I may have to find the time to return to this store. There are a few items I would like to purchase to decorate my place.

Love the company, great return policy. Didnt like my Brevelle jiucer and traded in for an Omega Juicer and no hassle. Plus now I earn rewards with my insurance company for achieving healthy lifestyle and in there all the time.

The female staff it will work in the floors was very friendly and polite. The male staff that was pushing the ladder than ladders in the hallways just left them there so no one can get around them its a good thing I know how to operate those letters for I moved it out of the way so customers can get around very rude of him and he did it deliberately. Cashier was nice and friendly dont worry I still am going to be a repeat shopper just change your staff around a little bit

Had everything I needed and one item they didnt, but ordered online in store AND had it delivered right to my home. I bought 2 king size bed pillows at 20.00 each and I love them. On my way back again...

Cashiers and customer service cashiers were pleasant and greeted me as I walked in. However the employees around the store wont ask if you need help with anything. Walk right pass you. Some people on the reviews are saying BBB are fully stocked I beg to differ. Had a hard time finding an item and had to order omline. The BBB in Aventura is must better!

I came on a Sunday morning around 11:30 am. I was looking for a water filter yet I couldnt find an associate to help me. I finally found what I was looking for and proceeded to check out. They only had one cashier lane open, the Customer Service associate had a nasty attitude ( I didnt know her name because she wasnt wearing a name tag or even a uniform) and I had to argue with them on a $15 Gift card that they offered yet insisted I jump through hoops to get.
