I was looking for a 18CF refrigerator for a rental property, and due to the shortages I could not find one any where. JC told me that he was getting a delivery on Monday and to call back on that day. I called him Monday and he had the one I wanted. I live out of state, so he texted me several pictures. I paid by phone and gave him my tenants contact information. JC took care the rest. I was referred to JCS by a friend that is a property manger; as she uses them for her clients, I knew that they would be good. Good is an understatement; they were fantastic. JC came out to fix my dryer and involved me in every step he went through so that I could see and touch what was wrong with the dryer. First time I can ever remember a service call where they had me see, hands on. what the issue was and how it was fixed. If you are in need of an appliance repair look no further than JCS!!

Second time returning customer here. Purchased new scratch and dent washer dryer combo. Very helpful. Very affordable. Very accommodating to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Had a slight issue with the machine at first but he sent his guys to fix it and all is well. I’ve said it before and will say it again, if you are looking for new affordable appliances, this is the place to go. Great man, works very hard to do the right thing for his customers.

Great guys, JC came out and looked at my 10 year old refrigerator. He was very honest in saying that it was not worth it to fix, as it needed at least a compressor. The diagnostic fee was reasonable, he even offered a good price on a near new (scratch and dent)unit. I highly recommend them.

Incredible Service from a considerate and competent man. Came to our home in less than 1 hour to address a refrigerator that for some reason just stopped. JC worked on it for an hour and solved the problem. Left our kitchen in spotless condition. JCS will be the ONLY company we call for any appliance issues in our home after 9/27/2017. JCS Appliances came through for us. We just purchased a refurbished refrigerator and a brand new range from JCS Appliances. Unfortunately the refrigerator did not work after delivery but JC came to our home to repair it the next day. It unfortunately could not be repaired but JC got us an almost identical refrigerator that did work the same day. We were very happy with JCS Appliances service and price.

I really like the honesty in the beginning and the help but now its having this drip sound every night sound like a running faucet the owner advise me that it is thawing effect never heard a fridge do this before on a daily basic I cant even sleep Im not saying you shouldnt buy from them but this particular fridge I purchased is not what Im use to it gets cold but a dripping sound ever day not cool had this since June 2017 this is October of coarse the warranty is gone hopefully 1 day I can save and get me a new fridge...

Save yourself the aggravation and shop anywhere else but here! JC is charming and full of promises but delivering on them is another matter. When the refrigerator I paid a deposit on, still wasnt available three weeks after I ordered it, JC offered a loaner which I had to accept since Id sold my refrigerator based on his word. Still 10 days later, he couldnt fill my order so, of course, I bought my appliance elsewhere. Bottomline: He accepted my deposit, was unable to fulfill the order nearly a month later and its my fault that I went elsewhere - I think not! (This is not a fake review and I have an invoice to prove it.)

If only I can give them a negative star. Not only did they sell me an oven which has no model number/ identification number/ serial number but the insults that came with it. The oven doesnt fit properly and their solution was horrendous. I had to pay extra for them to install the oven and yet they also broke one of the legs. So when I called the owner to let her know the situation not only was Maria not helpful but has the audacity to insult me. Her response was there is nothing they can do about it but now I am causing her a headache....WHO SAYS THAT? Unprofessional companies do. PLEASE learn from my mistake because as the saying goes Lo barato sale caro

To save your time, Make sure if they are working before you make purchase. They test units right before delivery. So although they confirm the delivery date, that is not guaranteed.

Very disorganized, not professional. From not returning my calls to delivering a fridge that wouldnt fit in my kitchen (even after I sent the dimensions to them prior to the appointment and order), JCS appliances dealt with my fridge replacement very poorly. Would Not Recommend.

Purchased a pre owned refrigerator from this company. Within weeks of purchase we notice that unit gets hot inside and all of our food goes bad. cause is the freezer side not defrosting. the module that turns on the defrost coil seemed to be bad. reported issue to the seller as they supposedly offered the item with a 90 day warranty and they have refused to repair unit. We gave him the measurements of our unit in case he was sending a replacement unit and never heard back from them. Will not answer our calls, our messages or legal notice from law firm. very much ridiculous. we have to manually defrost this machine every 6 days and have been doing this for months since we cant get resolution. BEWARE WHEN BUYING USED MACHINES FROM THIS ENTITY as they may be selling the broken items that they take from peoples homes when new purchases are made. I have a feeling that they buy the discarded items that they were supposed to be repairing and sell them on craigslist or offer up sites. We lost $400-500 on our purchase without counting THOUSANDS in food

It was a pleasure buying my washer and dryer from JCS . The owner was very reasonable with pricing and also very good service.

Working with these guys has been the most stressful ....they sold us a washer for a tenant that didn’t work almost from the beginning. We called them right before the warranty ended to have them come look at it. They never showed. By the time they did, they wouldn’t honor the warranty as it was now past the 90 days! It was not repairable, so they charged us $175 more to bring a stackable . When they delivered it, they cracked the kitchen tile. We asked for either repair or some kind of compensation for the tile; the owner said no, said we were cheap! And on top of everything else, the replacement stackable doesn’t work right either! We have now paid $455 total to replace a washing machine that we could have gotten new for $500! The owner is rude, talks over you, won’t listen, and doesn’t return calls. Do NOT use these people unless you want a heart condition!

I called to have my Samsung refrigerator repaired. I was told I would receive a call back with an estimate since the owner had to look up the part. No return call. I called and left a message. No return call. Against my better judgement I called them back. Owner apologized and promised to meet me at the house same afternoon. No show, no call. I called them again to ask what happened and the owner stated that she couldnt reach her technician and would have to let him go. Awful experience.

JC was amazing! I’ll never go anywhere else again. Not only will I never find a better price but I won’t get the same wonderful customer service and sense of family. I went from a horrible weekend with no refrigerator to having a brand new working refrigerator in my house in under a few hours. It’s not just JC either, his guys were also incredibly diligent with the delivery to make sure everything was perfect. I would recommend JCs appliances to anyone and I know where I am going when it’s time to replace the rest of the kitchen.

After a horrible experience of dealing with another used appliance location in Hallandale - I came across JC’s location and can only rave about the experience. JC, Maria and their staff were extremely professional, courteous, helpful and a NO Pressure approach. I went in looking for a stove and left with the stove, a dishwasher and a microwave...full set as I already had my refrigerator from the same brand and style - KitchenAid.
