An associate was in the aisle I was in. I said, hello, is this your dept, she nodded, I explained what I was looking for, she pointed to another associate and told me to ask him. He helped me well enough for a return visit, thank you, but not only did she barely help me she went ahead and helped somebody else minutes later and interrupted my associate to help her with her customer as he was helping me. Oh, and your garden center is lovely.

Home Depot the only retail store still not accepting Apple Pay.The Manager in Home Depot of oak wood plaza located in Hollywood Florida definitely has no soul & no heart. Will let a customer travel miles back home for not having his wallet present & was not willing to accept a manual credit card entry with matching form of ID. It’s 2021 wake up your the only one left not accepting electronic payments least you can do is understand and accept your own negligence for being so outdated!I pray that people will waste your time and you understand the physical term of time waisting by actual experience.

Love and Hate this store. When you see me there that means I have a project and I have to work. But I actually enjoy it there. Quite a bit of the staff is very unhelpful but finding what you need on your own is a personal accomplishment

When I am running ... Any Home Depot or Harbor Freight stores are my go to ... then there is a privately owned hardware store that I can find specific quality items ... thank God they are STILL in business ... Id be lost without them !!!

It took me a little time to decide which store has the best value and more varieties... I went to @homedepot and I was surprised by the wide selection, they have improved their services and I was able to find a product that I really like for my plants. It’s called Nature’s care from @miraclegro, the mix absorbs water like a sponge and send nutrients right to the roots. I have seen the differences so if you are a gardening-newbie like me this is a great quality product at a very reasonable price.PLANTS- PLAnTs I also found some beautiful succulents ☺️🪴🌱

Horrible what I thought was a in and out trip to the store turned into a night mare. I had my 90 year old mom in the car it was 91 degrees I was rushing through the store I found a small appliance refrigerator that I wanted to buy I went up to customer service I asked if she could accept payment and if someone could bring it and load it in my car she first she said there are 8 in the system but she said if they are online ordered they might not have them she said walk with me to check please note I have problems with my knees and the department is in the back of the store. As we arrived a customer asked her for help she left me, with concerns for my mom I looked for a flatbed moved the display unit and asked a customer to hold the cart I loaded it paid and another customer in the parking lot help me load it in my vehicle.The only compliment was the sweet lady at the register who herd me out got me 2 bottles of waters one for my mom and me and apologized. I tried to file a complaint but no one answered when I called.

This used to be a 5 star home depot but its definitely dropped to a 3 and a 1/2 4 star home depot

The worst customer service!!!! Dont ever rent any equipment there. They give it to you broken and then you get charged full price.. nobody that works there knows anything so no one can ever help you. Is just a mess that place, youre better off buying at Lowes or at any other online store. People just dont want to work efficiently anymore

Caveat emptor! The employees could care less about helping telling us to talk to another person. That employee just pointed to another area (nothing there) and when we returned to get better help, he said that they didnt carry what we wanted (linear vinyl flooring). We finally went to the Other Store & promptly got what we needed at a great price (with a military discount) and the employees were helpful. Lesson learned, THIS Home Depot is the pits!

Went there for 3 things. No problems with 1&2. Third thing, I waited 20 effn minutes in aisle 52 waiting on assistance!!! They always suck. You wait and wait for help and usually they send you someone who has no clue. I guess I got lucky after the 20 minutes wait to get a guy who knew what I was looking for.

This location is great. Inside the Oakwood Plaza with its many restaurants, pet store, Marshall’s, Ross, You Fit, BJ’s Wholesale Club Office buildings, Cinema gas stations on both entries/exits and one of the last Kmarts on the planet. Watch your tires, with the nails falling from the many contractors and weekend handy persons, no Michelin is safe. HD should run a magnet through the parking lot nightly to pick up the screws and nails there. I like that checkout is always quick and easy with the my self checkout lanes. There are many associates to help out in all areas of home care, some more informative than others. It’s good to bring pics of parts or other items you are looking to repair or replace if you can’t bring in the item. Whether repairing the roof, replacing interior/exterior doors, looking to do some gardening or purchase power tools, these are only a few areas that HD can help with. However, somethings are very durable and can be purchased used from pawn or thrift shops like hammers. screw drivers, gardening and power tools. Keys are made here and there’s even ice for sell. Also, some locations have weekend workshops for kids like birdhouse building. There’s appliances, plumbing supplies, plats to build a butterfly garden and much much more. Store is always neat and never a piece of trash in the floor. The prices are good and lots of one-stop shopping.

Getting to a cashier or self check out was easy because they had a person directing the customers to the registers which it made faster. Had someone in the entrance door and I asked what iisle I find the product I needed instead of walking around the store. Which was great ,they stepped up !!

It could be more easy to let the customers to used the orange ladders, Everytime you ask for a favor for grab something at the top shelves is like asking them for money...is really a pain

For a major company you dont have youre way to pay for apple pay and Gpay and I work at homegoods in the same plaza and we have older cashiers but we have hands free tap with apple and Gpay I bet your competitor Lowes has hands free way to pay you really need to get with the times and update this is ridiculous for a major company you are very upsetting to all very disappointed

Do not waste your time going there, go Lowes. If you are thinking of spending a lot of money changing your floor, please do not go there. I went there today (5/9/2019) with my wife and I asked for help to find a Vinyl flooring I have seen on their website. Guess what, I asked for help to employee and he called 3 times over the speakers to somebody to go the aisle 29, but nothing!!!! After waiting for 45 minutes, I went to the customer service to ask for help... and guess what... they called and called over the speaker and NOTHING!!!! see the pictures below... I HATE THIS PLACE!!!! NEVER MORE... NEVER!!!!!

I am replacing the doors in my home and the associate that helped me was great. My only issue was the rude behavior that I recieved from the associate at the check out. She had little patience with me when my items were not ringing up correctly as if it was my fault and couldnt careless to go back to recheck the price.

Very helpful employees.. some, not so much. One of my biggest annoyances is that inventory doesnt get updated often. So you waste a drive to the store. You check another store and you risk the same thing happening. Sometimes this causes delays in your pickup order as well. I imagine the reps couldnt find the item to pick, either.

Awful,,called to check on an order I placed the day before only to be told it was cancelled because it was out of stock (website showed you had several)..I asked if a different store had any, I was put on HOLD for over 30 minutes and then I was cut off..In the meantime my installer was waiting..So, I still dont have an answer..My credit card was already credited. I need this door........

Linda in the paint department was very helpful, patient, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable on what paints to use for the exterior of our house. She mixed our paint swiftly and was flexible with how many gallons we needed. Thank you Linda!

This is not the first time happening:The younger customer assistants at this location absolutely need training! We asked help at the electrical aisle for 30 Amp breakers. The guy looked at the shelves with the Breakers and said we do not carry them at this location. I looked at the next aisle and they were there! This is one of the examples that happened with me several times. This is absolutely not normal! Dear management please do something with this! And when i usually ask from these younger reps if i can ask someone knowledgeable, they make a mean face to me as if i offended them. I do not what to do in this situation?!

I went in to get some paint. , and surprisingly there was no one at the counter. The problem was there was no store associate, and we had to wait for someone to get there for over 10 minutes. By that time a line had formed. If it wasnt for the associate that did come to help, it would have gotten 2 stats.

How often I walk in a big box home improvement store and long for the little local hardware store, the one in which you could find the proprietor behind the counter, ask for the most obscure of bolts or ties or shades of paint, and without hesitation the perfect item would appear in the proprietors hand almost as if by magic. Home Depot is not such a place. Some of the staff are great and helpful, others not so much.

Wednesday March 17 at approximately 5 oclock I went to the Hollywood Home Depot and open Oakwood Plaza.. I wanted to buy a the Dewalt 1/2 impact gun. I found a price match online and proceed to the checkout lanes when I was advised by a female supervisor that the only price matched other major hardware companies such as Lowes and Ace Hardware. I showed her the price match policy for Home Depot How the Low Price Guarantee works for in-store pre-purchases: If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from any other retailer, we will match the price. Just bring the ad, printout or photo with you to the register for validation. (This may involve the associate contacting the competitor). I asked for a manager and remained at the register for five minutes before going to the front desk. At the front desk I spoke with the assistant the manager I believed his name was Omar, advising him I wanted a price match. I showed him the price match online and he said he had never heard of the company accusing me of possibly creating a website so that I can get the tool I wanted at a lower price. I was embarrassed, and felt the defamed when I was accused of fraudulently creating a website in order to get a discount for an item. Eventually, after I advised him I was going to call corporate offices I was allowed to purchase the item at the matched price online. I dont think Ill be going to Home Depot anymore since no one wants to be accused of committing fraud.

Typical Home Depot. Parking lot is always a nightmare. The worst drivers in all on Broward seem to always be there. I almost get into an accident every time and the curbside pickup spots are always full of people just regular parking. Maybe its the design of the lot but be careful

Big box store , limited help and poor quality control. Purchased American Standard faucet to be installed by plumber. Faucet was missing two parts, paid plumber one hour and returned faucet for another unit. Plumber returning today.

Went through process online to let them know I was here for curbside pickup. No answer on phone. 15 minutes passed. I found a guy collecting carts. He says they never answer the phone & to go to customer service. The whole point is not to go inside.

I have never been to a Home Depot this unorganized. No one around to help. Employees practically running you over while you carry heavy items. Do they offer to help, no. Other Home Depots are almost annoying with all the offers of help. Time to step up your game Holkywood Home Depot.

Whent to purchase a sheet of plywood, we ask for someone that could make a cut. Apparently their is only one person that could do it in the whole store, we had to wait 20 mins for him to stock a shelf and the clean the isle up then came and cut it for use took him a whole 2 mins. Up in check out the lady telling you what register to use was rude.

Its a big place with lots of stuff. I just needed a drain trap for a kitchen. A young lady directed me to aisle 45 and with minutes I had my drain trap.

Not enough people at the register.. I waited in line for return for 15+ minutes and then checking out after purchases another long wait.

This Home Depot is just huge ! I come from France and I wish so much we had the same over there ! It’s like you can find basically everything ! The selection is gigantic and maybe I was lucky but each time I asked for help from an associate, the person was kind and helpful to me.So that’s definitely a place in which I’ll go back to if I need hardware stuff !

GARBAGE store. Just had to walk out after waiting for 1 hour for someone to help me get the wood floors I needed to buy. I asked 6 employees for help and they all kept saying let me send someone for you. Then proceeded to wait by the “flooring desk” no1 there either. Not to mention the attitude of the employees when you ask for assistance. I guess I will be getting the wood somewhere else.

Of the 2200 home depots Craig Menear oversees, this one is by far the worst. It starts with the lack of leadership and ends with no motivation. Other Home Depots manage to run their store well...why cant this one?

Worst place ever, you will never find an associate that knows something, they are disappeared and if you find someone they do not belong to that department. Horrible experience. When found someone from the department it was always no, it cant be done now, its not available, that payment cant be done, the discount cannot be applied now... Then just for curiosity went 2300 s University on Davie and everything they said no on this Davie location was yes, yes yes found everything I needed got the discount and was able to pay, the associate showed up in 5 min and did all process in 25, so in 30 min I was out with my appliance.

Patrick in Flooring was great!!! But while walking up to the entrance I was met by an employee blowing the drive way of all the debris into the faces of people walking in. Not the brightest bulb...

Line to checkout is ridiculous. It goes always 10 aisles before you get to a cashier or self checkout. They need to increase checkouts to resolve the problem...

Not so impressive. Saff is not readily available. Stock levels are not accurate. This happened 3 times to me. With assistance of the customer service desk I was directed to Pembroke Pines, which is an added distance but much better organized location.

We were in line waiting for wood to be cut. The associate saw us as he was helping one person in front of us. We stepped to the left of the machine to pick another piece of wood and he walked off and disappeared. Now we’ve been standing here for twenty minutes trying to get help. Two associates stopped to ask us if we needed help and radioed someone to the section. Still no one.
