Dont make it on time,messed up my moms mothers day

This business has terrible customer service. I ordered my daughter an edible arrangement to be delivered as a surprise. It was never delivered and I had to call to see if it was or was not delivered. Not to mention, I called before the deadline for same day orders. I do not recommend this place at all because the customer service is TERRIBLE to say the least. I thought it was only my experience.

Their fruits are amazing! I have ordered several times and never had an issue. Ubaldo was very helpful when I needed help for my boys birthday.

Its Valentines Day at 7pm and the $100 Edible Arrangements that my wife ordered 5 days ago for Valentines as a suprize for me is STILL NOT HERE... We have dinner arrangements and need to leave now... My wife called Edible Arrangements at 2pm asking about the delivery it is ONLY THEN that disclosed to us that they DELIVER TO SCHOOLS AND BUSINESSES FIRST!!! They then they start making home deliveries. At 645 we called back again and were told that home deliveries can be as late at 9pm!!! WTH?! My surprise was ruined. Now were late for dinner... We canceled the order and will hopefully get a refund soon. NEVER AGAIN!!! Holiday or not! We both wish we could give 0 stars...

Horrible customer service. Never receive an order my husband purchase when I called to report it, I was placed on hold for 30mins. call back only to get a busy dial tone ☹️

Horrible customer service. My mother went to pick up her Valentines gift and they told her it was already picked up by her...which is a LIE! The only people that knew about the order was my mother and the employees of the store. What THIEVES!!! Will never order again and I do expect a full refund.

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and majority of the strawberries were old and rotten. I was very disappointed with my purchase.

An order was made 1 week in advance and they were bad for me with the service, the order never came because they were full, they changed the date hello the order was for today Valentines Day not for another ovation they are irresponsible I do not recommend them .. .
