I went in for a new battery and some new windshield wipers i didn’t really know what to get and a customer service rep named john really helped meeven installed the battery and windshield wipers for me he was very nice and attentive i’ll be going back

It was my first time coming to this autozone due to it being a bit far away from me, but it was worth the drive, the young man in the front I believe by the name of Brian was so helpful and welcoming. I had some trouble with my battery that other auto parts couldnt figure out, but he was very willing to go outside and take a look at my battery, thankfully he was very knowledgeable and was able to figure it out. I was very thankful for this young man who is dedicated to his job, not many people are like that anymore. thank you thank you once again!!!

This one employee, Jason was very helpful and got me all the right parts that I needed.

One of their customer service reps., named Bryan(young, dark haired), put the computer on the front engine of the car, and swore up and down that it was the alternater! He referred me to a Young Cuban mans repair shop, where $400.00+ later He changed the alternater, which it was NOT supposed to be, because it was changed only a couple of months ago(as my Cousin reminded me), and it turned out to be a sensor, which when I returned my car to the same shop that changed the alternater, and another $100.00+ later, it works better, but it still feels like it wants to shut down, while running, but although You should never say never, I DONT think Ill go back to that repair shop(whos name I DONT recall right now, but I posted about it later, where I owner/mechanic whom worked on my car, was upset cause I only gave Him one star, and then tried to explain, cover His lies/self, and said He put in the sensor and did NOT charge me for it, when what He should have done was absorb all the costs, including labor for His DIShonesty/mistake!) I went back and explained in the review, and gave Him the benefit of the doubt, and added two more stars, even though I have my doubt/s and I believe that Brian and the shop owner, are in cahoots! The mechanic and Brian shouldve put the computer inside the car, and NOT in the front engine, to begin with! As I posted, both Brian and the mechanic/shop owner, I hope that karma does NOT get back on any of their mothers, sisters, aunts, grandmothers, daughters(women whom are defenseless and alone, as I am, and feel that I was taken advantage of)!😓😥😢😭😡😠🤬

Had an issue with my battery and they quickly did a battery test and ended up buying which they installed for me. Saved me time and money. Whole process took 25min total. After that I was on my way. Great service and great staff. Manager is very polite. Will recommend always this particular location.

Absolutely superb! Needed a battery changed quick and employee Edwin D. helped me pick out the battery that was right for me and explained everything very thoroughly from the life of the battery to the warranty that each battery he recommended me provided. After purchase, he gladly helped assisting in the installation process and made sure I was okay to go prior to leaving the lot! Definitely someone who takes pride in their work and cares about the customer. 5/5 and would recommend this store location to anyone!

I use to go to auto zone because do my own car repairs. and I always go to this one because all my experiences have been awesome. This time one of the managers took care of me. Glenda was really helpful. I have to notate the fact that Im amazed. She has a lot of knowledge. Im really satisfied. I recommend this store to everyone.

Wow I’ve been to other auto-zones in the area but this location is the best in Hialeah. First off store is always clean and staff is always friendly. I needed a couple parts for my vehicle. Edwin D an employee here was able to help me get what I needed for my brake job on my vehicle was super polite and help me fast and they had all the parts in stock. Joanna Castillo (i’m sure that’s not the right spelling) was my cashier today.... she was short handed with a store full of employees yet she was friendly, professionalism and knowledgeable...as someone that works in customer service I was very impressed and that doesn’t happen easily.

My battery had issues and went to autozone close to my house. Store was packed but I was attended in like 5 minutes. Edwin helped me get in and get out. Awesome customer service.

I came into the store needing to change my battery and buy a spark plugs for my car. Edwin D. was very knowledgeable and very capable of helping me change the battery right there and then and helping me find the correct spark plugs for my car. He made my visit very efficient. I’ve been to this store a few times and it’s always a pleasure. There is an employee there named Nahiomi and she’s exceptional. She’s super friendly, understanding, and she’s very knowledgeable. She always helps me out efficiently. Today I went for some brakes for my Honda and the service by her like always was great.

This place will sell you two left brake rotors and tell you they are the same thing when they are clearly labeled and have internal cooling veins. They disregarded part numbers and refused to exchange for the correct one. I had to go to another store to get it all sorted out. This could kill someone at high speed causing brake fade due to heat. Im not a mechanic and I understand that. This dude was the assistant manger.

Unfortunately this place have fallen into the Hialeah mentality...poor service employees talking amongst each other and customers waiting..during my visit there was a female employee btw my visit was on Sunday, April 28 in the afternoon back to the female employee she was more focused on showing her phone to a fellow male worker from the commercial area than attending paying patrons that were waiting in line. The only good thing of the visit was the MOD did go above and beyond helping the customers but he is the manager on duty should be directing the store...

This place is great. The lady that helped us was very kind and explained everything very well. Even though she doesnt think she spoke good English, I thought it was perfect. I had to change a broken taillight and I forgot my tools. AutoZone allowed me to use on site tools to change the bulb. Really appreciated their help and kindness. Highly recommend!

I had trouble with my battery for my BMW and I had a AutoZone assistant by the name of Omi who was magnificent and her customer service she provided me with the proper information the proper battery and I got my car fixed the same day I will always keep going to the same spot thank you omi you’re the best !!!

Very rude. I called to ask a question and I was left on hold without at least saying “one moment”. Then I called back and explained what happened and the other person didn’t even say sorry or anything. Try the one on 68th street. Way better service!

Walked in and just wound up leaving. I was the only person there and not even a simple greeting. They were mostly talking amongst themselves. I couldnt find what I was looking for and while walking around a few min not one person asked if they can help me with anything. I even attempted to make eye contact with a lady whos tag said assistant store manager to see if she would ask if I needed anything. she looked a half second and continued what she was doing on her computer screen. Bad customer service!!!

Frustrating purchasing process. This is my convenience auto parts store because is pretty close to my home and I went usually to buy to this place. Recently I went to buy parts and I left a pair pods behind because was not in stock. The cashier told me he was ordered and I have to return 2 days later to pick them up. I returned 2 days later and parts never appear. I returned 3 days later and the item never appear. Worst, the cashier doesnt know about it. Really upset, I inquire for my refund.Sadly that something like this happened in a good store like AutoZone.
