Friendly staff and great prices, especially on pumpkins. Interesting store layout. They have local wines for less than other paces nearby. And also MI souvenirs up front. Great road trip stop.

Walmart can go from 0 stars to 5 depends on the day and who your dealing with lol. But today lines were not long. I was able to pay a bill without waiting 20 mins to do so. I understand short staff bc of COVID but this has been Walmart before anything ever happened. But my cashier today was a really nice lady and Im happy with my experience today. They always have food for the cheapest

Went there for some groceries and to self checkout. Huge line behind me. A cashier was very rude to me. Walked up to me and started asking me to go to another side of the store to check out. I told her that Im okay, im in a bit of a hurry and she tried to call security and said nasty things to me. Security obviously wasnt going to make me leave when I did nothing wrong. She was visibly angry and very disrespectful. I am very confused. Tried to call customer service,, but no answer even after 10 minutes and then the call hung up. I Will never go back.

Ordered online, was canceled because was “not in stock” went in store anyway and they had 2 of the canon t100 cameras that I had ordered. So the picker was just lazy and didn’t want to work, when we asked for a manager we got the run around and wouldn’t get us one. When we asked for store manager they got us the deli associate, not even a department head but just some poor joe. I asked if I ordered it again online if I could just pick it up then and was told I would have to wait the additional 3 hours to have the item “picked” again. Buy in store if you come here don’t order online, drove 2 hours to drop $400 on a new camera to be treated like a toddler, talked down to and felt like it was my fault when it was all over. Walmart in general lost us as customers after this headache.

1315 on a Sunday afternoon. Both self checkouts are closed with 2 slow lanes open. Not sure why they didnt have the 4 self check outs per end open but it was a good 15 mins plus to check out with 4 items. Never coming here again

Walmart in Holland, Mi.Stopped by to pick up some tape. Got to the front to pay, south end self pay all closed. Two cashier lines open. North end self pay was almost down to the south self pay stations! I just set my purchases down and walked out of Walmart for the last time. Walmart family makes 100 million per day and they can’t afford to have cashiers or people to man all the self pay stations. I’m done!

Not the most pleasant place to shop, poorly stocked, and very unhelpful employees. Went to buy a $900+ electronics item employees were more interested in standing around talking than helping customers so I went somewhere else. It is a store that is in steady decline in many areas, and I will drive to another town to go to a Walmart

Prepare to wait 30+ minutes for self checkout. They closed one end and forced everyone to 5 self check registers. Line snakes from doors on one side to the other. Walmart is never a great place to shop, but now theyre bringing out torture. If you can shop anywhere else, Id advise you to do so. This location is a joke.

I give it a 4 star because they have everything you need and supply stuff most stores wouldnt think of. However, the employees service to the customers and the lack of care by the consumers walking into this store make things feel a little trashy. Weve all seen the memes... Its Wal-Mart lol

This is probably the worse Wal Mart Ive ever been to hands down. The garbage are over flowing at the entrance and all through out the parking lot. I go to meijers 3v3n though I live closer to this horribly maintained store

If you view this business as a place to go get cheap, low-priced goods (and a good laugh occasionally), you’re right.If you view this place as a mega-corp that squeezes every last penny possible out of vendors to the greeters, displaces good local businesses and keeps businesses overseas very busy, then you would be correct as well.Soon you’ll have only three shopping choices: Wal-Mart, Amazon or the government.

The store is usually always stocked really well, they probably will have everything that you need. Just make sure you have an extra 20 minutes to spend in the check out lanes.

Waited in line for 10 minutes in a self-checkout line. I was glancing at my phone to pass the time and I missed a manager saying that they were cutting the line off, my fault. I was still in line and then the lady in front of me was complaining that it wasnt fair how I was the last person in line and I was forced out of the line by the manager. I dont understand how being the last person in line makes something unfair, but Ill never be shopping there again because it was crowded as all hell and very little check out lines were even open. All check out lines had 10 families waiting to check out. If they were able to staff their store properly this would never have been an issue in the first place.

Self scans on home and garden side close at 6. My nephew works there he likes it.

This store has everything and a huge shopping variety. Affordable prices. Cant find something ask staff they are friendly, patient and ready help. Spacious parking, handicap parking in convenient. Store is clean, restrooms are clean. I recommend store.

Very disappointed with cleanliness of outside and inside of store. Debris all around outside of building. Store looked dirty. Clothes and hangers on floor. Then I went to Meijers, floors sparkling, everything in order and store was very clean.

Came here with my residents and unfortunately had a lot of large and confusing transactions. Jamariea did an amazing job with how tedious the transactions were. She was incredibly polite and patient!

This is the wildest of the walmarts Ive been to yet. Im not a hundred percent sure, but I think I saw film crews for The First 48 and My Strange Addiction at the same time. If you dont do target practice, better head to Target. Wouldnt change a thing.

It took 3 days of calling several times a day to finally get ahold of someone from electronics department. Today, someone finally answered. I ask about a gaming tower that was supposed to be in stock there (I wanted to verify before making the hour trip to buy it). The woman working just said no without checking, and hung up. She definitely sounded annoyed that she had to take time out her day and try and help a customer.

This store has improved significantly in last four years, which is why I started to shop there! It’s 4 🌟 because quality for some of Great value (Walmart) items are not upto standards. Hope Manager will focus🔃

Staff is usually very helpful and friendly. They are always busy and therefore you may not always find what you are looking for because it may be out of stock. Unfortunately this does happen a lot but I have seen improvements in keeping the shelves stocked better.

Its almost getting better. If they had enough employees it would rate 4.5

I give Walmart a 3 star due to Walmart always being out of something and honestly I wouldnt get any meat or veggies here you can get better quality from meijer and shop and save

Picked up a wedding gift there. It was clean and did not have to wait in line long.

Mediocre food. Its not terrible, but it does the trick later at night as most things in Holland close early (and arent open on Sundays). Margaritas are decent.

They often have not nearly enough cashiers. The wait lines spread out almost the length of the store sometimes. Im not sure what that is about. Maybe they are short staffed. I have been here more than once in the last 3 weeks. Two if those visits there were no carts in store. The parking lot was full of them. Also might be because they are short staffed. But that is why I didnt give high marks for this particular store.

Huge lines. Only 1 lane open. Everyone has to check themselves thru. Could not get any employee help in every department I shopped, but while standing in the incredibly long checkout line 5 employees are standing around talking about what they are gonna do for lunch. I had to go to 3 other stores to get what I needed. If 1 employee could have helped me that wouldnt have been the case.

4.5 * Get too the auto service early ! these guys have been excellent and at a great price. Ive been burned by ones in Texas, turnover time wise !I travel the country always getting tires or oil. I give these guys High marks in times of covid 19 even.

Had a very wonderful experience the store that I went to the day before the third party gentleman tried to upsell me on every phone you can think of to try and keep me buying a51 with from straight talk which I have a straight talk line I was going for a straight talk phone the one has the most memory on it and he just would not let me buy it, but when I came into this store the gentleman and the woman behind the counter asked me what I needed I told him what I needed they immedi said oh yes here you go sir thank you and immediately help me get the phone and the case and the screen protector and gave me a very wonderful experience and Im very appreciative of this store for that I will definitely come back to see yall the next time I come through town. Get a truck driver not exactly sure when it is but you are definitely on my good list and I definitely appreciate you so much for the employees that you have because everyone was able to help and get me out the door quickly with no fuss and with exactly what I was after.

This was by far the friendliest WalMart I have been in, in a long time! I had several questions during my shopping trip and each time the worker not only told me where my item was but took me to it. :-)

Convenient to me and cheaper than Meijer but busy and picked over sometimes. I was here at 9 p.m. recently and it wasnt busy at that time. I had to ask questions and the only help was the stockers. One young man was quite rude but one woman was very helpful.

I was hoping to buy two items. Asked store employees for the location of both. One just motioned a direction and have me an aisle number. Finally found one remaining bag of pita chips. My other item was a solar powered water pump. Three guys together looked up in an app and took me right to the aquarium pumps. Not what I wanted. As I checked out I realized why the bag of pita chips remained. It had a hole in the bottom and chips started coming out. Thats after a long wait at the self-checkout. Not in a hurry to go back.

The worst Walmart I have ever been in. Its always dirty the shelves are never stocked or neat. Pallets of boxes are every where. When you go to check out it can take 15 minutes. No exaggeration. They open very few checkout lines and they are slow. I only go in there when I absolutely have to. Otherwise I drive a half hour away and go to the Walmart in Grand Haven. That Walmart is much nicer always clean neat stocked and quick checkouts. Its worth the drive.

This visit was different, every one very helpful. Had a version of what I wanted, not exactly but some others stores were out.It is always clean.

It was just a while before closing, I needed transmission fluid and oil, as well as cleaner for hands. It was at the back of the store and was pretty well laid out.

Good prices. Slow check out lanes on self checkout.

My trip through the customer service lane to return an Ozark Trail commercial canopy that failed, was quick.

First the good. John and Cody in the electronic department were great. Super friendly, helpful, and gave great customer service. Great work by both of them. They turned a chaotic shopping experience into and organized, much tolerable, experience.Now the bad. A younger female ( I didn’t see her name) employee with brown hair pulled back and glasses (wasn’t sure what she did other than be dramatic and rude to John and customers). She publicly argued with John, stomped off when she didn’t get her way, no attempt to provide anyone with customer service.Another older female, (didn’t see her name either) with straight hair, was getting riled up by the younger employee. She was Rude to customers. She was pushing a cart and told my son to “move”. She seemed mad at the world. Zero attempt to provide customer service.I’d give the two female employees a zero rating if possible.

This walmart has always struggled in my opinion to be functional. Most of the time items are in stock, yet they stock during busy hours so lots of skids ect. in the way. The biggest issue I have with this store is the checkouts. With an average of 3 to 5 cashiers during busy times the lines are extremely long and tedious. Why have 30 lanes and 3 cashiers boggles my mind. If shopping here plan extra time to check out, even with the u - scans

I had a good experience there but needed to track down staff first thing after they opened. I was on a mission and limited time.

For almost a year now I have tried to get various products in nine times out of 10 I have to leave the store because they never have what I need. Many of the shelves are empty. There is poor management.

Always so frustrating at the check out lanes. Over half of the self check out lanes were closed and only 3 regular lanes open at prime shopping time on a Saturday.

Worst store in Holland. Wife shows up at 7pm on a Friday to buy a grill, they close at 11pm. Too big to move herself so asks for help. They tell her nobody is working in the garden center so no help.Asks if she can pay for it and come back later to pick it up, also no, apparently still cant help. Said she was made to feel like she inconvenienced them even asking.Now I see what everyone else is complaining about when they also leave terrible reviews.

Everything youd expect from a big city walmart, but with a small town vibe. Love it.

Walmart such a great place to be right? But sometimes waiting in line can be strenuous plus theres nothing there that seems to be special different that stand out that make me want to go there above others but the atmosphere overall is great my customer experiences have been good just need to speed those lines up and get better stuff in their store

Need to have a couple of floaters that can open extra lanes when busy. Then, they can go back to regular jobs. They are relying too much on the self-checkout lanes.

Store was filthy, disgusting, and a mess. Every Isle had product all over the floor. Went to see if they had boat cushions. My God sporting goods was a disaster. I left. I will never go back to that store.

The last four times Ive gone to this Walmart there were NO carts available. I have to go back outside to one of the cart corrals and get one. The checkout lanes, as usual, are ridiculous. They only have two or three lanes open. The deli department has the worst customer service of the whole store. They see you standing there waiting to order and they ignore you and keep doing what theyre doing. They take forever to come help you. I always thought customers came first. The only positive thing about this place is their online ordering. The store is constantly full with employees pushing their carts getting food for the online orders. I give this Walmart a 2/10 for customer service. I wish theyd care about in person customer service as they do for online orders.

I dont like the fact that I cant turn in my bottle slips from other cities there. You limit 25 dollars at a time then only take from your store. I just dont think thats right.

Watch out bought food that was expired. They tried to freeze it to prolong it but I dont eat expired food.

Dirty parking lot, filthy bathrooms, never have carts. You need to go get your own out of the parking lot. Checkout takes too long because they dont have enough staff. Do not recommend unless you absolutely have to go there. Will shop at other stores now.

There are always super long lines and no one on registers. You walk in and can see people who work there standing around talking but never on a register helping move the lines along any faster

On line pick-up is (was) moved to the front of the store, right side entrance (just a little to the left when inside). Now that I know this i will online shop here more often. Poor poor customer service, think its just lack of help . Shelfs are barely stocked ,no one to help you to find ANYTHING & CASH OUT LINES ARE NEVER OPEN BUT 2 . lol I truly am a easy going & understanding human but its been like this for a year at least .NEW MANAGEMENT would help .

Huge! Went to electronics, lady was too busy socializing to help people. Wanted cat 5 wire, had money , had part, but locked in box, so old lady needs to speed up!

Service is terrible. I called their phone number for pickup order 5 times within 10 minutes and didnt get an answer so I left the voicemail like it prompted to do on the answering machine and I was told I would get a call back. Well I never gotta call back so I called their Customer service number and explained what was happening they got my grocery order registered and said they would bring it out to me. I waited a half hour befor they brought my order.
