Our sales rep was super helpful and not pushy. We managed to find a mattress we liked and feel we got a really good deal. I had previously considered buying an online boxed mattress but was turned off by the reviews. The return policy of Mattress Firm was super straight forward, I definitely will be a customer of Mattress Firm again.

Felt like the staff is educated on the mattresses and gave us the time to review our decision without pressure.

Lincoln did a great job making sure we got what we needed. He was not pushy at all. We could tell he cared.

Wonderful service very kind and helpful

We were taken care of by Justin Orman in the holland store over the phone and in the store when arriving. He was very knowledgeable. We live in a RV so he made sure over the phone and in person that we measure the size of the bed platform to make sure it was a full queen not a short. Was not pushy in anyway to buy anything just very informative and made it a very easy process to pick the mattress that worked for us then had it shipped to the campground for us as well as leading us to a very good water proof cover for the new mattress. Thank you again Justin for making our first big home purchase together a easy one.

Went to Mattress Firm for a new bed since mine was in pretty rough shape (and so was my back haha). Brad helped me out through the whole process and was super insightful and helpful. My husband and I recently got married and wanted to upgrade to a queen size bed. We looked all over town for a mattress that we could get on a budget, but also be good quality. Mattress Firm in Holland had an amazing sale going that blessed us at the perfect time. We were able to purchase a $900 mattress for $450 and it comes with a 10 year warranty! We cant thank them enough! Would definitely reccomend to anyone whos shopping!

I asked about all details on returning mattress if I didnt sleep well. I was told if I return mattress I would have to pay for adjustable frame or pick higher price mattress. After I bought it I was then told I had to pay 100.00 restock fee. After 65 days the mattress had such bad divets in it I was getting stuck in bed. I returned mattress today and was charged 20% restocking fee at 260.00 and a delivery fee of 100.00 for a bad mattress. I would avoid this place at all costs. I asked what they did with mattress after pickup and he told me they resell them. I am wondering if I got a used mattress to begin with its so bad. YUCK. Someone could have slept on this before me. When I question the price he stated I should have gotten paperwork and he was new so he didnt know much. It was same guy that sold me mattress 70 days ago. There was also a couple there returning same mattress and they told me they had 2-1/2 inch impressions in their mattress. I am contacting BBB about the over charges. plus the restocking fee I was told about after I bought it. Should have cancel the sale right after that but was told it was a very good one and I wouldnt have trouble. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.I received alittle over 400.00 back and I paid over 1400.00. He also tried to sell me hardware for headboard at 50.00 on first visit. Today it was only 35.00. I asked if on sale and he said no. He repeated himself 4 times that he didnt know what he was doing. This place is a RIP off and they resell returned mattresses, every other store donates them.
