The store representative was very patient and courteous with me throughout the whole process of opening a new account. The store was clean and all of the accessories on display were easy to peruse and try out. The retail manager here is HORRIBLE. He had no customer service skills what so ever. He had an attitude from the moment we came in and was not helpful when I asked him about upgrading my phone. I don’t know if it was time for him to go home or what but he did not seem interested in his job or helping customers at all. Won’t be returning and I’m looking into another provider altogether at this point.

They dont want to work. They dont care what you are saying to them. I was there to buy my phone today after 18 months of contract and he even know what I was talking about. He was like mad and he didnt do nothing to help me. I think that they just go there to listen music and look at their phones not to work. Horrible experience

I don’t usually review places, in fact this is probably my first review in google, but i had to go out of my way for the fantastic service provided by Nestor (assistant manager) and Leo. I went there with a problem i had for two weeks where 611 was telling me to go to a store and different store would tell me i had to call. Well long story short, after explaining everything to Nestor he took matters into his own hands and had me call 611 in front of him and he spoke to the reps that still didn’t want to help me until he made them do it. At the end, Leo helped me order the new phones i wanted and answer the million questions i had.I highly recommend this store to anyone who has problems with T-Mobile, especially if you are trying to open a business account. They are truly exceptional.

Extremely small location, no one ever answers the phone, if the employees are on break do not expect anyone to rush out when they have a line of customers. I dont know why everyone has to go on break at the same time and leave 1 employee outside doing all the work. I was treated great once I actually got service. But there is to many cons in this location. It seems more like a hangout for the crew rather than being a job.

I went and took my mom to the T-Mobile in Hialeah, FL located at East 4th Ave & Hialeah Drive, so she can upgrade from a flip phone to an android, which is what she’s comfortable with and the customer service assistance we received, was absolutely the best! Our sales assistant Hector was very knowledgeable and caring. Answered all my moms questions patiently and went the extra mile which is usually non existent with most companies, but not the case at this store! The Manager, Carlos, makes the customers feel at home and is willing to assist with any questions! When we finalized our purchases, which included a new phone, added line, Apple Watch & phone cover, we were very pleased with the service that was rendered to us. I highly recommend this location and its staff! I was so pleased, I even posted a pic that we took with Hector on my IG page!!!Thank you Hector and Carlos for your great customer service and helpful information! You’re the best! #5Stars

I went to this store for help. I needed to unlock a phone (the store was empty). The sales personal were talking (no problem) when I told one of the sales guys what I needed it, they ask me if the phone was in service, not is not I told them.. I was told that unfortunately the Wi-Fi of the store was unavailable at the moment.. they show me how I was able to do it myself and I left.How is possible that a Wi-Fi of a cellphone store is unavailable?? But anyway thanks for your help..

UPDATE: THE LOCATION WE WENT IT WAS 667 W 49TH ST, HIALEAH. Weve made the mistake of going to this location to get an apple watch. The representative who assisted us made a comment the minute we were walking out, he said I just wanted my time, his name is Osmani, just make sure he doesnt assist you when you go to this place. We did not get the watch for different reasons, besides the fact that we asked to see one watch they didnt have displayed and he said that they couldnt open the box, that we needed to buy it first without seeing it. But if you work on sales, and if you get commission from everything you sale, you should never make rude comments about your customers.

Hands down the worst place I ever went for a phone. If it were up to me Id close that store. Besides the LONG wait times (nearly 2 hrs.), the lack of knowledge and info of the products. What set me off the most was an elder gentleman asked if he could pay his bill. They openly ignored them, I guess the cute young lady was more interesting that they were more attentive to her than the rest of the people who were there. After the elder man asked again one employee turns to the other and says hes going to take his time. Their demeanor is disgraceful and unprofessional. I would never recommend that store. I had to get a little rude due to the fact they were calling up customers that came to the store well after me. Truly regret going there.

Get ready to wait in line for an hour for them to answer a simple yes or no question. I understand theyre helping customers, but if you could tell me whether you have something or not, it makes it very easy for me to decide to stay or leave. My problem is not waiting, its waiting in line for an hour to then be told no to a question I had asked previously. If they have a chance to interrupt the customer they are with to check their phone, they have a minute to answer a question. Also, if they would pick their phones up when a customer calls, my question could have also been answered in less than 5 seconds. Without me having to bother them (because clearly thats what youre doing by going to the store. BECAUSE I TRIED CALLING 3 TIMES BEFORE GOING TO THE STORE, AND NOTHING. This is not my regular T-Mobile location, just the closest to my job. Guess Ill just have to wait to solve my phone issues at my regular location next time. You guys suck.

The best Manager Ive had the pleasure to have experienced her knowledge of all Tmobiles products and the. highest kind of professionalism in a young lady her name is Yuneily Martinez I came with a complex problem and she did not hesitate to help and took her time and rectified the problem with a sure smile and bubbly personality helped me feel secure to divulge and completely trust her . Went into to buy the tourist plan which cost $30 but they claimed that they didnt have it and tried to sell a $50 plan instead claiming there is a $20 activation fee on every SIM. The manager was was very unfriendly. I was able to buy the plan for $30 at the T-Mobile kiosk at Dadeland Mall.

This store has been the worst T-Mobile store I have ever set foot in. The customer service is disgusting. They are so lazy here and extremely rude. They treat you as if they have no interest in helping you or working honestly. One of the employees there told us he couldnt help us because that store isnt a corporate store. When we asked him to please tell us where we could find a corporate store, he told us to google it. Nice.

Hello Everyone. I am the great reviewer. First off this t mobile in Hialeah is Amazing, Michael thr handsome Manager with Beautiful Eyes is a great Manager and makes sure Everyone is taken care of. I understand that sometimes the store is low on employees and you have to wait an hour or LESS, but if YOU didnt have time YOU wouldnt be visiting to take care of your phone or doing your upgrade. T Mobile is one of the BEST and MOST INCREDIBLE cellular companies I have ever been with. I have never had a company that has taken carr of ME AND MY ACCOUNT as generously as they have with payment arrangements they will never SHUT you off unless you dont make your payment arrangements other then that T Mobile keeps you on and Going. The CEO OF THE COMPANY IS BERY GOOD AND HE IS ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GIVING THE CUSTOMER MORE TRUST ME I KNOW BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS HAS NOT BEEN AROUND UNTIL NOW. I was a great customer and I should not have to wait to pay my arrangement to pre order my new iphone and he said he would Get back to me in 2 days and thanked me for answering my phone. For me, the worst mobile store, I called to confirm the price and they had some headphones that I needed, they told me the price and if they had them. I arrived at the store and after an hour in line for the bad service and the bad attention to the I public that they have they tell me that they do not have them there that if I was sure that I had called that place. The worst place to go. I bought an iPhone 6s yesterday and I went to change contacts today and after two hours they give me an old (broken iPhone 5) phone making me believe it was mine. They are thiefs. And they never know how to solve any problem. Definitely not recommended.

The wait is horrible, it is truly a place where customer service is the worst thing they have, I went to pay my phone, and that gave a process of only about two minutes and I had to wait almost an hour, in fact I am still here, because in front of me there are people with telephone changes or technical problems, I think I should make two lists, if it is for payments one, if it is for technical problems another, because it is not fair that I have to wait for the problem of other people that solve them takes time and I only come for a two-minute payment, and as many people have done so, above the calm with which they work here, it is as if those who are in line were painted in Wall.

It is the worst place that Tmobile has, the manager is not doing his job since you enter, they give you bad treatment, they are very young and they do not know about their work or maybe they do not train them, it is a lack of respect for the consumer, I also went to do an afternoon in and they did something else to me that is consumer fraud they should change all the staff until the manager there is no control and there are many people not happy that Luger one of the employees is called Luis lamb on the board says Luis is the worst employee who Tmobile has in all aspects also the client asks to do in plan and puts another different plan that is Engano to the consumer They will have better problems than change lack manager that is never seen there or maybe it is one more of all They give bad treatment to clientBad costumer service
