I went to the store to buy phones for my family and they treated me very well. I didnt see any of the people the other reviews talked about so I think they changed staff or maybe it was the other one by the food court but that stall had no people when I went there. This one is by Victorias secret in the middle of the two doors

Maria ( heavyset girl) shut down the system after the customer in front of me .asked why she did it and ignored me and started looking at the screen. Bad customer service. Dont bring your business to this stand you will get annoyed by the careless employees

My experience here was horrible, they are absolutely unprofessional and disorganized. At times they can be rude and from what Ive seen after being a metro pcs costumer for many years I am completely disappointed. Ive never had an employee such as Raquel disrespect me in such a way.

The girl with the nose piercing was doing a sim swap for my mom phone we paid the $10 and the next day all the lines on my account were disconnected because she made changes on my account and i had to pay $16 to get my lines activated horrible employee never again would i go to that store
