I was in line while a young woman came in to get a PS4 trade value and I saw the employee Christina refuse this young lady just because it was closing time in an hour….. I will never be coming here again. The only person who can do their job is Rodrigo, everyone else should be fired

Great selection for the size, decently used games, but they keep sneaking the insurance and other small add ons without telling you, so its kind of shady, I know they are forced to do it and its very little to get it protected, but I should be given a choice not forced added in and me having to remove it.

Associate Christian made my shopping experience a pleasure, he’s extremely knowledgeable and seemed excited to help with all the questions I had. I’ve never done a GameStop survey even though I have shopped at many stores for the past 8 years but Christian’s customer service was so impactful I’m actually filling this out from my car right outside the store. Christian was wonderful and if all GameStop associated were half as good as Christian it would always be a pleasure to shop at GameStop.

I recently had some really bad experience dealing gamestops online service and customer service is not helpful I came to this store and the last of my issues were resolved and even a mistake the clerk made fixed it for me Rodrigo and I hope I get her name right Melissa they are great team and focused on Customer satisfaction I didnt get to use a five dollar coupon off a purchase because cant use two of the same in one transaction also I had asked for certain limited edition which I used my points to purchase 40 to be exact so I called and said hey the game you gave me was wrong how can we go about this knowing my situation already hours for weeks with game stop online they refunded me in a gift card and gave me five dollars on a purchase for the five dollar coupon I didnt get to use also another employee there when I get the name I shall update this review I dealt with god if war black Friday special canceled 2 times on me after the first time the apartment was taken off the order by gamestops own app when I did the order I was honored the price of 19.99 just 2 more but better than waiting just to be told again your order was canceled . This store surely cares about its customers.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, always doing events and giveaways especially on release days for some games (I went for the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare release and had a blast, no sarcasm at all)

Chris and the manager helped me get a Nintendo Switch and a PS4 Controller.The transaction didn’t feel like a typical transaction I felt like were genuinely talking and building a rapportThis is my favorite Gamestop to go to because the workers have become my friends and they give really good gaming advice. Honestly worst experience Ive had in all my years of being a customer. I show up, look around, I have an idea of what Id like. I wait in line to get attended. A total wait time of 15 minutes. Somebody recently walks into the store and waits at the register and get attended immediately. Rude and unprofessional. Definitely wont go to a physical store ever again.

I am very disappointed about Gamestop for not having a bathroom. Every time I go there guess what. There isnt one. I get so mad that they have no bathroom and sometimes I get the thought of suing Gamestop but nah. I think not. Al the kids wont be able to buy games but if they dont have a bathroom the next Gamestop I see Im going to buy a RPG and blow it up then Im going to sue it. Im tired of going to Gamestop and having to dish Gamestop, make a bathroom or else.

I went to gamestop to buy neko chat pad for xbox one contorler the item was suppose to be new turn out it was open and defective, it would notbjust slide up and hook to controller, when it did it broke my new xbox s controller conector and left it loose inside my controller which is now ruined, took nyko defective and my nowbbroken controller, they were making probabilities as to howit happen with me at fault if course, i demanded to try defective nyko chatpad with one of their contrillers they came acknoledging that the nyko did brake my controller and it was defective but they could not relpoace my xbox controller because they just dud j notbhave one not even pre own which sounded like bs because they had just tested defective nyko in the back, they said i could just moved the broken conector into place as if the pins and electronic conections that would be solder back in with magnifying glasses is not a factor, at this point I felt like i was being brussed off and lied to, now ibl gotta i gotta spend $60 for a xbox s controler replacement even thought it was new from when i was hought xbox one s 2 weeks ago, cant trust gamestop no more they seem to be recycling defetive returned items and reselling as new

I bought the Mario Odyssey game, they replaced the drawing that covers the case where the game goes and they keep the discount codes. When I entered the store they were changing them. A few days later I wanted to use the code that comes with the discount game. I realize that what I was doing that day was to take them off. I do not buy again on this site they charge me much more expensive than elsewhere and they take away the code that by right is a terrible thing the owner of this place.

The game stop manager Melisa is a bad worker, we have more than 10 games and after being valued at $ 5 each, and to top it off when I tell her to give me a gift card to buy games there and she gave me one that we didnt It serves in the store, only online, and she did not explain that to me, someone who does not know what she sells should not be the managerAll the other workers work perfectly and explain everything to you well but Melisa does not serve as a worker
