I went in to buy a grill and Joe walked me through all the features and provided excellent service. If youre looking for the best customer service and not the big box experience this is the place to go. They stand behind the products they sell and are extremely helpful. Ill never buy an appliance anywhere else. They went above and beyond to help me get my grill setup and unexpectedly to me, the same day. They have a customer for life.

Excellent sales, and installation support. The sticker prices are high but the value of the investment into these products is worth it. Our wolf appliances have been outstanding.

Very insightful friendly staff who can articulate the way a hood should work. Did not realize they sold appliances (refrigerator, stove, grills, ice machines etc) would strongly consider them for future appliance needs.

Price was the same as going anywhere else. They probably order the product for many of the others around i.e.... Appliance Smart etc. Had the woman helping me give me their install guys contact information.... we emailed to back and forth. He told me he would call to schedule a time for him to look at the job. A week went by and I made other arrangements.... I actually had another contractor installing the unit because I never heard back and the first contractor just shows up at my door. No call no nothing. ACKWARD! I told him he lost the job because he couldnt get back to me.
