Paul braden the most unprofessional person working at this place! I picked a sprayer up from being worked on, I come pick it up and try to pay the employee for some reason they only accept cash and check so they say come back and pay. Anyway he has harassed me through Facebook messenger over a $100. I told him I’d be out of town till Friday. Saturday morning he sends me a dirty rude messages. Then when I show up to pay threatens my business.

I would like to compliment Logan on his helpfulness and professionalism. I needed help tinting an interior stain for the trim in the house we are building. My builder had told me to go to Sherwood Williams for help. Logan took lots of time with me, and by slowly darkening my original stain choice we came up with a color that will look great in my new home. Thank you Logan! Your patience and kindness were greatly appreciated.

The staff have always been helpful. They were able to look up purchases at this store from years ago and answered all of my how-to paint questions.

Tried put in a special order. I put in an order then they called me back two days later and said that the catalog which I picked from was discontinued... though it was one they had in their office.Then, I had to go home to look up wallpapers on the computer. I went into the store instead of ordering it myself - thinking to save on shipping. I placed an order with Shawn.They never placed the order.Two weeks later, I called in on a Thursday afternoon and spoke with Shawn. He said he would call the vender first thing in the morning. When I called them the next day Shawn was not even scheduled to work that day - so he lied to me that he would even be at work.

As always, they had everything I needed.

The staff said they knew nothing about exterior paint for wood siding and could not help me. When I googled their web site I found that the Duration material was what I was looking for. But I got no help whatsoever from the local staff. I was and stil am on my own.I believe these are uncaring people working with a great product that they really know nothing about...........the Duration line of exterior acrylic paints.Jus sayin
