We purchased our Cadillac SRX 4 from Crown Motors at the end of August this year. We came on a Saturday and were traveling from 2hrs away to come look at the car. Due to construction on the highway, we arrived 5 minutes prior to end of business hours for them that day. Despite this, they had the car front and center, waiting for a test drive. Their entire crew worked WELL over hours to see us drive off in our new car that day. They were friendly, extremely helpful and were more than willing to go above and beyond. We love our new car and would definitely make the 2hr drive again to give them our business. Thank you Crown Motors!!!!

The transaction for my new car was absolutely seamless and in my mind quicker than Carvana (I especially told them and made this clear). Purchasing a used vehicle from Crown Motors was a pleasurable experience. They have perfectly balanced today’s internet shopping with maintaining personal interaction. The historical used car salesman does not live here. Obed was available on our arrival. Quickly set us up for test drive and then listened to my concerns. Marissa C. was the salesperson I worked with over the phone. I found the car that I wanted and being 3 hours away, she verified all the information that was provided online, even went to the car and checked specific features for me. I was confident that she was giving me accurate information. I drove the 3 hours this morning to purchase the car and it was even better in person! I worked with several dealerships before searching out of state and I am so glad I did! Crown Motors and Marissa made my car buying experience a fantastic one! I was able to do most everything by phone and email and just sign papers when I got there. The dealership is clean and everyone is SUPER friendly! Just went in for a tire rotation and oil change. The gentleman that checked my car in was very friendly. They had a nice lounge they let me use while waiting. I grabbed a complimentary coffee and it was still hot by the time they finished up on my vehicle, very quick!

My first visit with this dealership was terrible. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I know sometimes dealerships can get backed up, but I had an appointment and still waited almost 2 hours. I was the last in the lobby, with people coming in after me, leaving first. The very next day, driving my vehicle again after the oil change, I had a puddle of oil in my garage. I called the dealership and they told me to visit a specific manager anytime after 2 to take a look. I came in after work (after 2) as instructed, and that specific manager was gone. I almost wasnt able to have anybody look at my car, thankfully a technician was still on sight. I waited another hour, for a simple check under the car and explanation why oil was dripping after my oil change. The explanation was that the employee(s) working on my vehicle left a mess of oil under my car and oil was everywhere, causing the spot in our garage. I guess I honestly expected a little more than just a verbal apology. My husband has asked for the manager to give us a call when he was back in. Never heard from him. I paid full price for a half done job, oil left everywhere, and now an oil puddle I need to deal with in our garage. Let alone, extra time to drive back to the dealership twice and wait another hour for their sloppy job. Will not be visiting again.

Ive had THREE great experiences with Crown Motors this year alone. My husband purchased a Cadillac CTS from them in February, my place of business purchased a Chrysler Pacifica in April, and now I just got my Hyundai Santa Fe last week!! The last two experiences were with Troy Dewys and I cant say enough good things about him! Hes super knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and he WILL help you find your dream car. I never would have tried a Santa Fe without him suggesting it and now Im in LOVE with my new car. Go see him- even in this crazy used car climate, he will find you a new ride in your budget!!!

What a great used car buying experience! After finding the perfect Escalade on AutoTrader, I made my visit up to Crown Motors for a test drive. Obed got me driving the car right away and promptly had my trade appraised. We talked through some considerations and agreed on terms. Obed and the Parts Dept were able to work some magic and get needed roof rack parts much quicker than originally expected and installed before i picked up the car two days later! We had a quick, efficient, and pleasant experience! We called ahead and they had the car clean, staged indoors, and ready for a test drive when I arrived. Marissa Castillo was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was a not pushy or pressure-inducing transaction. Marissa did explain the additional upsell offers that I did decline without any pushback. She got the paperwork done quickly and my entire process (walking in, test drive, purchase paperwork) was done in under 2 hours - including my 2 young children in tow. A few small things needed to be addressed which she scheduled promptly and communicated clearly and often with me about. Would highly recommend her and Crown!

All around GREAT!!! I called with short notice to verify if the car I was interested in was at this location. Not only did the person on the phone visually verify it was there, but she gave me a contact name for when I arrived. The car was ready and running when I got there. My contact person was unavailable when I arrived but I didnt have to wait as another salesman- Jon was ready to help. Taking a test drive was stress free and any questions I had were adequately answered. If he did not know the answer with certainty, he found the answer without leaving me hanging. I never felt pressured to make a purchase but instead a sincerity to finding the right car for me. By the way, I loved the car and ended up bringing it home later in the day. The sales manager Ross was fantastic and so was the finance representative Taylor. Basically everyone we encountered was warm and welcoming. I would definately recommend them and consider buying from them in the future.

I appreciate the repair but this should have been taken care of a long time before I bought the vehicle.

I came from out of town to look at their certified used Buick Encore, as their price was the best listing I had found online for everything that I was looking for in my next vehicle. I came in, test drove, and met with finance to review my options. I was able to trade in my old car and drive off in my new one! This was our second time purchasing a car from Crown Motors. We chose a Crown again because they took such good care of us the first time, including beyond our purchase date. We did research similar vehicles at a few other dealerships just to see what was out there, but came back to Crown because their prices are excellent, and their sales agents are knowledgeable and attentive, but not pushy. We worked with Sam at the Chrysler location, and Trevor at the Honda location. Both of them went out of their way to try to get us the best deal possible in negotiations, and also did a great job of explaining the details step by step. It was obvious that both of them are exceptional at what they do. Working with Sam was an awesome experience. It is very apparent that she is rockstar at her job. We were torn between the two Pacificas at each location but ended up deciding on the van from Trevor at the Honda store. I truly mean it when I say he treated us like family. He took such good care of us that we felt extremely confident that we had made a good purchase when all was said and done. We drove out of there with our new car, pleased with our deal, with not even the slightest uneasy feeling, as we have in the past at other dealerships. We just purchased our car today, and we have already sent a friend Sam’s way at Chrysler, and we will send my mother to Trevor soon, as she will soon be in the market for a Honda. I would recommend Crown Motors any day of the week. We are loyal to those who take care of us, so when it comes time to purchase our next car, we will ask for Sam if we need a Chrysler/Dodge/Ram, or Trevor if we need a Honda/Mazda/Buick/Cadillac.

Chase Chambers was absolutely the best salesman I have ever dealt with from a large dealership. There was not a ton of back and forth like many other dealships. No high pressure nonsense. Which is good because I have walked away from dealerships that pulled these stunts. I came in, told him my top dollar and he came back to me under what I asked. I was slightly disappointed because the monthly payment did go up $9 after the agreement was made, which was a little off putting. However, it was due to some unexpected features that we didnt count on, which was not a bad thing! But in the end, the monthly payment was still under what I asked for in the beginning, so Im still a very happy customer. Chase made the transaction very easy, he handled everything and even transferred my plates and updated my registration, saving me a trip to SOS. The vehicle is awesome. The hood has some blemishes on it from another dealership, and Chase said we will get it scheduled to have it taken care of. Craig Bass was also extremely helpful with getting the new vehicle set up and showing me around it. He was very knowledgeable on the features and let me know I can count on him if I have any questions. The other employees I spoke to were all very respectful and helpful as well. I had a fantastic experience at Crown! I would recommend a visit here if you are shopping for a vehicle whether new or used! Make sure to ask for my new friend, Chase!

The WORST car buying experience ever! Trevor W. is a shady salesman - constantly lying and giving us the run around. He was very manipulative and not accommodating at all! I will NEVER return to this dealership. He tried to sell us a vehicle for more than the sticker price and claimed we wouldnt be able to finance the vehicle on a Saturday. He made up a story that there were 2 other people ahead of us with the finance department and they wouldnt be able to get to us until 8pm. ALL LIES!

After wandering the lot for about 20 minutes, with only 1 other customer on the lot, I finally went inside to find help. I asked for someone who wasnt available, which happens, but it took a new car salesman to come and see if I had been helped. He graciously went to go find someone - and 5-10 mins later, I was finally being helped. (During this time, I saw 1 customer and several salespeople chatting with each other and sitting around, which is not a good look to someone seeking assistance.)My experience with the salesman was just an okay experience - he said hed follow up with me when a car being serviced was ready to test drive later that week. First, the overall customer service has really improved. My advisor on this recent visit was very helpful. What surprised me the most however, was the apparent lack of care in the office area where several colleagues were not taking any health/safety measures seriously. This, by the way is also where they serve “coffee, water, and snacks.” Obviously as a customer, seeing this during a pandemic, I’m not going to get any kind of food or drink product from that area. Hope no one gets sick!

I was told that my brakes were worn out, that I had 2 millimeters of brake pad left on brakes, front and back. The charge would be $800.00 to replace. I took my vehicle to a local repair shop to have the brakes inspected, and was told that we have 60% brakes left. They took the brake pads off, and cleaned the rust & salt off of them. The brakes are fine, nothing wrong with them. You led us to believe that our brakes were at the end of life. Dissatisfied customer!

I needed new tires for my 2005 Chevy Silverado. James, my advisor, and I discussed which tires would work well for my circumstances. He ordered them and they were mounted and balanced. I definitely would NOT recommend buying a car from this dealer. Unfortunately, I just bought a 2017 Cadillac Escalade ESV from them. It was Cadillac Certified...so they say. It appears to me they just sat down with the form and checked all the boxes like a student taking a test that he didn’t study for and marking all answers as completed. My salesman sent videos and pictures to me as I live in the Carolinas. He assured me that the car was in excellent shape inside and out and that it was Cadillac Certified. It did look very nice and very clean. My fault for assuming, but I assumed it drove like a Cadillac since it IS a Cadillac. Unfortunately, that wasnt the case. It had a very peculiar vibration. The tires had about half life left on them so I tried to troubleshoot myself and had new Michelin tires installed and balanced for $1,100 at my local tire shop. That didnt help a thing. Vibration still there. I informed my salesman as soon as I drove it the first time. I told him that I put new Michelins on. He acted concerned and said to have a Cadillac dealer check it out. Well I did and they put the car on a vibration analysis machine and found that it was more than twice the allowable vibrations for this car. The 2 issues: bad motor mounts and 2 bent wheels. Motor mounts covered under warranty; wheels are not. Thats another $1,841 out of my pocket. But remember, it was Cadillac certified. What a joke. So, Ive owned the car for 3 weeks and its been at a shop more than its been at my house. I called the dealer and they will not help at all. Seriously?!?! I was told its not their problem. The so-called “customer experience manager” took my call but has yet to return my call. Its a simple business concept- I should not be responsible for someone elses problem when it was listed in excellent condition. Crown Motors ethical responsibility is to pay for the damaged wheels since I had nothing to do with them. And to top it off, they took an additional $500 deposit until I come up with some sort of “proof of lien” before I can get my $500 back. I’ve bought many cars over the years and never heard of this. AND GM financial has never heard of it and has no idea what to give them. How in the world can you register a car in any state without giving the DMV your bill of sale from the dealer which has the lienholder right on there?!?! So there you go, another $500 profit for Crown Motors while I’m stuck paying for everything wrong with the car. This was my first GM vehicle as Ive had Fords my whole life. Ive never had a bad experience at any Ford dealer. Then theres Crown Motors... Id say RUN, dont walk away from dealing with these people. They will sell you a car, make their profit and then forget about you. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else that will stand behind their cars.

Although I love my car I was left disappointed in my car buying experience. My Toyota was sold to me with the verbal assurance that the audio system would run Sirius XM, it does not. The sales person said they could install a new system for $2,000.00Its bad enough I bought a Sirius XM radio from Best Buy for $200.00.I spent a lot of money and would likely have bought a different car or even ended up at a different dealership if I had known. They didnt even throw in a plastic license plate frame or a full tank of gas.**UPDATE** Sales manager reached out to me and apologized for the issue with the Sirius XM radio. Ross offered to pay half of what I paid to purchase the radio and installation. I am satisfied with the outcome.

I bought a truck from you in December 1 month later I voiced my concerns to ross about squealing and grabby brakes and hard/slow starting he told me to bring it so I did and they only addressed the brakes which are still an issues. I asked james about the starting issue he said he couldnt do anything because it wasnt on the work order. Now im stuck at home because it wont start at all. Thanks for selling me a pile of junk. Update 2 months after this post the paint started peeling off and the drivers side doors wouldnt close properly. I found out it had been in a major wreck and the repairs were done under the table ( no record on carfax) I ended up have to sell it for way way less than I paid because I couldnt afford to fix it.

I hesitated to make my review public, but after the tremendous amount of inconveniences since the purchase of my vehicle I decided it was necessary to provide my feedback. I located a vehicle at this dealership online and was able to have a family member visit the dealership on my behalf to look at it. After deciding I would like to purchase the vehicle, I put a hold on it over the phone to ensure it would not be sold before I was able to see it and test drive it myself. The dealership made this very easy. The next day I was able to see the car in person myself and decided I was going to purchase it and turn in my leased vehicle at the same time. Once going through the paperwork, the salesperson indicated that my family member authorized putting a cleaning product on the inside and outside of my vehicle-at the cost of $1,000. This was certainly not true, I had not signed anything to agree to this and at the time this product was applied I hadn’t even been to the dealership myself or decided I was going to purchase it! However, I decided to proceed with the purchase and pay the $1,000 because at this point I already started paperwork. Second, I was prepared to pay my mileage fee for the leased vehicle I was turning in. The salesperson insisted I would not need to pay this fee because I was purchasing a vehicle at the same time. After receiving my financial information I realized that the dealership was attempting to build my mileage payment into the loan on my new vehicle! Had I not been vigilant, I would be paying interest on my mileage for a vehicle I turned in. This was very frustrating because the staff kept insisting that I had no additional costs for my lease. But the third and most pressing issue that caused me to write this review is that the dealership sent my information in for the loan with my first, last and address spelled incorrectly. I cannot express how much inconvenience this has caused me with the credit union. At the time of purchase I caught this error and asked for the paperwork to be corrected. However it was sent in incorrectly. Finally I also have just been notified by my insurance company that there is an issue with my coverage due to the misspelling . This dealership may have a car that you are interested in but just be ready to fully examine your paperwork for spelling and hidden costs.
