I rent a chest freezer once a year. Every year I deal with Ryan and he is always accommodating with changes to dates, etc. It is a pleasure working with him and I highly recommend this store.

I am very dissatisfied with the service this store have given us ,we was a pass customer and will never purchase again .The manager was not willing to help with the wrong info given by one of associate. This is so unprofessional for a corporate company , I will like for this store to look into as a concern x purchaser.

At the beginning I was excited to rent from this location for the first time because it was close to my address and a convenient price... I had surgery so I really needed a recliner and one of the employees offer to move the recliner from my friends house to my apartment.. when I call to confirm the day before .. another employee said that that was not a possibility and that the other employee had no idea of the procedure in the store and that they were not going to do what they offered without me asking

This is the worst Rent A Center in the United States. They are extremely disrespectful and have No customers service. Ryan the Manager needs to be replaced with someone who cares about his job, And the employees need better training. Please dont go to this location. Go to a location that cares about your money that you pay to make sure they can get a paycheck.

I went to rent a recliner for 1 Month, I paid for the rent and ask to get shipped a week later. Shipping Service is horrible. The drivers never show at the date and time that store told me. When it was time to get the recliner back, they never showed to pick up, we talked to the manager and set up another day to be pick up. Then when they picked up the recliner, they never gave me a paper to sign. Two days later, they called me and told me that I have to pay, because I didnt return the recliner. I paid the complete total the day i requested the recliner for a month and the recliner got picked up.Worst service ever. I would not recommend it and I would not rent again in this company.

Went in yesterday with all information needed. Signed up and payed. Was told everything is good and delivery was supposed to be today at 2. After calling at 2 and being told it was cleared to be delivered. It is now 6:40 I called 2xs since to be told once that they’ll will call me back after calling the driver which they never did. Then I call back for them to tell me it won’t be delivered anymore today because there was a problem verifying my job. That I have to call back and speak to the manger which is the same women who told me it was already cleared and being delivered. Waisted an entire day I needed to be at work at home waiting for them to deliver my items I already payed for them to tell me 20 mins before closing that I won’t be receiving the items !!!

Worst RAC in South Florida would give 0 stars if I could. Ever since they switched from the old Manager Sebastian and his staff to the current Manager Julio and his staff they have been terrible...worst Ive had to deal with. The woman thats at the register most of the time is condescending and rude to her guest. Oh and dont miss a payment by accident either....they will send the goon squad to your house collect. Almost had a sic my k9 on on the driver.

I was planning to go a little over month and this es probably why. I went in to rent a Xbox and between the many conversations that were going on I ask the lady a few times the price of the game. I was never given it but was asked to verify a text twice that came to my phone. Min you, there was never any documents out which I found to b a little unprofessional. Nevertheless, I was still there waiting for them to get things started. Was a given a biweekly rate of 113.00 . I thought was a little high but, remember I was never shown a contract or any documents to explain these numbers. Still I was given a general receipt which just had . My name a serial num another four digit number and told the money will come out on Friday. After, talking with my hubby we decided to hold off on the couch, so I called and they took it off supposedly. The money was deducted from my account in the amount of 78.48. I was then sent another text to verify to them, still no paperwork to sign or anything else over the weekend, I looked up the price of the so called Xbox I was suppose to get ( this is a 500 game system) but after six month with them its almost 1000. I called Monday morning to cancel and of course I was given the run around. I had already paid for what was suppose to b two weeks and havent received any product or signed any papers to see what I will be paying for. But, the manager gets on the phone, now I have to go in so I can get my money back. Why, I just didnt want to continue thus process if I still never had the products in the first place. Why was it so hard to just refund my money back to my card, which I know was on file because the lady told me they will be deducting the next payment on the 8th of Dec. I will also be calling the Corporate office for this matter.

I find it amazing that most review are always negitive, I have delt with this store for many years. I have NEVER had any issues To the contrary of other review, the people go over board to try and help you. Yes they offer used items as well as they offer new, it is a choice given to you. Anyone waiting for a delivery should remember things can happen from time to time, that can through off a schedule, if one client asks for something not expected and the delivery guys can do it (like move extra furniture while they are there) then that would mess up the schedule. not a big deal.The quality of the furniture from this store has always been outstanding. So please if you have NOT been to the store, Do not allow the negitive review possibly have you miss out on a oppertunity for you to have something you would otherwise enjoy in your home. I have 2 very nice sofa sets and tables that allow me to spend qaulity time with the family watching our favorite movies together. If your reading this I hope you have a wonderful day :-)
