I had the pleasure of being helped by Angela yesterday, and I was absolutely impressed her! When I came in the phone was ringing - there were two other customers being helped by her - AND she was the only one working in the store at the time. Yet, she was able to give me and the other customers the attention we needed while addressing all of our phone issues! She was working like a wizard! Also, she was able to fix my phone issue within minutes! Thank you Angela, your hard work is definitely noticed and appreciated!!

Added another line to my family plan and Julisa from the Hollister store, was an awesome T-mobile team member, whom answered all of my questions and helped me find the perfect phone for a really good deal. She knew the products and plans and I left with a great phone which made me very happy.

How can I describe this experience other then the best cell phone experience I have ever had. I never felt like I was rushed or that my needs werent important. I have been to a lot of different companies and stores but seeing how I was treated there reminds me of when I used to go to my local market. Celeste was absolutely the best. T-Mobile has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Today a nice, spry young man named Eric helped me switch carriers; from AT&T to T-Mobile. He was very discriptive when breaking down the different phone plans in a way that I could easily understand. He also helped me set up Facebook - something I had been struggling with for the past few days. Thank you Eric! Keep up the hard work!

I went to the T-Mobile store in Hollister to pay my bill last Sunday or so and let me tell you wow what an experience. Ive never met a more knowledgeable and competent group on professionals. Not only did they open early for me so I could pay my bill but they took the time out of their schedule to explain to me what exactly I was paying for and why. With my past service companies I was in the dark but Ive never felt so comfortable and confident in a service. They truly made me feel like I was a friend of theirs. I almost want to go back just to hang out them haha. Thank you Manager Elijah, assistant manager Isaiah and mobile expert Yevette! Keep up the good work and see you soon!

What can I say about T-Mobile thats hasnt been said yet? The staff are excellent especially the Sales Lead and Manager. Whenever I had issues they were there to help out in anyway they could. When I was hungry they fed me, when I was thirsty they quenched my thirst. 100% best service ive ever had. (Did I mention how good the Sales lead was? Fantastic)

Has two young people opening the store on January 15th 2015 @10am. young man was more focused on flirting with the girl employee. he kept a 2 inch space between them while the girl was trying to assist me. before she could answer he just cut her off and answered for her. while he did that he couldnt just give me a straight answer when I came in inquiring about an upgrade because he was to focused on trying to look at the girl coworkers ass. completely to young to be in that type of environment he needs more experience. disgusting.

Ive had T-Mobile for years, this location is the best one so far! Friendly staff and good options for phones.

They definitely try to be helpful but in the three times Ive gone there theyve never once fixed any of the problems Ive had.

These ladies are a life saver! My last service provider left a god awful taste in my mouth and Lisa the new assistant manager not only took care of all my needs but she listened to my concerns she addressed them with top notch customer service skills plus she hooked me up with all kinds of goodies on the latest deals!!!!! She didnt stop there after the sale she even made it a point to let me know they are there for any questions I may have. I went in thinking I was going to be spending a grip and left only paying for phone activation and 50% of cost of all my little extras!!! Super stoked customer service is on point AND the knowledge she had was epic! Thanks Lisa for all your help and the great experience.
