The experience there was great (Curt was the one who helped us) very easy and not pushy on what to get, which was a lot better then other places Ive been to. When the whole bed was brought to our house installation went fine, simple and quick nothing damaged or anything so thats another good thing. Its been a week now since weve gotten the bed and weve been sleeping so much easier now with it as well.

Nicole was most helpful in advising us on our mattress selection. Both in softness and price. Delivery was free and stress free. Enjoy purchasing from a company that delivers. Mattress was made Wednesday and delivered Thursday.

I am a BIGTIME online shopper, but when it comes to something as important as a good nights sleep, I wanted to try different ones out PLUS get Jonathan Stevens delivery and set up. I feel I got great value for my money with this purchase.

These guys are amazing. They didn’t try to upsell or push, they knew and respected what I was looking for and I was out in 20 mins. I’d invite them over for a bbq, that’s how great my experience was!!

After almost deciding not to stop in because we weren’t excited about the awkward experience of mattress shopping I’m so glad we did! We came in without any expectations but hoping for the best and Curt was absolutely the most wonderful salesperson to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and super friendly as well. Some salespeople can be too pushy and turn you off of a purchase but he gave us space to figure out what we were looking for while still being extremely attentive to any questions and opportunities to help us out. Had a great experience with Jonathan Stevens Mattress company! As soon as we walked in Brad (?) greeted us and offered his help. We had been in the search for a new mattress for about two weeks and every time we walked in some place else they would tell us what kinds were located where but never much more. So Brad started asking us a couple of questions, like in what position we slept, and what kind of bed we currently had, what we were looking for? We told him what we had told everyone elsewhere, that we had no clue! He then let us try the different mattress and while doing so he explained what the difference of each of the mattresses were. We finally decided on one and the prices were decent again compared to what we had been offered at other stores in the local area. We came in on a Saturday and he told us it would be delivered that Monday. And it was! The delivery team was very professional as well. All in all was very happy with my experience and definitely would recommend this store.

I typically hate shopping for a new mattress, but heard a lot of good things about Jonathan Stevens products; superior comfort, better quality materials, no haggle factory direct pricing, and made in Grand Rapids MI, so thought I would give them a try.Curt was super knowledgeable and we found the perfect mattress and ended up adding an adjustable base. If you’re in the market for a mattress you owe it to yourself to give them a chance. Much better experience than the big furniture stores with much better products.

Just moved to Holland and needed a specific bedding piece right away to fit a second floor stairway issue. Jonathan Stevens had it in stock (only store in town that did), but most importantly, the salesman (Curt) was the only sales person I spoke to from any other store that treated me with respect and helped solve my problem rather than telling me what I didnt need to worry about. He also allowed my son to ask several questions about the store and products and demonstrated alot of patience. Overall a great experience due to the front line sales person.
