Great customer service! Wesley is a very kind and honest person! Take advantage before their promotion expires and buy three and get one free with free installation too! Its a great deal on some very good quality tires. On the highway it feels like my car is flying now. I used to think my car was just slow and couldnt accelerate well, but now it feels much faster! I had no idea tires could make this much difference in performance. Im very happy with the price and quality of the work done. It does take a while though to get tires installed, but of course that is to be expected. Have someone pick you up so you dont have to wait in the lobby too long when you go get yours!

This store is absolutely horrible. They will tell you that your car has to have work done and it’s all lies. They will tell you that they did work on your car and they didn’t do it. They lied about a simple tire rotation! I spent a total of 4 1/2 hours, I am not kidding and it was not crowded at all. Someone has to look into this center because it’s horrible and you should all be ashamed of yourselves! I blame the owners and management for the poor work ethic from the workers. It shows me that the people in charge doesn’t care and that attitude reflects on the employees.

Good afternoon, this has been the worst experience of my life, I checked in at 12.33 in the afternoon and with a waiting time of 2 hours, which I accepted. After 5 hours of waiting I left because in order to make money and not do an oil change (They change only that, not even the filter) I had to leave because it is a lack of respect, they move the work folders in based on what is convenient, maybe change tires or major repairs. The rest leave it there, then if you put a bad attitude, you are a poorly educated person

I came in at 11:00 AM, for a set of 4 new tires. The man told me that it was going to take about an hour- an hour an a half. My car takes two different sizes, the front and back. When they installed the tires, the two tires that was suppose to go on the back were installed on the left side of the vehicle, and different the other size was installed on the right side of the car (front and rear).It took them about 3 hours to finish the job, when they handed me the keys to the car, I found out that they installed the tires in the wrong locations, so I told them to redo them correctly.So they started again, and when he finished, he needed to redo the alignment one more time, so I had to wait 45 minutes more, because there was another vehicle on the alignment machine.I told the technician, the tire pressure on the back should be 44 PSI, and 35 PSI in the front.After they finished the job, five minutes later after driving the car alerts me with four different tire pressure numbers, each tire having different pressure, as in the picture attached. At this point, I didnt want to stop by again to waste my time even more, since I came in at 11:00 AM , and left at 4:30 PM.

Went for an oil change and to check tire pressure since the light was off. Kerell took my order. Told me my car was going to be ready in an hour and a half. Called after 2 hours to check on my car. No one answered the phone for 15 min decided to go pick up my car. No one working at the counter. Smoking, 30 min later Kerell tells me he checked everything and that the oil was being changed while I was there. Waited another 30 min. Kerell gives me my keys, tells me nothing was wrong with my tire, I asked if he filled the windshield fluid he said “ I Filled it up”. I left. On my way home while I was on the highway the tire pressure lights goes on again. I checked the windshield fluid and it was empty. This was Friday. I go back on Monday and waited another 2 hours to learn that my tire had a nail. That Kerell never checked the tire, he just filled it up and that they have been out of windshield fluid so Kerell lied to me when he said he filled it up. I asked Kerell why he did that and he shrugged his shoulders and told me it was hard to work 6 days a week.I will never set foot on another Pep Boys ever.

Installed 4 tires and had to wait 2 1/2 hours. Get the car at closing and when driving home, one of the tire had low pressure. Had to come back early next day and I was there at 6:50 am supposedly they opened at 7:00 am per website and store sticker. Had to wait until 8:00 am and car was fix at 8:45 am and they onky changed the valve. What a waist of precious time.

This store is unbelievable. I recently purchased a used car and wanted it checked out. I dropped my car off this morning 8am and was told I would get a call when it was ready. 5pm rolls around and no call so I called them. I was told everything looks good. The fluids were topped off, the brakes and tires looked good. The only problem is my car was parked in the exact spot I left it in this morning. It was never checked. I know this because when I asked for a check sheet to see what was done no one could find it. When I dropped it off this morningI was told it would be $89.99+tax no problem. When I picked it up magically its now complimentary. I didnt mind paying for service I just wanted it checked. Thanks for wasting my whole day Pep Boys. I guess Ill take my business elsewhere.

I had an appointment at 1230p, it is 230pm and they just drove my car into the bay. My technician keeps walking back and forth to the tool table while chatting with the other technician. He’s horrifically inefficient. Walking back and forth slowly and grabbing one thing at a time. Never coming back here. My car was returned to me at 3:15 PM.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. But, that would not allow me to write a review on this establishment.My girlfriends car recently needed a battery as her car would not turn on. She had the car towed to the store, and it was left parked by the tow truck right in front of this store. She and her uncle followed in his car, and upon arriving was told that it would take a short while, as there were cars ahead of her. This is a reasonable expectation. Whats not reasonable, is that in the end, she waited for over 4 hours, and did not get a call from the store to notify her that the car was ready. So, naturally, she decided to call herself to get an update.She was told that they had been calling her, but that she was not picking up. This was nonsense, since a gentleman named Alberto wrote her cell phone number at the top of her work order, and wrote it down correctly, which she confirmed. This was lie #1.She was then told that the car would be ready in 45 mins. To which she replied No, i will be there in 20 mins.This is a reasonable response, considering it takes about 2 to 3 mins (generously) to swap out a battery. She had been waiting 4 hours, and was now being asked to wait an additional 45 mins. When she arrived, not only was the car not ready yet, but the manager of the store Edgar began to disrespectfully raise his voice at my girlfriend and her uncle, and came to the conclusion that he would fire Alberto (throwing his employee under the bus) for not communicating the phone number. When she clearly indicated her correct phone number on the paperwork. Placing blame on his employee was lie #2.They did not bring her car in for the battery replacement, until all of this was occuring. They hadnt even touched her car yet, at that point. Being that my girlfriends car wasnt starting, and that she had purchased the battery there less than a year ago and it was under warranty, she didnt have much of a choice, but to proceed with this store.Now, comes lie #3. The big lie. Because the battery was under warranty, and the replacement was free of charge, Edgar thought it would be a good idea to be slick and try to turn a profit by replacing something that didnt need replacing. My girlfriend doesnt know much about cars, and predatory scumbags like Edgar are well aware of the type of client who knows their stuff, and others that dont and need a quick fix, like my girlfriend. He decided to try and take advantage, not realizing that she wasnt born yesterday, and knows a predatory scumbag when she sees one.He decided to tell her that she needed a new serpentine belt for her alternator, and that her oil pan was leaking. He quoted her over $600 for this repair/labor.Mind you, both of these parts each run under $20 respectively, and the labor/time that it takes to replace both of these parts would run less than an hour. She decided to leave once she knew her car turned on, and decided to reach out to a friend, whose husband is a mechanic. He looked at her car, and determined that her serpentine belt was like new, and that her oil pan had ZERO leaks. At worst, she could use an oil change, but it was not a critical situation.I hope that Edgar receives notice of this review, and he thinks twice about trying to dupe people out of their hard earned money. I also hope this review acts as a warning. If you visit/shop this store, decline any and all help from Edgar. The store manager.

WORST WORST HORRIBLE service, Went for Oil change and initially they said 60 mins, then 90 mins, and after 90 mins, they cant find my keys and kind find the order , it took 15 mins for them to find my keys and said somebody is now working on it. After 30 mins, I asked again, so in total after 2 hrs, they said 20 mins to change the oil. And even after 2.30 hrs no body reached out to me, I had to go ask again, and finally they said, yes its ready. And when I was driving, nobody even cared to reset the oil change settings, it was still showing SERVICE DUE, and I had to ask somebody to come in and reset it. And for 5 yrs Synthetic oil, it is $86 dollar, after showing the coupon, they charged $54. WORST SERVICE EVER, WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION.

They will tell you we cannot do the free check engine scanning cuz we dont have the small machine, we only have the big one, and with that its $170 for the diagnose... What a excuse. I guess they dont have the money to afford having the $30 dollars small device. Why do they advertise the free check engine test then? You know why.

Make sure you look at the lower star reviews before coming and be sure to check their work. I came in for a managers special, oil change/tire rotation/ inspection.The clerk told me I had a 1 car infront of me assured me it would be about about an hour so I decide to wait....upon hour 4 after about 3 people that came in after me, who didn’t schedule appointments. he tells me I’m next then asks if I want my tires rotated?...I’m confused because that comes standard with the special.All In all, pick another location unless you have time to kill, and someone to verify that they did what they were supposed to do.

I was skeptical about coming at first, based on the reviews, but the service was great. I made my appointment online and made sure the tires I was looking for were available. I made a same day appointment. I got there 15 minutes earlier and checked it, I was greeted when I entered. They advised theyd call when my car was ready. I went for a walk around the store, around the block, and then waited in their waiting area. An hour later, my car was ready, they called, super friendly.

On my way home I got a nail on one of my tires. I drove to this place and walked in. Guy at the front desk, I don’t remember his name but I know he’s colombian , super fast and professional helped with my car, and offered the most convenient option. The guy who fixed my tire was just really good at what he does. Left the place relieved after the nail ordeal. I definitely recommend this place if u want fast and professional service.Thank u !!

They try to get you for your money, also doesn’t fully inspect your car. I went to get my starter replaced and they told me I had an oil leak so I just paid for the starter. I went to change my battery and when I tried to turn on my car it did not turn on after I just had it serviced. So I went to pep boys in Hollywood fl and they told me I just had an easy fix which was a loose wire that connected to my battery. So I advise you to not go to the one on 57th ave.

I arrived for a simple oil change forty five minutes before closing with only one car in front of me and after sitting in the lobby for almost an hour I was informed that they didnt have anyone to change my oil. The mechanics just clocked out and left for the day. I felt like this location had no respect for my time and devalued as a customer. I dont plan on returning to this particular location.

Was ripped off by this place! They created and did unnecessary services to vehicle in order to run up parts and labor costs. Very dishonest business. They did services to vechicle without approval and which were completely unnecessary. Towed vehicle to this Pep Boys for starting issue. Vehicle had a brand new starter installed before being took in for diagnostic with this Pep Boys. Was told on day 1 that they had tested both the new starter and old starter and that they both worked and they were still determining what was wrong. On day 2 I went to store and was told that both starters were not working now and that they had removed the brand new starter that was already on the vehicle before arrival because they claimed it didnt work even though the day before they said it did. They told me the they had already installed one of their in stock starters. Took brand new starter they claimed did not work back to auto zone where it was purchased. Auto zone tested starter multiple times and it worked perfectly. Then I was told air conditioning compressor belt was completely missing and needed one. Which is funny considering I didnt take it there for lack of air conditioning or a missing belt. Air conditioning had been working perfectly before arrival in their shop. When I questioned the impossibility of the belt missing mechanic thinking I didnt understand Spanish started speaking in Spanish to the service rep insulting me and calling me crazy. I questioned service manager about the missing belt and he said what do you think my guys did cut it off. Well yeah I do since air was working and belt was there before arrival in your shop. I also explained to the service manager that his mechanic had insulted me and called me inappropriate things in Spanish and he just got attitude with me about it and got mad with me. Worst customer service ever!!! They placed a new power cable from battery to starter which was the only actual thing that needed to be done to fix the starting issue. I was charged for a new starter, air conditioning compressor belt and labor related to the two items that was completely a fabricated problem that truly didnt exist. These people are extremely dishonest and rude! Go to this Pep Boys location if you want to be taken advantage of, have insults hurled at you, and receive the worst customer service possible from the mechanic and the service manager.

Dont come here. I had to tow my car and I was able to pick from many different mechanics and I choose pep boys due to my dads loyalty to the chain. big mistake. They ran a diagnostic of my car which I already knew a water outlet for my radiator had been damaged because there was smoke coming from there and a loose tube. I was charged $60 for this and would get that money credited to my service. They ran the diagnostic and it would cost six hundred dollars to fix my tube and they recommended to fix my thermostat. I asked seven hundred dollars to replace a tube? Apparently it was because of the labor cost. (it wasnt). They wanted to replace on the invoice the upper radiator tube $34.58 the lower radiator tube $44.92, the upper radiator tube $37.43. Basically just adding a bunch of things to my invoice and a thermostat replacement which was recommended but not necessary is what they told me. None of the tubes needed to be fixed though. Also for another $154.40 to remove and replace the radiator hose. And lastly, my coolant pipe for $58.35 which was the damaged part. I ended up getting a buddy from work to come and rescue my car with me. He did a temporary fix with a roll of duct tape. I was able to get home without overheating. Finally i made it home and ordered the part on amazon prime for $16.69 and my friend was able to replace it in under ten minutes. My friend is not a mechanic. I have no idea why pep boys wanted to bill me $700. To make matters worse I had a credit card fraud a week after i had to pay the diagnostic fee at pep boys. I am not saying that pep boys stole my credit card but I question the integrity of this store. The pep boys in sunrise and the pep boys in coral springs are great and highly recommended. This specific store is not worth your time.

Poor service all around. Failed to mention that they did not preform a tire rotation because the tires had to little thread. Didn’t go over any notes form the “inspection” that was conducted, at the point of payment. If my tires were “worn” at least mention it when I’m checking out. I would have bought tires on the spot! Didn’t even offer to quote me new tires.Would not recommend to friends and family!

I got 4 tires delivered from Tire buyer here and they completely messed up to them point they installed the wrong tires in the rear and the correct ones in the front...then, I asked to at least give me discount due to the issue having to wait, for which they did fairly. If only the story ended here. Then the guy doing the “fix” messed up in placing the lift feet under the car at the rear and had a lot of trouble (had to deflate and forcefully put the tires back in place).

The employees inside the store were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I gave 3 stars because I went to the shop and there was one lead mechanic sitting down (young guy with a white work shirt) and I asked him for help all I needed was to have a belt tightened and he was sitting down on his phone and clearly acted as if I was disturbing him. He told me to go inside the store to get a quote but it was the sales person in the store that told me to go to the shop and speak with someone. Thank God two other mechanics came and explained that what I was requesting could be done on my type of car. They were very helpful.

On 1-25-19 l walked into the store #0153 On NW 57TH Ave. In a day and age of non existent customer service my faith in people was re-newed.l approached an employee by the name of Marquis Williams, l explained the problem l was having with the car s battery. I also explained that due to the problem l was having with the battery l was left stranded the day before.Marquis immediately reached out to another employee and was advised there wasnt any mechanics available to help me. And rather than brushing me off or instructing me to come back another day. Marquis walked outside with me and began the switching out the battery process. When Marquis was unable to securely install the battery he instructed me to go to the shop where Enrique the mechanic finish the installation process. I was truly grateful to both these gentlemen for their willingness to help and excellent customer service particularly Marquis . Thank you

Ill start off with the service I got, The guy that serviced me was a little rude (like he had a bad day rude), gladly I was in a great mood that day, so I just brushed it aside.The main issue I had was the wait time. They told me my car would be ready in just 1 hour and 30 minutes. I was fine with that and I decided to wait around the store thinking it would be an even shorter waiting time, because it wasnt busy at all, there was 3-5 people inside the whole store. After a hour I noticed they didnt move my car, so I left and walked down the road to another store and lost track of time on purpose. I walked back to Pep Boys and my car was still parked in the same spot I parked it in. I was upset now because it has been 3 hours that my car has been parked at Pep Boys and nobody has even looked at my car. So I go and ask how long do you think it would be for my car to be done now, and the second guy that serviced me said Oh youre right at at the top. youre next with an attitude. I left and I came back in about a hour or so, He never called but I ask was my car done and he said its done. He proceed to tell me a whole list of things dealing with my brakes that were bad and for Pep Boys to fix it, Itll cost around $500 I said OK cool, Ill be here later on in the week. I went not even that far down the road to another mechanic shop and they told me my brakes were fine and all I have to do is adjust them and they said they would do ALL of my brakes for $290 which is way cheaper then what Pep Boys offered me just for my rear brakes.-Gerrett

Depending on the group working the service can be on time or not. The group of 10/04/2018 give me an estimated time for oil change of 1 hour and the real waiting time was 2 hours and 45 minutes; normally I do not willcomplain but I have my daughter at home post-surgery. Go here if you want to be scammed and treated like garbage. When I walked in, the associate was extremely unwelcoming. I told him I was having problems with my air conditioner. He told me they would fix the problem and the a.c would become cool. After paying 300 dollars and waiting 4 hours, they returned my car with a bigger problem. The air was not any cooler. This is what they did: They used a recharge hose (worth $20) and charged 300 for that. That didn’t fix the issue and they could care less. They then told me the compressor was messed up (after going in a 2nd time the same day to tell them my a.c was still not cooling), and wanted another 1200 for that. I asked for a manager. The manager was extremely rude to me. He wasn’t even listening to my concerns. I explained I paid $300 and nothing was fixed. He responded asking if I expect to get work done free (when I never insinuated that), but all they did was create a bigger problem and not fix anything. The least they could have done was give a refund, but of course they didn’t. He then rudely told me to take my car somewhere else (of course, after charging 300 and getting me in a bigger problem). I guess that’s the response you get when you get service from someone unprofessional and a scammer. The 300 had been paid and that’s all that matters to him. Awful work, awful customer service, and very unprofessional.

I made an appointment online to have four new tires put on my vehicle. No problems so far. When I dropped off the vehicle, they were not sure they had the tires in store, so I had to wait for them to find them. Was told they would call me when work was done. Five hours later and I still had not received a call. Tried calling the store and the call kept going to voicemail. Decided to go to the store to check. Waited a considerable amount of time to be seen. Then I was told the computers were down, so I had to pay cash. I asked why they couldn’t call me to tell me my car was ready, and that I needed to bring cash. Then the total was $100 more than the estimate I was given when I made the appointment. To make matters worse, the person who dropped me off left because they couldn’t wait so I had no way of getting to a bank or ATM. I guess the “courtesy transport” was broken too. Will NEVER come back to this place again.

I had a very ridiculous experience. Came here around 1 pm on Saturday with a damaged tire under warranty. Jose was the person who took care of me. I was told my rim was also damaged and i need a replacement. The tire wasn’t available too - I asked them to give me a price for the rim too which took them 3-4 hours so i said i ld leave and expect a phone call. I had to call him back and was told rim place shut down so i was planning to come on Sunday. I have decided that i should check myself and bought rim myself as it took them forever to check availability and get back. On Sunday they told me they still don’t have the tire available but told me that another location had it so it cld be faster to get it. I went to that other location (North Miami) and neither they had it there! So i spent almost 2 days without nothing really. Very irresponsible and not customer oriented!

I paid for managers special at $69 for a synthetic oil change, tire rotation, fuel system additive, etc.they did not rotate the tires until I told them to... why cant the customer have peace of mind in that they will get what they pay for?The service was quick, about an hour . I will definitely go back but Ill keep an eye out make sure that I get what I pay for

Called this location to ask if they would be able to replace a beam lightbulb for me as mine is out. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone who asked me the make and model of my vehicle and proceeded to tell me that “we do not have those lights here we only do the back lights” and when I asked him if they would be able to order the parts or if it is just something that they couldn’t do at the location at all, he would not allow me to finish what I was saying and kept belittling me for wanting to know if this was something that they could even do. I will not be visiting this location or giving them any of my money as their costumer service skills are non existent.

Keep away from this site. Im was in the shop to buy new tires and oil change but get horrible costumer service experience, I was attending for Edgar who forcefully to selling service and warranty that i dont want buy. Not recommended this site if you like to pay for what you want.

Went in for new tires and an alignment. Appointment was for 6 PM and I got there at 5 PM. They took my truck in and started to work on it. They took the wheels off, unmounted the tires, put the new tires on, and balanced the wheels. They then put the truck on the alignment machine and left it running for 20 mins draining fuel (V8 with E85). They finally aligned it and I was on my way. I filled up and got on the highway, only to feel the most Shakey ride Ive ever felt in any vehicle. Got off the next exit and went back. Turns out the wheels were completely improperly balanced. The mechanic rebalanced the tires with what seemed like a death stare and I finally left... At 10 PM. Fast forward a month, the truck had a small shake on the highway but I thought nothing of it. I decided to re-balance at another shop only to find the wheels had the wrong weights (too much on each wheel) and one weight had fallen off. 5 hours for an improper job and a death stare. 1/5 stars.

Extremely poor customer service at NW 57th Avenue. The service Manager Edgar Perez was very unprofessional and lacks basic customer service training. First and last time using Pep Boys. Will never recommend this organization. They were quick to accept your payment and not support a workmanship related issue with the same speed. This was for a job done on the same day.Update - So after making my 3rd trip to pepboys to solve an issue which they created after fitting 4 brand new tyres I decided to visit Firestone North Miami Beach to get their opinion on resolving the problem. They solved the problem in just one hour when I was told by pepboys it may take me up to 3hrs. Great work Firestone you have all my business now.

I live near by and thats my spot to take my tires and reccomend it to my friends..but today the worst experiance i had. I brought it for a tire with my own brand new tire. Waitied roughly 3 to 4 hours. And they never brought my vehicle to the work area. Since i complained they decided to bring the whole store to eat next to the waiting area.. like saying we dont care you only spending 22.00 dollars and thats nothing.. felt very discrimative. Really hope they step.up there organising to properly release vehicle.

I first went to Advance Auto Parts to buy a battery. They dont offer installation but they had in me some tools and send me on my way. After fiddling with tools and trying to get the battery out, I decided to drive over to Pep Boys instead. I walked in as they were about to close and they had a line at the service counter. I explained my situation and the guy was super helpful. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes with my new battery installed. They did not charge extra for installing the battery.

The store is big and well stocked. The staff was pretty friendly also. My lack of a good rating stems for the fact that this store is not wheelchair friendly. I am in a wheelchair and cant get in the front door without the help of someone. Also, at checkout, I couldnt really see the credit card machine. It doesnt tilt down to my height and the counter is too tall.

Careful. Scheduled an appointment and I did put the wrong engine information stating it was a 4.0 Instead of a 3.8. Without looking at the vehicle specs they were ready to bill me extra money for the wrong part and and incorrect amount of oil. The mechanic should at least review the vehicle he is working on before they work on the vehicle and verify specs. I trusted them to be a mechanic since I am not and they failed.Mechanic was also a hurry and placed Jack in wrong location almost damaging the vehicle.

I just wrote two horrible reviews on two different auto parts. Although I didnt find what I was looking for initially I have to say that the service is outstanding. I met Oscar as I walked in and immediately he was willing to help and went out of his way to find me the part I needed. Whether its your day for a car wash, spare parts for your Traxxas RC, or a quick repair to your car Pep Boys has what you need and great service too.

If you have a complaint or just an inquiry about one of their services, just save yourself some time and go to a different company. Pepboys used to a reputable company, but something has changed within the management that has leaked down into customer service because its non-existent. A simple email I had about one of their services I put in a week ago hasnt been responded to in over a week. It shouldnt take 7 days to ask about one of their locations services. Like I said, management needs to get on top of this lack luster service this location is providing.
