Staff is friendly and do a good job helping you find the right product. Prices are competitive, too. Theyre phone system is a mess, but thats a corporate thing (seriously, how can a phone system be that bad). Only complaint, is that sometimes in trying to help they go outside their knowledge. I would rather hear I dont know, but let me find out, then a guess.

Sale rep was nice. They are the best in electronics anywhere. Most reps know the products in there department, however some could be better at knowing the products and explaining them in the area they are selling. Also, if they dont know please just say, I dont know the answer to that question, however let me get someone that may be able to answer your question. DONT wing it!

I hadnt shopped here since high school in Wisconsin. I needed some accessories for the office. Not only was the staff technical, they got product delivered from another store to this one the same day. One of the objects was refurbished and came with a warranty. They even loaded into my car.

Bought another TV there. Said it was in fair condition. Guess thats why the open box item didnt have the TV stand or remote. Didnt mention that online however. I made another stand work and used a spare Roku remote to make it work. Missing items mentioned on the box, but not online where I bought it at bestbuy.com.

Went in to buy a Samsung Watch. The gentleman Hayden, a Samsung Rep, was so nice and knowledgeable, that even though I was pricing everything ended up coming back in the store from parking lot and buying the watch. Even got great service from the register associate to get the watch delivered faster to my house.

I went to check out Ring doorbell. We bought one a year ago and couldnt get it to work. Contacting Ring about warranty replacement, cant get same package this year. Appreciated the help I got from Best Buy associate explaining whats now available. Disappointed that we spent $240 in September,2020 for what would end up being $140 this year with less included.

The sales associates on the floor were helpful and friendly. But the geek squad were not so good. I stood there for over 5 minutes staring at the one in the front who was talking to a customer. I get it but at least acknowledge me and call someone else to help. There were like 3 guys just a few feet away who were just talking and didnt even greet me. Poor customer service in geek squad and I would not leave my computer with them.

Went to enquire about iPhone upgrade program and waited for ~15 mins to get help. Finally someone came and started showing his attitude, he was like “I know everything and been doing this from 10 years and network providers won’t be doing like these kind of offers. You have have to use the service for 24 months” I was like Bruh if you don’t know just keep quiet, don’t show your fattitude at me.He doesn’t know anything about the offer and searched a PDF for 5 mins and started saying his own terms and conditions which were not listed anywhere.Be aware and do your homework before going to the store

I love coming to best buy for my electronics. This particular time it took them over 15 mins for them to tell me they werent going to price match the Newegg. Com website because it was sold by a vendor. No problem I understand policies but next time, dont make the customer wait over 15 mins then just say no we cant price match it. It was only a $10 discount so I dont care that much about the price matching just feel like my time was wasted.

Its a hit or miss with the employees .. because the man who helped us with the tv was NO HELP.. rude and didnt want to help us .. but the young man who helped me with the ear phones and wireless speakers was amazing! He went above and beyond. Id go back and look for him to help me.

Good luck getting anybody to answer a phone at the store. you walk in the door and they seem to have employees everywhere.... But answering the phone is a different thing. I bought a monitor for my laptop and got all the correct cables. Got the monitor home its not working. Wanted to simply have a chat over the phone with somebody to see if its a simple fix but it looks like Im going to have to pack everything up, bring it back into the store and have them hand me a new one and hope that works. Super frustrated. I cant believe that they dont have somebody at the store in charge of the phones. This happens multiple times. Been trying to call somebody for hours.

Left the Apple store because they are appointment only just to come to Best Buy to be ignored. We waited about 10 minutes interested in an Apple Watch and no service. My wife even accidentally set off the alarm for the iPad and an employee walked over, disarmed it, and walked away. We waited again while the employees chatted near the register then walk over to a different gentleman and asked if he needed help. Not buying an Apple watch here. Do better Best Buy.

For the most part the staff were very engaging. All seemed pretty genuine. Honestly though I prefer shopping online to in person shopping at places like best buy. The employee that helped me was great! Spent time with me and was very knowledgeable! But after I purchased my items, I couldnt get one to fit in my car so I came back in and the guy that helped me was busy with someone else. So a different guy, kid I should say, helped me and didnt really know much about anything, which I understand. So I bought another product to replace the one that wouldnt fit and ended up bringing them both back. I probably would have gotten better help online and would never have had to leave my house and have had everything working. Thats why retail is dying.

Don’t buy anything from these scammers, apparently there is a nonsense fee for returning some products, the guy said the manager may be able to waive it but the manager told me if i’m gonna exchange it when i said no he said he can just waive half of it. Be aware of buying stuffs from best buy (bug!)

The Apple store nearby was extremely busy and by appointment only, so I ran over here to get a new iPad today. So glad I did. I was helped right away, and the gentleman (Jayden?) that helped me was super knowledgeable and understanding. Plus I didn’t need to wait hours for an appointment to shop. I wasn’t sure about purchasing Apple products from Best Buy but I’d definitely go to this location to do so again.

Best Buy has done well competing against online merchants. When you buy from A... or W... you may get offshore knock-off merchandise of dubious quality and wish to return it. With a store like BB a) you can touch the product before purchase b) Never any counterfeit products c) warranty d) service & support. Certainly begin your shopping online but include BB in your comparison- considering all factors the best VALUE may be Best Buy

This is my preferred Best Buy. everyone has their favorite. I remember when the ancestor of this store was a Sound of Music store located up the street where the giant Minnetonka water tower now stands. I don’t mind using the web and ordering online but it can be tricky to find the right product without seeing options and talking to an actual person. Appliances, computers, media and dongles, they have it all and usually in stock. I appreciate the Best Buy commitment to staff and guest safety during this pandemic and have visited the store with confidence. Earlier today our kitchen microwave blew up. So we rode our Vespa scooters over to this Best But store and met with Tim who found us the perfect KitchenAid replacement. Installation and removal of the old appliance is arranged.

Excellent customer service! Walked in needing to buy a TV for my dad who was stuck in his bedroom for 14 days in isolation. I know nothing about televisions. I left with an excellent option, at a great price. They even took the time to give me instructions on how to set it up quickly and easily, making the transition to a Smart TV a breeze.

I would like to give a shout out to Rob Bramwell who gave us excellent service on our 40” tv. We had purchased a tv in December, and it’s screen went out in April. This BestBuy location offers a wide range of home appliances not found in most stores. The north side of the store has an area dedicated to home appliances and kitchen layouts. If you are renovating your kitchen, I highly recommend this store for browsing new appliances and layout ideas.

My friend and I went in this week and were presently surprised by helpfulness and availability of store employees. Especially when it came to Kendrick in Cameras, this guy went above and beyond with information and just the way he presented himself. Got me signed up for bestbuy rewards program and saved us a bunch of money. Also got my buddy hooked on the nicest tripod in the store. 10/10 recommend finding Kendrick if you need help in the store

From the time I walked into the store to the time that the gentleman loaded my new 75 Samsung in my SUV, I was very impressed. In fact they didnt bother me asking if I need any help a 105 times. They actually figured out how to tell when to approach me and when I needed help. They did it perfectly. The gentleman was unbelievably knowledgeable, clear as day and knew his stuff. They helped me make a decision regardless of what that decision was. They just used facts and functionality. Not the stores profitability. I was impressed to say the least. When your spending 3k on a new TV, it made a painful experience fun and enjoyable

The minnetonka store has some of the worst customer service in town. I went in to purchase an amplifier wiring kit, not only did it take the rude employee like 20 min to get a kit from the back, when i was ready to pay him for it my total was $86.01 and i had no change on me just two $50s so i asked if he could spare a penney and hes like, NOPE. So instead of going all the way out to my truck for a penney i desided to not purchase there item. This is a multi billion dollar company that cant spare a frickin penney while the little dumpy $1 store has a tray full of penneys for customers to use if needed. I would give this store 0 stars if i could.

Very good to be honest. We had a guy try to help us with an item he said was in store. He could not find it and we ordered it for pick up. They had it ready to go in about 15 minutes. The first guy I know tried his best to find it and was still very nice. So again it was a nice visit. Most places it seems now, people never wanna even say hi, or ask if you need any help.

I wish I could find a way to give them a zero🤦‍♂️ I am so disappointed at the customer service and how unenergized and uneducated they are about the services they offer. Bought AirPods from them and had the free six month apple music offer, the code was giving three months. So I called none of them answered any questions, they kept on forwarding me a different person for an hour!! Talked to 9 People! and never got answer. They said I will get an email in two hours, it has been almost 48 now.
