A quick shout-out to Kevin and John at Rogness. Our GE fridge fried its compressor inverter control board on a Sunday. Monday morning, called 4 repair shops. All had a +5 day wait except Rogness. Kevin was able to stop by Monday and diagnose the problem in minutes. Part was on backorder throughout the city with a 1-2 week delay. I was able to find an OEM on-line (GE Parts didnt even have one) and installed it myself after a quick conversation with Kevin....just to be sure. Fridge is back on an cooling down. Ive had Rogness service at least 5 different pieces of equipment over the years and theyve been very easy to work with and quick to respond! They provide fair prices, the repair people seem to have a good handle on what they are doing, and they have talked me through repairs so I know what Im paying for and can better evaluate options.

Today I needed to fix my dryer. So I found Rogness Services on the web for parts and answers to my questions. They were very helpful over the phone and set the belt I needed aside for pick-up.
