Melissa was super helpful with no pressure sales. Found this place by accident but so happy I did. I got a high end mattress at a fraction of the cost of the big box stores. Add to it her husband was in the military (Thanks for your Service) and they gave me a 10% discount for being a Veteran. If you are a Veteran, serve as a police officer or firefighter be sure to check them out. Everyone else should check them out as well. Great service and even better deals. Dont waste your time like I did by going to big box stores with either the high pressure sales or what actually happened to me at one where I was just plain ignored. Wow! What an amazing experience with Melissa. Very helpful, honest and so patient. We needed 2 new mattresses for our boys and we had the perfect ones picked out in under 10 minutes. Plus they are going to deliver same day! Please, please, please go check this place out if you need a new mattress. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!They went above and beyond to make sure we received our bed.We had issues with our card. They were patient while we were on the phone with our bank and it took us probably 2 hours to get resolved and then they delivered right to our door on the second floor!We will definitely be buying from them again!

I founds these guys through Facebook a couple months ago when I was looking for a full size mattress for my daughter. We found what we were looking for and were so pleased with the service and quality, that my wife and I decided we needed to revisit them to upgrade our bed. We had a wonderful experience at BoxDrop. We met Melissa at the store. She gave us a great explanation of the difference between the beds, shared what she sleeps on: which was not the most expensive option and then let us be free to flop around on the mattresses. My husband spent a significant amount of time on his phone researching the brands and models. Melissa was totally patient. We ended up going with a new model the Sapphire Coolphase Hybrid. It is the memory foam plus some spring coils. We love it. I suffer from Lupus and my overall pain levels have decreased. This is not a mattress we would be able to afford at retail price. Thankful we visited BoxDrop!

BoxDrop Holland was wonderful to work with and I got a great mattress at a great price! I got the Cool Phase Mattress and it is soooo comfy. Firm for support the way it needs to be but also soft on the very top like it needs to be. BoxDrop answered all of my questions patiently and got me my tracking number promptly so that I knew when my mattress would arrive at my home. Wonderful! I would buy a mattress from BoxDrop again!

If you like to feel like you’re falling through clouds when you sleep, there’s an ultra soft pillow top for you, if you like to feel like you’re sleeping on a slab of concrete, there’s a firm mattress for you. I’m somewhere in between and they had a perfect pillow top mattress for me! The prices are good, the service is great. I cannot recommend them enough!

This family oriented mattress store was so easy to work with. The work by only appointment is very nice because you can get their full attention the entire time for questions and concerns. They suggested mattress that fit our needs by asking questions about our lives and desires from the mattress. We bought the sapphire cooling technology which is great for both us because it keeps us cool while we sleep and the mattress is a memory foam but not to firm or not to soft. My husband would wake up and end up on the couch but he has not done that since we bought this mattress a few months ago. Neither of us have ever slept this good. Thank You!

We are definitely satisfied with the king size set we purchased. Sam and Melissa delivered it to our home as well. As chiropractors we tend to have opinions about mattresses. It offers great support equal to products that are 2-3 times as much. I have referred others who have all been pleased. Also I love the support they show for our veterans.

Its the new normal of what makes us ok to shop somewhere.I found this place on Facebook. It had a new positive reviews so I decided to give them a shot. My son was in desperate need of a new mattress. He outgrew the weight a while ago and had begun to get horrible sleep. I felt that it was important to allow him to actually choose by laying down on them. I hated doing at large franchises because of the pressure and prices. Sam was very helpful and did not pressure him on anything. He made a choice of a bed that was not normally purchased in a twin size. We left the store prepared for a 7-10 day wait. After leaving, Sam called the locations owned by other family members and was able to get the mattress today. I can not stress how much this made my sons day! Thank you again for amazing mattress... We had a great experience at BoxDrop Holland! The service from Melissa & Sam was impeccable and our new Sapphire Sleep Cool Phase mattress is absolutely amazing! After 2 back surgeries this mattress provides the best nights sleep I’ve had in years. The SS300 adjustable base is worth every penny and has great little features like a zero gravity position and USB chargers built in! I highly recommend this mattress and base but also this store. We never felt pressured or rushed and the owners were patient and efficient answering every question we had. Plus they have great prices! We will definitely return.
