Great service and super fast

This company of Verizon convinced me to pay for a more expensive plan that includes Hulu, Disney ESPN and Apple music. I said ok fine. I WILL use all that I can pay extra. Now turns out my phone was damaged I needed to set up Apple music on my new phone. I was unable to so I called Verizon. After spending an hour texting a Verizon representative and after other phone calls they were unable to help. They told me to unenroll and re enroll. So after I un enrolled now Apple music is not even an option on the list of apps with Verizon it was there before and disappeared. So they said they will make a ticket. It would take two days. I said ok, I waited like 1 week still nothing. I call back and they said they have no ticket in their system. I had to talk for an hour again the Brandi just to have her understand that I wanted my Apple subscription to work and it wasnt. And she said I needed to be transferred. I am almost certain she put me on hold just to tire me to hang up is what I am about to do and I bet it will be OK since nobody was never going to pick up the phone. Waste of my life after Verizon if they cant help they need only say so that then I can move on not this circus clown show and theatrics. Its unbelievable everything. I was able to re enroll with all my other add on except Apple music and they just keep me wasting my time as if they help at all. They do not. I would give negative stars if I could. Very bad service and lack of respect for my humanity. I am being really tried and tested here, I even told Brandi to tell me if she couldnt help me just let know I will stop calling. And they dont even know if they can help or not.

There is not help, they send you to talk to costumer services if you have a problem even if was a issue concerned to them. Only good for sell you fhone and fhone stuff. Don have good wi-fi service for change your fhone information. When I was telling about I was not happy whit Verizon ... he answered: You don’t have a contract, so change to another company...

Usually a wait, employees are pretty knowledgeable but you can probably get the same results/answers yourself online or on your mobile device.

And yet another business to solidify the reputation Hialeah has for corrupt businesses and low grade quality customer service.Recently, came to the Verizon Hialeah store with an unlocked phone that I legitimately purchased from a large retailer. At the store, the employees said they could not register the phone. I tried this several times and you can imagine my frustration since this was purchased legitimately. I went back to the large retailer and they were able to connect the phone to Verizon. I didn’t originally connect the device with the large retailer because I was going to purchase a family plan and switch from a different carrier. Something I thought would be best handled at a main store.I hope Verizon is thoroughly training their employees on company policies and procedures. Apparently, after looking through the comments, I am not the first person to be conned into having to buy a phone. In case you all didn’t know, they make money off the sales of equipment. It truly is a shame that such a reputable company would have such incompetent places of establishment with under qualified sales representatives to handle such delicate matters.Verizon, this store is degrading your reputation...do something about it!

The Pertorrican Manager is was very professional but with the new one its embarrassing. You can say nothing because he always has a reason. All what you explained doesnt have validation.

My parents and I went in to switch from tmobile to verizon. My parents wanted to get brand new phones (iPhone X and Note8). I on the other hand brought in my Galaxy S8 that I bought UNLOCKED from Best Buy. The first time we went in they told me I couldnt use my phone on their network and they plugged in a SIM card (which wasnt activated) and told me it didnt work. So we all went home and I was curious so I called Samsung AND Verizon and both told me my phone would work on theyre network. So about a month passes and we go back to the store. Again they do the same thing by using an unactivated SIM card. Essentially, they were trying to bait us into trading in my brand new S8 that I got from Best Buy to get another phone from them which wouldve gotten them a nice $3000 sale. Luckily for my parents, I am not a complete idiot when it comes to tech so we went to best buy and a VERIZON expert helped us out with the entire process and it only cost us $5 for a SIM card rather than $700 for a new phone. Moral of the story: Dont trust these clowns at this Verizon location. They are only interested in making a sale rather than helping their customers.

I came in to get help from a real person instead of having to call in to support. I wanted to know more about international plans and find a charger. I was very disappointed to have an associate argue with me on which charger my phone needed. Then I was told to call support because they didnt want to tell me the international rates. I asked was it because he didnt know and he said yes he didnt he just wanted me to call them instead. Very very very poor quality service. Go to a different local store if you can.

The general manager Alejandro morales will bargain “fees “ with you . If he does call Verizon corporate and complain about him since he as a General manager can fix most issues THEY make. He tried to tell me how they will take of “half the fees “ that they created to which they obviously had to take care off . After calling and complaining about this manager they fixed everything . I love Verizon but the store manager Alejandro morales is a sangron and a bad person . Stay away

I came in a week ago for the buy one get one and the rep told me that promotion ended and I just found out it ended a few days ago he just kept trying to put a Hum on my account he said that I need it that I can even track my girlfriend with it... That made me VERY! uncomfortable and the manager not even paying attention to what his rep was telling me was FLIRTING with my sister I forgot his Name but I know it started with a J very unprofessional NEVER going back to this store again.

Too slow, I had to go two times. They are very polite, and they know what they are talking about, but the line is too too slow in there.

Massiel Hernandez is the worst representative of Verizon. I went into the store and she was trying to help me. She left to the back with my phone and came back out with the cover broken. She broke my brand new cover that I just purchased 3 days ago. She offered me 50% off all covers. Why should I have to pay for something she broke. Horrible Horrible customer service. Then I ask to speak with the manager and she said she is the MANAGER which was a lie! She is the ASSISTANT!! I will be transferring to AT&T thanks to Massiel Hernandez.

Horrible treatment I received from employees, (Yahindy) was the one who took the award for poor customer treatment.When the manager answered that I asked her for the name of the employee, she gave it to me written on a napkin, now I have a doubt that that is her name.I would not recommend this store at all, they are far from giving good customer service.

I went to get 5 phone lines and after they had me outside in the sun without anyone going out to give me an explanation that there were people inside and of course for security to protect health because of the covid they do not leave so many people inside, so I had to wait No one came out to explain anything to me, just wait outside and thats it. After I wait half an hour, an employee comes out and tells me and my husband that we can only enter one, that for security, I do not understand anything because in the other stores they let the family enter together, clearly complying with the CDC regulations. of them is extremism and make the costumer feel under-served. Inside the store there were only 3 customers, because we had to leave without being given a service. I do not understand that the CDC regulations are different for each store, or it is that they misinterpret them. They should review them to give better attention.
