Ordered plastic siding for a Mini Cooper from them over amazon. They sent me the correct underlying foam for the correct side of the car however the plastic siding was for the wrong side of the vehicle. Then claimed that I mis ordered the entirety of the components and refused to resend or refund. General bummer of a service.

I order from the website 4/11/19 and i pay priority mail. I email 3 times asking for my part and they ignore my emails completely and they never responded. 4/19/19 and still nothing in the mail.Never again I’m going to buy from this company.

I dont usually leave negative feedbacks, but making a business with Parts4Export in FL was a big mistake. I placed an order (Sep 6th), with 3 days shipping, and im receiving an email today (Sep 16th) saying they just shipped the item, and expected delivery date would be on the 19th of September. Do not attempt to call nor email, cuz they do not respond it anyways. Perhaps, they blocked my number, cuz the next time i called, it went straight into voice mail....

Ive bought from Parts 4 export many times in the past no issues but like a lot of small business they get a lil bigger and thats when the wheels start to fall off and losing hand of general business ethics...as of recently last 6 months its went down hill quickits gotta be hands down the poorest form of business communication Ive ever dealt with..I actually believe I have better chances of communicating with aliens then I do at anyone at this particular business...As a Business owner myself the number one rule with me or any business is proper communication..I Ordered parts they said they would be in 3 hours and would call once received... well they never called back or not answering phone as usual or returning text as suggested in their voicemail....In the end I had call my customers embarrassingly and Reschedule their appointment as I had to order parts from another company... ugh done never again..Id rather refuse work then look like a fool with my clients due to someone elses incompetenceGood LuckChadChads Mobile Mechanics
