar of soap called “zote” which is a laundry detergent soap from Mexico I don’t feel that’s very safe for face products! I just had an overall weird experience with weird energy! I’m sticking to Sephora! Is this stuff authentic?

My friend and I came to the store for makeup we were pretty excited to come here when suddenly a dark heavy set lady kept looking at as in a weird way she would not take her eyes off of us she then approached us and ask us we were there to lerk we couldn’t believe the strait approach this was our first time there she seems scary my friend and I looked at each other like what :O if this lady was the owner she shouldn’t make her customers feel uncomfortable by worrying about who sells makeup in the area this makeup is down the street from the makeup wholesalers in Houston so relax lady we were new customers walking in we are never coming back !!
