Love our new Ugg bed set. They went above and beyond take sure we got what we wanted.

The store itself isn’t bad but I had a bad experience with an employee. My husband I purchased something and the person checking us out was not friendly. They didn’t greet us even after we said “hello how are you doing”. And when we went to leave we said “have a good day” this person rolled their eyes at us and walked away.

The manager was great found what i was looking for but when I asked the girls at the counter some basic questions they just starred at me like there where slow and dense on marijuana or something comon now get it together !!!

Awesome place, the only reason I rate it at 4 stars is that it has many high priced items, & if you are trying to cut down on shopping time you will not be able to here. You will definitely, have to shop a couple more places to fit everything on your list in your budget. If you are upper bracket affluent this is definitely, your place!

The employees were nice everyone had a mask on and staying 6 feet away from each other it was a calm environment.

Not only can you buy items online and have it sent to your house, you can also order online and pick up in the store. They do compete with some bigger stores like Walmart and Amazon, so check their prices to see if they have the same items first before going to them. Ive also received a 20% off coupon a few times, which brings the price down even more!

Went there to pick up an order this morning and the big bald man behind the counter very rude and condescending. Very unfriendly and not acting like he is there for the customer at all.

Its Bed bath and beyond. Good variety of home goods. Sometimes can be pricey but they always have what I need! Great staff!

I went beyond. It was nice .

Our cashier was a very friendly, charming person. But our purchase rang up more than marked on display. When we went back in to make it right we were met with cold, almost rude, suspicion. Only after I decided to move on and go to corporate did she offer to ask her manager. Upon asking her they decided to make it right. I was very grateful and expressed that. But the staff member who was taking care of the refund was cold and un-responsive after. In the end customer service was decent, and it was made right. Just very tense moments.

Found what I needed, very clean & my cashier was friendly& helpful.

The staff was super helpful with a return that didnt have a receipt. They actually looked up the history of the transaction on their computer!!

This is very clean store its very crowded though I feel like they could have a crush space in there to give to you a little bit more room in the aisles. If you walk with a cart you have a Tennessee running into items. You can also buy a lot more items from online and I believe you can deliver them to the store.

Love their registry. They print it right at the checkout for you and only what still is on the list. Easy to find the items. I was in and out in 15min.😊

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT HOLLAND LOCATION! I called to ask an item number of a product that I couldnt seem to find online, but had seen in their store. After being told nobody could help me and transferred 3 times, the MALE hung up on me after I thanked him for his help. No thanks for calling, thanks for shopping with us, no goodbye. Just a hang up, WOW! Sorry to bother you!!!

Everything you could need for the Kitchen , Bathroom , or Bedroom under one roof . . . They even have some unique items . But it comes at a price . So bring your wallet and be ready to spend some Cash .

I love Bed Bath & Beyond, you can just about anything there from kitchen appliances to dorm room accessories. Its my go to place for high quality bedding thats super soft and durable, 10/10 would recommend checking this place out.

Ive been there several times and have been assisted to find what I was looking for. This is not the largest version of this store brand that I have been to, and this is not their fault, so the selection can be a bit abbreviated if you are used to a larger selection.

My online order took forever to get. Staff was friendly, but slow and not super knowledgeable. Not impressed on what they were wearing! Looked like everyone woke up late and threw on what was closest to their bed.

I have always liked this store. I didnt see the Tervis Glasses this time. Maybe they quit selling them.

Great customer service! We shopped all over Holland looking for a particular item. (No one else had the item, the right size & in a box.) Frustrated, & running out of time, we called ahead to Holland BB&B. They were able to quickly respond, tho didnt have in-store; she graciously informed there were qty 10 on hand in Grandville. We were there in 20 minutes, grabbed it, next in line at check out & back home faster than we could have hoped if we had continued to drive around Holland. ALSO, the item was on sale, while i didnt have ny coupon with me, she assured me i could bring coupon & receipt back for credit at the Holland store later!!!! A++++++ to Bed Bath & Beyond. Service in Holland was AWESOME & the hand-off to the Grandville store went just as smoothly!!

Great prices

I ordered an item and it never showed up. emailed 3 times to follow up with no response from BBB. Called customer service and they said for some unknown reason it was cancelled so they reordered it or me. Never showed up. I called two times more and was told someone would get back to me. No one did. This is the second time they did this. Have spent many thousands of dollars at BBB in recent years but will now shop elsewhere.

High priced, no service available. I stood in line for over ten minutes till the cashier finally called for back up. Once home i real8zed my new ( $15.00 ) plastic, measuring cup, was cracked.
