Stores was pretty dark. However they appeared to have a large variety of hair and hair products.

I had a great experience shopping with K beauty supply. Though the store seemed a bit crowded, they had such a variety of products it made sense. The customer service was great. I was thoroughly helped and the associate made sure I had everything I needed before I left. I only got 2 bundles of hair but the product itself was better than expected. I definitely plan to return again if I’m in the area.

Very well stocked store more the larger store chains that carry hair products. Prices are very reasonable. The male cashier who helped me today was very helpful and friendly. I will visit again.

Nice store but when I googled “Black Owned Beauty Supply Store” this popped up and it’s definitely not Black Owned.

This is a great beauty supply. They have many different hair textures for popular styles. I like the service that the guy that works in the wig area provides. He is very helpful. Just dont go 1hr till closing because you will feel like they dont want you there and are trying to run you off so gave 3 stars for that.

The Owner had some people stealing in his store. Now he judge every one that comes.He watch you like a hawk. This not a good place to do business. I would give this place a0 if I could bfs

Wife needed stockings

I had to do a return here and the owner was very rude. On the receipt it doesnt state no refunds or exchanges so I had no idea. Upon returning the owner pointed above the check out counter for the sign and when youre getting in and out you definitely do not notice it. The Hispanic guy was very professional and polite but the Asian owner was terrible.

Horrible place! My friend purchased clippers that were messed up & not only did they refuse to refund her but they also refuse to give her another one of the same clippers because they didnt have any more. She bought them the SAME DAY not even a day passed & they couldnt be courteous enough to make an exception being that she bought them that sme day! Horrible!!

The store was just very small and had little variety.

Customer service is terrible. I felt like a criminal as soon as I walked in the door. The owner doesnt speak greet or knowledge customers. He just walks around the store staring at people making sure theyre not taking anything. When I walked in he was right in front of me looked me straight in my face and didnt smile say welcome or anything of the sort. I immediately felt like I was not welcome. I will never return to this location ever again.

After visiting this store for the 3rd time i realized, they are rude, and not lenient at all on exchange policies, AND only give cosmetologist discount on chemicals. I will gladly drive 10 minutes down 90 to get to C & R Beauty on 2234 (Texas Pkwy) any day before returning.

Fairly small store, ok selection choices, a little pricey on hair products.

Nice wigs, though some are a bit pricey, decent place though. Id recommend.
