I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I went to this store a little over a month ago I cant say how happy I was with the customer service. I met the owners and they were so personable and helpful. Everything is super clean but the biggest thing that drew my attention is they mix your e liquid right there for you. They take the time out to explain how differently the e liquid they offer is used. Depending on your preference they explain difference between the PG and VP liquid. One gives a more bountiful vape taste other is more on point with how much vape you actually get. If your like me and both are important to you they mix it for you there. All in a controlled and in a sanitary fashion. My reason for delay on my review is that the e cigarette battery pack I purchased although working perfectly the charger is not an easy chargeé connector to find because this was a specialty case that holds up against the shock of my clumsiness as myself the battery pack holds to falls well. However because chargers have a short life span Im not sure if I will be able to find an exact replacement. So I wanted to wait to see how they would fix the problem however because it is a little out of my way I havent been able to find a solution but in sure they will problem solve the issue. I will gladly be returning because it is worth getting the quality of service and product that only this store supplies with a warm greeting and welcome smile. They have all different flavors and mgs from 0mg. Of nicotine to I believe 34mg and everything in between. They also have customer reward points for future purchases however you dont earn pts. On equipment like e cigarettes themselves, batteries, tanks etc which I think it is a mistake. A customer purchase is money spent at your store and with all the different options avaliable to purchase why not reward their customers for spending money there? I mean maybe offer less loyalty points for non eliquid purchases but nowadays everyone offers loyalty points honor it on the entire purchase. A Happy customer Makes a loyal customer that will have repeated business at your store! Will return and am excited I found this place because the eliquid is superb to anything available in this area or online.

Friendly service. The staff are all fluent in English and Spanish. They custom-make e-juice here on the spot! You can mix and match flavors and create your own, even.. Nice, clean, friendly atmosphere that reminds me a bit of an Apple store. Their hardware is very expensive, but their e-juice prices are fair for the premium quality of the juices. Pro-tip: If youre used to 80/20 VG/PG juices, order MaxVG. The flavorings add up to enough PG that you will still get nice thick clouds of vapor.

So let me start by saying before arriving to vaporfi we went to vapor shark and was treated horribly ... upon arriving at vaporfi we were greeted and helped immediately I believe the gentleman said his name was randy he was extremely helpful and answered all of my husbands questions a bit him set up with the mod we have been searching for it was a lovely experience and well worth our 30 minute drive

Great variety of liquids yes. i been with them for over a year and i never had any problem till now that they have lost my parcel due to low cost shipping to Australia.. looks like these guys turn into the huge corporation stage and they just reply we are not responsible giving no solution and not willing to deal with the problem even when i paid top price for the shipping cost .. lost my money and the parcel here...bad communication and shipping .. after the whole issue i move on to a different company and im way happier now and the savings are big..

First visit was great. The gentleman who was working was super friendly and helpful. Thought I’d found a great place. I bought a SMOK NORD. I went back a few days later to purchase again, something more portable but they’d had a killer weekend and what I was looking for was sold out, no biggie I went the next day. Same man as the day before but different from the first guy. Purchased a vape pen. Throughout he was disingenuous with his help and rude at one point when he looked at me and said ‘Lady, I’m trying to help you’ I’d been trying to explain something to him. The pen I bought was an older model he dug out of a desk cabinet that was difficult to fill and I went in to return it the next day. Instead of just taking it back he opened it and began to fill it himself and said ‘See, easy’ He was being a smart aiss. I ended up buying another Nord. Well these things leak, both of them. When I goggled the problem I found out it’s a common complaint. When they leak it’s into the contacts and until you clean all the wasted oil out it won’t turn on.I’m gonna eat the loss of 2 Nords and one box of coils rather than go back there again.You may get better service if you’re Latino
