You have to love HomeGoods the times Ive been in there is like ; OMG all the nice things want to get a lot but I cant. Although; I cant go in the store without coming out with more then I had in my list.. 😂 you gotta love it!!

Terrible return policy. I’ve always enjoyed their products but had a bad experience during my last encounter. I had purchased a pillow which had a loose seam which allowed a tassel to fall out. I had owned it for two weeks before realizing the dream was loose. I no longer had the tags but did have a receipt. They refused to return or exchange it because it was used. Well, of course it was used, I hadn’t intended on returning it! It’s unfortunate they won’t stand behind the products they sell. Take your business to target or hobby lobby for your decorating needs at that price point 😬

Love walking the aisles at HomeGoods! We had HomeGoods in Florida long before Michigan and I was so happy when they opened in our town! I always find surprises at great prices!

Huge variety of home decor and other unique food products. They even have a toy section if you have young kids. Friendly staff, good prices.

This is the first time being in Home Goods since the Govenor opened non-essential stores. They had a lot of bare shelves and not as many things as they usually have. But of course I still managed to spend a lot of money Lol

Home Goods is the best! My only problem is that I often go in the store with one thing I need get and I often end up with a bunch of other things and not the item I needed. That is my fault, not Home Goods. 😊 I went in for linen spray and walked out with a dog toy, dog bed cover, dish dry pad, an item that helps you unclog your drain, and a couple bags of chips for my mom. They did have linen spray, but I didnt like the smell. So it was a no go for the spray, but I did well on the other items. It is a great store to give a person ideas for their home and is reasonable in price. They have nice workers and are willing to help you. It is always a great experience shopping there!

Was there for a different reason other than shopping but while there I did so browsing it looked like they had a really good selection. Store was extremely clean, very well organized and staff was readily available if you had any questions. If youre looking for HomeGoods I would definitely check this place out.

I make a run through Home Goods regularly for food stuffs, kitchen utensils, soap, linens, stationery, etc. Quality items at discount prices.

Nice store and very nice people. Giving 4 stars because unfortunately an item I was to buy, basically fell apart in the shopping cart.. Also, several items we came across did not have price tags on them. Other than that helpful staff and good prices.

This store has quite a variety: furniture, glassware, decor, lots of pillows. Great place to find items that pull it all together - decor wise.

I dont know what changed, this used to be a nice store. Now Id say half a year ago things started declining. The whole store looks like a warzone, and most of the employees look downtrodden every time I shop. Where did the jovial spirit and fun arrangements go? I will be taking my business to Grandville for the time being.

They have most of the home goods that you would need. The checkout took a bit longer than desired but overall the products are good quality for the price.

Very clean organized store.

I have been in this store only two times. Both times I have left feeling irritated. Both times I have left buying absolutely nothing. I will never go in there again! Today I went in looking for something a family member mentioned they would like for Xmas. I found the item but the only one they had was put together backwards. I inquired if they had more, and they didnt. They did say its just pins and could probably be flipped around. They offered it to me for $20 it was 24.99. I was going to buy it but while standing in line I started to wonder if I didnt work out would they accept a return. I waited forever for the manager to come up front and they said no. She did say they would try to do it. She took it in the back and I waited some more. It was a candle holder decor item and the metal plate that said merry christmas on the front of it was backwards. Someone finally brought it back out and they had flipped it around. It was ok but still a little not quite right. The edges of the metal plate were slightly warped and discolored. I was ok with that though. She hands it to me and says oh by the way now you have to pay full price. I was so done at this point. Horrible customer service, I waited for a very long time, and the store is a disaster! Just no! I had other things I was going to pick up as well but yet again I bought nothing and will continue to buy nothing.

This store was a mess! Narrow aisles made it difficult to navigate. Two carts could not pass each other. Too much merchandise in too small an area. Furniture department was a real jumble, no eye catching displays.
