Another business that is prejudice against people (customers) who have legitimate medical conditions. Lewis and Clark health board is well aware of these issues. But why are we being forced to leave? Just checked their website as well as the franchise website and there is nothing about policies on masks.

Why do businesses assume you cant read the face mask required signs at there entrances? The face mandate says that people with underlying conditions are not required to wear a mask. I shouldnt have to argue every time I go in a business and state that I have a underlying condition. I asked the woman several times if she had read the mandate...she said she wasnt going to argue and wanted me to leave the store.....which I did. Per the health department...ACE HARDWARE was in the wrong and will be contacted by there office.

Aisles are too close together and employees would rather sit on the phone on an obvious personal call instead of moving out of the way or helping customers. Dont think Ill ever go back to the store.
