I would advise that you do not purchase hair from this company. Their 13 by 6 frontal units are not really a 13 by 6. You are only able to wear it in a middle part. No deep side parts. I believe that with all the money spent on these wigs that the company should be very transparent on what they consider a full frontal. I’m very disappointed with my experience. I honestly wish I had read the reviews on google beforehand. I called back less than a hour after purchasing and asked to exchange my wig for something else, like an actual full frontal and was told “due to covid no exchanges or refunds” which was even more disappointing. This is giving me big false advertisement vibes, but hey I guess I’m stuck with it. I washed the wig and it’s shedding like crazy, never worn, just washed and it’s paper thin. I guess this is why you get that “free”extra bundle.Besides that the young lady that was there was very kind and pleasant.

This is the only hair I work with. The best hair and hd lace in the city. All my clients love their hair. The lace lays perfectly and it’s actual real HD Lace. They stay stocked up. They will accommodate if you need a certain look and their customer service is superb. I love working with their hair I can’t express that enough. Even with coloring it just bounces back.

Mam, this is absolutely NOT what you said over the phone when I called you less than a hour after my purchase. My exact question was “what can we do about this?” And verbatim you said “I’m sorry but due to COVID all sales are final.no refunds or exchanges” so me thinking it I was stuck with this wig that I didn’t ask for let my stylist wash it. So please keep that same energy you had over the phone. You are now on this review trying to save face. Unprofessional I see. Anyways this isn’t up for debate. You “hair junkies” are scheming scamming and shamming people out of hundreds of dollars for poor quality hair. On topof that y’all definition of a frontal is also false advertisement. Y’all got it though.

The hair and lace are nice but I was sold a unit that was too big for my head and it wrinkles on my forehead due to that. Maybe next time I’ll get a small fit for my crown. Maybe next time the person there would have a concern for the customer to make sure they choose the right one instead of staring a first time customer down in hopes to close the $520 sell because it’s custom.

I would highly not recommend you purchase any hair from this company, not even a week has passed & my hair was shedding & tangling all over the place , I called to speak to someone & kept getting the run around on when I can talk to a manager. I sent the owner a video & she assured me it was the chemicals I used which was only Pantene , she mailed me some shampoo & assured me it would fix the issue & to no avail the hair is still horrible!!!!!

Purchased a 24in wig. The quality is extremely poor. After having my cousin install the wig yesterday she couldn’t even curl the hair. I honestly believe they use cheaper hair to make their wigs and it shows. The hair is extremely thin, can’t curl for nothing, I’m honestly very disappointed. This is a lesson learn I would never order another wig from this company I feel like I’ve wasted $575 because this is the worst hair I’ve ever purchased. Word of advice: if you’re going to use low quality hair the price should reflect that as well. I definitely will not recommend purchasing a wig from this establishment.

Hello,I am contacting you all regarding the hair I bought from this store. Today, I will either dispute my charge through my bank or come by sometime this week to receive a new closure because this is ridiculous.My purchase consisted of 24, 26, 28 bundles and an 18 closure for the price of $530+ The quality of the hair was not worth the outrageous price, especially the closure. For example, the hair is dry and the closure is MATTING and SHEDDING extremely BAD. This happened not even a week after getting it installed. I had to cut my hair for my graduation pictures all the way down to the middle of my back because of the tangling. Its sad because numerous amounts of colleagues told me to come to Exquisite due to it being the best in Houston.I would have never thought $500 hair would mat this bad. If that was the case, I would have gone to the beauty supply store.

The 5x5 “HD” 20in straight closure i purchased wasn’t worth the $200 I spent. But the lady was very sweet & had excellent customer service.

Best hair ever and customer service I have received from any hair store i have ever tried. I can’t lie they are the best. The hair on Instagram looks so good and it makes it even better that it’s great hair in person as well. I get so many compliments, the hair is long thick full and I got no shedding surprisingly. I highly recommend the Malaysian wave texture. I have straightened and all and it still returns to its natural curl pattern. Can’t top that one ladies you have a true and happy customer. Came in and the receptionist was very sweet. She walked me through my entire purchase. I didn’t really know what to get or buy it was my first time trying a frontal. I have heard horror stories about them pulling out edges and not lasting long. But my experience was the best. I got it installed and my hair is so pretty, it looks like it’s coming directly out of my scalp. I love it I get no shedding no tangling and I honestly have no complaints. I didn’t even need the 2 week touch up they recommended. I am going on week 4 and my hair is still intact. Gorgeous flowy and I get lots of comments I am definitely satisfied and I will try a frontal again. Best straight hair I have ever received.

This place is amazing! I found this place through their commercials and I am so glad I did. The inside of the store is so beautiful and unique! The front desk girls were so welcoming and helpful. This was my first time purchasing a full lace wig and they made the purchase so easy. I had got the Brazilian Straight full lace wig and I am so in love with it. At first I thought my hair would be too long to get extensions...and then it being an all black business I thought that the service would be biased because I’m Mexican. Ive heard about this spot for a while and had been meaning to visit, but never got around to it. . . Then Her Imports started playing with my money and I was finally forced to look elsewhere. Im so glad I made the drive. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a smile, unlike other major hair stores in Houston. The girl at the counter (I THINK her name was Jasmine) was so friendly and helpful. I needed to buy a lace closure and she had no problem with showing me several different options so I could make a decision. Not once did she act like I was an inconvenience while I was there to spend my money at their establishment.Now on to the hair itself: I purchased a 14 in. Peruvian body wave lace closure. I bleached the knots, plucked the hairline a little and dyed the hair jet black- no problems whatsoever. The hair is really soft, no shedding or tangling, and it holds a curl well. Ive had it for 4 days now, but so far its fabulous. I definitely plan on returning when its time for so fresh bundles. Thanks for a great experience, ladies. 😊

Let me start by saying this hair company is amazing! I went in with a indecisive mind set because I wasn’t sure if I really wanted to buy a frontal and bundles but I wasn’t all the way sure. When I walked in I was greeted which is major thing for me and the interior was so beautiful. The lady at the front counter was so sweet and she helped me decide on Peruvian body wave and I freaking loved it so much!! I strongly recommend anyone that is looking for hair with great quality to go here! You will not be unsatisfied at all.

Hair wasn’t installed good and the hair quality was awful, tangled and oily. I really wanted to like this place,but they are more concerned about looking nice for Instagram and not worried on the quality of performance and of their products. I had to cut the hair into a bob and still I am having trouble with it. They also have “secret little” service prices on the 5x5 closures. 500 dollars down the drain I won’t return. Buyer beware.Edit (after takedown of my sew in) - My edges were gone. I had to regrow my edges and it took a year for that to happen. I wasn’t going to come back till my edges came back to post the update. If you want your edges please go to someone more experienced on the install.

I came in about a year ago and was greeted by Jasmine. I wanted a hand wig made and I wanted it dyed fire red. I bought 3 28 and a 26 in the Brazilian straight and a 20 in the closure. She had my wig made by the next day. And I still have my wig. It’s still soft, long full and the color is still shiny. My closure is still good too but I know imma need a new one soon. I just bought another wig this time Curly with the golden blond ends. And I love this wig just as much if not more. I wish I could upload the pictures for you guys to see. I love how she makes my wigs and she colors my hair without ruining the texture. And most of all THEY LAST the hair, the wig it’s all heaven sent.

I came into this establishment a couple of weeks ago with my wife. The ladies were so lovely and they helped me and my wife get the hair she wanted. I can definitely say that her hair has never looked this good and I like it cause it dont be all over the floor and she looks beautiful. I love the curly hair, and still have some curly hair from college we graduated in 2014 and that hair is still good. The ladies are great, their customer service is TOP NOTCH ! Customer service was good. I AND MY BESTFRIEND purchased 3 bundles and a frontal from them and had our hair done back to back. After 2 weeks the curly hair was matted and dry and this is not my first rodeo with hair. My aunt and mom owns a salon that’s been running before i was born. I construct my own wigs and i can do my hair myself. I didn’t have the to so i paid to get it done. I and my best friend hair only lasted 2 weeks. I contacted her about how the hair was holding up and was told it was my fault that no one has ever complained about her hair . She called me and was arguing with me and also blamed her customer instead of just upfront asking me to bring the hair to her so she could look at it. I know how to manage hair which is what i told her. I loved the customer service when i paid her and purchased bundles even the install. After was horrible customer service. Just be cautious ladies

In response to your response some tips to you when you want to interview someone maybe you should also smile and be poliet and not just give someone a blank stare and be standoffish. I saw nothing wrong in my attire and have never had any complaints of how I’ve dressed before when getting interviews and have gotten jobs dressed like how I dressed when I saw you today. True I didn’t bring my resume but it seems like you couldn’t even pull it up on your computer either which was strange to me... I couldn’t really even find any info about your business as I had said but like I said it was a blessing already have a full time job was looking for a part time but that definitely wouldn’t have been the right fit for me. Customer service needs improvement. Sales rep was monotone like she could care less with what I wanted (like I’m not about to spend half a rack or more on my hair) and why is your breakfast all over the register? Anyways, I saw this hair company online thinking they had the same hair on hand but I was wrong. I was willing to check out the hair but I’ve seen better hair else where and wasn’t going to invest in that. She put it up before I said I didn’t want it. Lol It was an emergency but I wasn’t desperate. So I went to fancy hair a block over and was greeted with a smile from the owner who’s hair was AMAZING and had lots of a knowledge about it. I did have to wait to get the frontal but it was worth it! Wefts were thick like the hair.

Immediately upon installing my hair, I noticed really bad tangling and shedding. Within 2 weeks, I contacted the company through the email address provided on their Instagram page. I went back and forth with the owner, I’m guessing, in emails over the course of maybe a week. I did have to prompt her to respond once after my email had gone ignored over the weekend. I let her know, in detail, the problems I was experiencing, even going so far as to provide videos at her request. Her response to the video was that the hair “may just need some TLC.” That was annoying to say the least, as I didn’t believe that a business owner should be giving me tips on how to make the brand new product I had just purchased from her better. I told her that her telling me that was the equivalent to a person purchasing a car brand new then being told to immediately go and get an oil change, a wash and new tires. She never responded after that.I was highly disappointed with my purchase and the customer service alike. I feel like I was sold a defective product and would not recommend that anyone purchase from here.

I ordered a full lace wig. They called me and told me that there was none available, and that they could make me a wig with the same bundles and a frontal. Of course i said yes because i was leaving to go out of town in about a week. Then i got the wig installed and once i got out of town i realized that the frontal / closure was not the same as the bundles they put on the wig . Which made me made because i had to keep water on my head to make it match . I told one of the ladies in the company and she told me about some type of shampoo to put on my hair but it did not work out . And now the closure is shedding bad.

This is my, third set of bundles from this company and they never miss the mark the hair is always so soft. It lasts a really long time I am always pleased with my purchase.

I found this place on IG. Their pictures, & videos got me stalking them at 2am lol. I sent them a dm and inquired about their hd frontal units they got back to me immediately and they had HD. Everyone in Houston is sold out of HD. Everyone everywhere but these ladies had it. I went in felt the hair and that was it for me. I was sold. I have installed my unit 3x and that lace melts in like butter thank you guys so much. Ive been a customer of Exquisite hair for the last 4 years and didnt have a problem until I made a very special purchase on Monday. I called the store in advance to ask if they had any HD lace wigs in stock and the young lady said yes. So I drove from the North side to make the purchase, felt the wig/lace and asked the young lady was she sure it was HD lace. The employee said yes. I proceeded to purchase the wig and took it to my stylist where she confirmed the wig I was sold was NOT HD lace but it was standard lace. I called the store back and spoke with the young lady and she spoke with the manager and their response was it will still look good on you and match your skin tone well but all sales are not refundable. I even offered to exchange the item for something else and it was denied. I asked to speak with the manager who has yet to give me a call.All in all, the employee left me under the impression that she lied to me about the type of products I was receiving just to get the sale and the business isnt taking responsibility. Unacceptable. It was a nice run but customer service always comes first for me.——————————————————-Response to owner:I am left under the impression this is what your employee told you was the schedule of events and unfortunately it is completely false. All above mentioned is accurate.1. I originally inquired about lace frontals over the phone then immediately inquired about lace wigs. She said there was stock in HD lace for both. I came to see both2. At no point did I speak to the manager on the phone. I only spoke with the employee who stated she spoke with the manager3. The employee NEVER mentioned anything thing about the lace being SWISS nor transparent4. For the wig purchased I asked the employee was she sure it was HD and she then confirmed “Yes” prior to the purchase5. The wig is not tampered with and came out of the bag for a moment and placed back but I can respect your policy. No problem. GREAT POLICY.6. The employee DID NOT offer me a discount at any point. As originally mentioned I’ve been coming to you all for 4 years and I would have happily taken the discount for misinformation as a courtesy and moved on since my request of an exchange of equal value wasn’t an option. I just didn’t want to end up with 2 identical wigs for no reason. I got the 613 2 (26 in) && 1(24)... very true to length I wanted 30s and 28s but the 26 was perfect for me. I have had bad experience with hair, it always matte up and tangles bad. NOT THIS HAIR!!! I bought 2 bundles about 3 weeks ago, the quality is terrible very dry and keep being tangled. I did treatments and conditioning nothing works! I finally had to cut my hair to a bob because the quality was so bad! I contacted them on Instagram and they told me to bring my hair for a deep conditioning treatment!! Bad costumer service and bad quality i will never buy their products again!

I purchased some Curly hair which is now into a Wig but was Initially installed with a Sewin and frontal. I’ve been having the hair for a while. Yes it’s requires a lot of maintenance but it’s okay. The frontal was tooo THICK for my liking. And it does Not match the pattern of my Bundles. But with products it blends. But she definitely mislead me with the Bio silk and Conditioner which is at the local supply. Threw it in The bag but i wasn’t aware of being charged. Which i already has those products at home. It was sneaky but overall the hair is okay. Drys a bit much so you’ll be buying conditioner and biosilk alot

The bundles or good but the sew in is not so great. Why i say this because after two days the back of my hairnet was coming up and you can see my tracks in the front of my head.

Okay so first and foremost he slayed my hair in less than 2 hours honey !I must say I enjoyed his company and his skills a lot he has a very down the earth personality and I love it. My only issue was his hour late tardiness which he DID make up for and I have to admit I booked with him at 10:30 am the same morning he got back into town slo no biggy. Other then that my mother would like to add that the owner jasmine came off ghetto hood and some may say money hungry.

I walked into this store and was amazed at just the sight of it.Its soooo pretty inside omg the glitter walls are life!I was greeted with a smile and water and snacks.The front counter girl Dimi is so cute and sweet. What I can say about customer service is there is no customer service. So call owner who would not display her name is very rude and disrespectful and impolite and a big lier. First off was told she was not in the office but she was. She will lie and contradict herself on what she tells you . When I purchase the hair it was hairs out of place conditioning and prewashing did nothing for it as I thought it would. When I purchase the hair I asked could the hair be bleach and maintain maintenance I was told yes . But now when I make a complaint the owner supposedly is trying to blame dying process on the reason why the hair has a lot of fly aways and is very tangely although this was the case before I even dyed it. So while discussing this I explained to her that my mom is having the same problems and did not dye her hair she still was not willing to do anything for my mom hair like exchange or refund. She just put the phone down and never said hold on or came back to the phone. So finally I hung up and called back they put me on hold for the longest then hung up. When I called back I was blocked. Do not spend your money with these unprofessional ghetto women. They know nothing about business or customer service. I came to this location because today I read a few nice reviews about the hair. Only to find out that when I came to the location I was going to be required to purchase two products in order to purchase the hair that I wanted. I informed the sales rep (cashier) that I already had the products that she was trying to force me to buy. She told me I couldnt purchase the hair unless I bought the products because those products ensure that the hair will remain at its best state. The crazy part is the the two items that she was requiring me to purchase were items that are sold at every local beauty supply store. Its one thing to recommend a product for hair but to force someone to purchase a product is crazy. Especially when the product is sold in other places. I understand that you would want your customers to have the best experience when using hair but when someone istelling you that already have the products it makes no sense to purchase more. This place has horrible customer service and has no logic when explaining their hair purchasing policy. The owner lost a $300 sale because i didnt want to purchase an item that I could buy at any hair supply. With that begin said lesson learned when talking over the phone with ppl they should Tell you everything before you make a crash dumbie trip from other side of town lucky I was able to find all virgin hair from all virgin hair boutique.

I attempted to order hair from this business. After purchasing through PayPal and receiving confirmation of my order there where no more updates about processing or shipping. There is also no information available on the website. After several interactions with the owner of the site, who was very condescending, including but limited to very distasteful and degrading statements about black women. A refund was issued through a dispute I initiated through paypal, although the refund was delayed several times because the seller had insufficient funds. See Yelp Review! Buyers beware

I an using my boyfriend phone but when I say I love this hair. Its the best hair ever I got the Peruvian Body wave 20,22,24 and a 18 frontal ! Ully slayed my frontal as he usually does. My hair is so soft and full and the frontal matches so good everyone thinks that this is my scalp ! I love it soooooo much ! Thank you sooo much ! Exquisite Hair Junkies come get you some !!!

Jasmin was very friendly when calling about purchasing a full lace wig. She promptly put it online for me to purchase it. I received the wig within 2 days so I was very happy about that! The issue occured when I received the hair. Again I thought I was purchasing a full lace wig as described online but what I got was a glueless full lace wig..completely different. I didn’t pay $475 for that. I didn’t call the shop back because I had a hair appointment in 2 days and nothing could be done at that point. The hair quality is oooook...it sheds quite a bit-there’s a bunch of short little hairs around the front that aren’t baby hairs & it’s pretty dry even after adding product to it. Overall I kind of feel like I wasted my money honestly.

My stylist won’t work with any other frontal but theirs now lol. They’re preplucked already unlike the ones from She’s Happy their frontals are so trash and the lace we not gon get on it. I been following this place on Instagram for months. Trying to decide which texture of hair I wanted because everything just looked so good. I was torn in between everything. But I ended up going with the jassie curl....And I think I made the best decision of life i love my hair, ully did my install and it looks like scalp sis. My hair so full and long and pretty everybody keeps asking me where I got it from. I was scared at first because I never tried them, and I must say this hair so good. And the hair products that come with it are worth. When you go on their ig say hey girl cause that’s me on there with all them views and likes...I went viral sis. Thank y’all. And yes ully shop far from hair junkies but I won’t complain because my hair slayeddd.....yasssss for the hair junkies wig. I want that natural wave one next. The one from the tutorial.

Best hair company in Houston. The ladies are so nice and cute, they helped me make sure I slay when I get to Vegas. My hair literally felt like silk. I will never go anywhere else for hair. The front counter girls were so nice. And they are just as pretty in person as they were on their commercial I saw on Instagram. Ladies y’all are doing the right thang and are going in the correct direction. After I saw that video I said man I gotta go in there and get some hair. It’s the REAL DEAL!!!! ! Plz believe the hype. I have good and bad things to say about this place. Ok the good, good prices on bundles, cute building, and you can take your picture after your done getting your hair done. Now, I dont stay in Houston, but always travel when it comes to my hair, Im picky. I found hair junkies, and was talking to Jazz about my hair and what to get done to it. Ive really been wanting a 360 frontal, and I was under the impression that Jazz was going to be my stylist, sooooooooo, my date comes to get slayed, and Im ready, get there and have to wait 2 hours before Jazz came. Long story short, sh had to wait on the hair from UPS, ok, no problem, Im ready, then she says, Im going to braid your hair, and your stylist will be here to style it. Ok.... Thought it was you, but whatever, Im ready!! Well, had to wait for the stylist to show up, and began on my hair. Now when he got finished, he showed Jazz and other people that was in there, and he replied that i was his 2nd 360 frontal to do, which scared me, but it looked good!! I took my video pic and was out the door. Now, Im not rich ok? Altogether I paid 580 for the 2 bundles, the frontal and to get it put in, and the next day, a side was already coming up. I didnt trip, I text the shop and asked what glue did he use to do my hair, no reply, so I found it and brought some, (which I never used)with us to our Trip in a couple of days on a cruise boat. I literally wore my hair up for two days, when we were on our trip, I trird to put it up in a high bun, and my husband seen nothing but net in the back, sooooooooo, I had to wear it down for the remaining of the week. Got back 3/4, and I made a call to get touched up from the first time, was just too fast to come apart, my appointment was for later the week. We made it there 45 min late, 2 hr drive with traffic we have to go through, but understood, Im late, cant wait ok, But you got 3 people in front of me, and didnt say a word to me, so after waiting for 2 hrs AGAIN, we left, and I rescheduled again for the following week, which was on the 17th,. We were about 10 minutes late, but still had to wait for the stylist to come. Now here is the REAL reason why Im NEVER going back. I got to the back, and my frontal is stuck, wont come up, washed it, and after some pulling, it came apart. Now need I remind you, I dont do hair, so I dont put anything on it that will damage it, especially when its a piece that I can reuse again,the front part had crust like super glue or something all on it, kept asking me if I put anything on it, and I said no, and it wouldnt come off!!!! So, he soaked it in alcohol for atleast 45 min, nothing, its still the same. Now Jazz is the owner, I know that you got money, you have a business, so it dont really matter to you if I dont come back or buy your hair, your good, BUT when a person like me who lives paycheck to paycheck, and spent a car note/groceries/rent on my hair, I want it to ATLEAST lat a few weeks b4 coming apart, but your attitude showed that you didnt care. She asked me how much money did I have on me, ( only brought 50 with me, not expecting to have to need another frontal,) I told her, and she said no, I cant do that, her fro talks were 210, didnt work with me, offer anything, nothing, and I thought that was tesl rude, being Ive been up there within 3 weeks 3 times????? And that was it, she kept on found a mannequin hair, so my stylist just SAT there and worked with it, until he got it back on, the back isnt glued, just sewed in, and you can see the net, then you feel my hair, you can feel and see my tracks/braids, Im not happy at all. No need complaining, its not going to change anything., But I will do this review to show my dissatisfaction. So, Im looking for sommeone who can slay a 360 like I want and what is the price? Have to start all over again . Dont get me wrong, they can do hair, but 360? I dont think so, all this $$_ive paid, I could if went to the hood, and found someone to slay me up!! Good hair and prices in that, but if you make an appointment, have time to spare!!!

Customer service is extremely terrible. The girl charged me for conditioners and biosilk that I did not ask for and when I tried to return them she said “it comes with the hair and it’s none negotiable” HOW DOES IT COME WITH THE HAIR BUT I HAD TO PAY FOR IT??? Separately.

I honestly never tried any hair before except ShesHappyHair but they didn’t have 613 hair . So I went here I purchased 4 bundles & frontal . The hair was shedding before I even installed it , I mean shedding horribly . I paid $544.32 for this hair and it’s shedding like crazy . It was 24’ 24’ 22’ with a 20’ frontal now I look like I have a bob and I only had this hair for a week . I’m really unsatisfied . I literally have to curl it or flat iron it everyday for it to look decent and I never had to do that before with any hair . Never again .
