They do not return parts without a receipt ok but the part has a serial number that represents your company previously we had bought another water pump the same we returned it because it was heated in a car after we did the labor we installed the supposedly new water pump 3 months later It broke, we lost the receipt and they still tell me that I cant return it, seeing that the piece is theirs.
