Great place to pick up everyday household needs for all rooms within in home.

So sad, Britany , the store Manager refused to exchange a portable mattress without recived.. and she know only her store sale that item.

Employees look like depressed people being obligated to work. They dont even try to fake their enthusiastic of seeing us coming and helping us. I picked up an Online order and I realize the color of the comforter wasn’t the same i saw online so I told the cashier that I didn’t wanted, so she looked at me like she wanted to kill me and called the most mean person that I seeing in my life. The line started to get busy and they were all looking mad at me. Next time I rather go to another store even though this one is 5 minutes from my house. And people if you dont like to customers return stuff dont make that option available.

I drove a good distance to get a set of beer mugs for my sons birthday gift. I was impressed with the store being well organized and clean. The mugs were a terrific value and excellent quality. I ended up buying some Keurig coffee variety packs that were a good deal too.

Great store, but the employees were to busy talking and laughing together instead of taking care of the customers. Not very busy. Could be the reason why.

I came here during Labor Day weekend and Sofia, the employee that helped me, made me feel so comfortable, not rushed at all. She not only gave me all the information on the item I wanted, which was not in stock, but she helped me find a store that had it AND took her time to walk me through the ordering and curbside pick-up process. At the end of the order, she even took it upon herself to print out a receipt for me and made my experience there so great.

I actually got an amazing deal for $60. I just bought a king size bed and was looking around for sheets. Everywhere I went for a set of sheets and that was without comforters it was about 45 to $50. I ended up finding this deal with the comforter to bed sheet sets two extra Shams and two decorator pillows I think it was 6:00 pillowcases to decorate of pillows the comforter and the two bed sets different colors. For $60 that was an amazing deal and I will definitely have my eyes open for more. Love this store you literally can get a little bit of everything here.

Great place to shop, well stocked and clean. Since I was visiting a few days from Christmas, the store was busy and it was difficult to find help. My wife and I ended up buying nothing since she was looking for hair products that our usual Miami store does carry and this store, being smaller, does not have a personal care section. The typical customer will find all sorts of household items and gadgets.

As always a pleasure to be able to use coupons regardless of the date and to find a substitute for what I went for that was even more delightful. Well stocked and assistant was ready to attend and offered to order anything if we didnt have it.

We did not even go in to Bed Bath & Beyond. By the time we got back to our motel room. I had a email asking how I liked it? Im ready to delete it . Just makes me mad , that they invade my privacy that way

The gals at the counter totally ignored me, and everyone else...I had to find a floor clerk to help me. The cashier was ok, but you obviously have problems in this store. And it wasnt even busy, so theres no excuse.

Homestead Bed Bath & Beyond helped me put my bathroom together for under $100.00. The sales associated and Store Manager John were so helpful , pleasant and knowledgeable about their products. I took pictures but dont know how to upload them. Thank You, HOMESTEAD, Bed Bath and Beyond

The prices are too high and if they keep this up they wont be in business for too long due to the fact that you have Ross TJ Maxx and other merchandise competitors with more compromising prices.. Just food for thought.
