Very satisfied with my experience! Manager James was a huge help. Definitely saved a lot of money by visiting this location. Had a problem with my iPhone and after he tested it, was a very quick and easy fix, + in and out in about 5 minutes.My phone is now charging perfectly!Thank you very much for the great customer service!

So my key fob on my truck shut my truck down at a busy enter section tonight. I couldnt get it to start. So I had to leave my truck sit at the light, while I ran across to Batteries plus and bulbs to get a battery for my fob. Christine an employee there walked out with me to make sure my truck would start. I got in and nothing 5 minutes later she and another employee James drives over to help get my truck started. After James got it started he had me drive over to story to make sure it would not shut down again and I would be safe getting home. This was great customer care and these employees deserve recognition for a job well done and going above. Bravo!!!

I was referred here for a laptop battery. They had a generic one that seems to do the job just fine. Nice to have this local instead of using Amazon.

They were able to fix my husbands shattered phone screen in less than an hour. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Good experience overall.

It seemed as though the employees were not trained right, or had no desire to learn about there job. Ended up leaving without the battery I needed , no knowledge of where or how I could get one, and the feeling that had it been some place else the result would have been better...

Service was satisfactory though I waited in line for several minutes while the female cashier engaged in a conversation with an older man where they were demeaning and talking poorly about Soldiers today in terms of how weak they are and that if they were better trained there would be no PTSD. As an Army and combat Veteran I found this very offensive and inappropriate. Once it was my turn to checkout, I politely suggested to the female cashier that she should not engage in conversation on such topics in a public forum as to not elicit an emotional response from someone. She did apologize and stated she was embarrassed.

My experience with Batteries Plus in Helena was fantastic. The lightning port on my iPhone stopped working and they were able to fix it for a very reasonable price. These guys set the gold standard for excellent customer service.

Went to Battery + Bulbs to buy batteries for my electronic dog collars, waited for over 10 minutes and never got any service. The first 5 minutes the clerk was behind the partition trying to fix a customers phone, which I understand. After the clerk, Keith, came out he never acknowledged I was standing there, I understand he was dealing with another customer, but he could have at least acknowledged I was there by saying he would be with me in a moment. Before leaving the store I went online and found what I needed on Amazon and ordered it on the spot. I would rather spend $40 for 6 batteries at Amazon then go to this store again.

The young man that waited on me (Ralphm) was very kind, knew where to look for the correct batteries and installed them for me. He put one in a watch that was my late husbands, taught me how to set the date, day, time and phases of the moon. He also put one on my bose remote control and tested it before charging me. I was very happy and satisfied when I left the store. THANKS!

Ordered some 6 volt battery boxes, and got some new batteries for camper. Should be a major improvement over what we had. Took a long time to get the boxes in.

The battery I ordered through the website was the wrong one. But they had the correct one in stock and swapped out right there with minimal technical difficulties. Both the employee and manager were extremely courteous and helpful, I greatly appreciate it. In the end, all was well and my experience was great.

Went to get my phone screen fixed. I got it back and the home button is caved in now and moves and my phone is bent in half!!! I set it on my table when I got home and it doesnt sit flat on a surface so I questioned it and realized its bent. How is that possible?? I chose to get my screen repaired since its cheaper than opting for a new phone but now I have to get a new phone anyway. Never again!

This place is awesome. I needed a new battery for my 6 mo. old cell phone. I first stopped by cell phone provider and they didnt have it. I then when to Batteries Plus... I should have came here first! Wow, this place has batteries for everything imaginable. To top it off, they now carry light bulbs. The employee that helped me was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Solid prices, great service, and outstanding selection- I cannot ask for more.

I was not going to post a review, but my email box got spammed multiple times asking for reviews after my transaction was cancelled, so here it goes:Ordered key and fob from the website for the 10% discount, took 9 days for delivery. Then the store was unable to complete the programming. One person mentioned that the people using the equipment did not get the necessary training and that the instructions were not clear and were confusing. Stood around for over an hour while they tried programming and hinted that the wrong part may have been ordered or that the original key was bad. I was ultimately told my shift ends in 5 minutes and the manager just wants to refund all your money.A competitor hardware store had what I needed in stock and had me in and out in around 20 minutes after my experience here.

Purchased my battery on line for in store pick up. It was all easy, including the core refund. Only issue I had was getting my $10 mail in rebate coupon to mail in which I finally found someone who knew about it and went above and beyond to assist me. (Thank you Tyler)

Fixed the cracked phone lickity split!

My experience with Batteries Plus was not good. I had them replace a battery in my IPhone and the phone worked poorly and the battery life was bad. I took the phone to another company and the technician indicated that the battery used did not meet the Apples specs and that was the reason for the erratic performance and the short battery life. I contacted Batteries Plus and asked them to refund my $$ and that I would return the battery. (3-4 weeks after they replaced it.) The manager informed me that their company policy is not to refund but to fix. I asked him why I would want him to fix it when they used the wrong product and that I was concerned that the policy may be incorrect in this situation. He was intractable, unreasonable and frustrating. Company policy is much more important to this company than fixing the problem.Gary M

Worst store in Helena. They did not believe me when I told them I had an online order. I tried to show them my confirmation buy they were not interested. They finally found it with a comment it was not printed. They offered no assistance carrying out the golf cart batteries I bought. They did carry one of my cores for me. After I left I determined they gave me one incorrect battery. I brought it back and was first met with they gave me the correct order then realized their mistake. They would not carry the incorrect one back into the store nor carry the correct one out. They would not even open the door for me. I can tell you golf cart batteries are quite heavy. It is really sad when a senior citizen has to do the job while youngsters do nothing.

The batteries I ordered online where at a great price, and at the counter when I arrived at the store. Great people to conduct business with and I am placing Batteries Plus Bulbs at the very top of my list.

This store has made such improvements over the past couple months. I had been here before around June to have my phone repaired. Due to the poor customer service then, I didn’t think I would not be back. But yet things happen and I broke my phone. I went in skeptical going in due to a few of the reviews, but I would have to say my experience was beyond what I would have ever thought it would be! The new manager and employees blew away my expectations! They were personal and treated me with the upmost respect and handled my phone like it was their own. They told me the phone would be ready in about 1 hour, it was done in less then 45 minutes. I will be recommending them!!! I am ecstatic that I gave the new staff and manager another chance!!!!

Ordered car battery online at night with a 10% discount. Visited the Helena store the next morning where a friendly young man installed my battery in five minutes. Would recommend to anyone.

I should have just gone to the Harley dealer, it would have been cheaper and I wouldnt have had to do some modifying to get the battery to fit the bike. Wont ever go there again.

My experience was also bad - similar to other recent reviews. Recently had my iPhone 5s screen replaced and it cracked on the edge within the first week. Took it back to make a warranty claim. Of course, the 6 month warranty doesnt cover a cracked screen. The original screen lasted five years and theirs lasted one week - and is not covered? This is the second time I have had them fix one of my phones, that ended poorly. Never again.

I went in today to get my phone fixed. About a month ago I was in and had the back glass fixed on my Samsung S8 during the install process a fingerprint got left on the inside of the camera lens glass. I didnt notice it until recently when I pulled my case apart to find out why I wasnt taking clear pictures. My back glass was broken again so removing it would have been difficult but because the fingerprint was left there from the last time they fixed it they replaced my back glass and apologize for the inconvenience. Very satisfied they went above and beyond and didnt have to replace the back glass at all.

I just called and asked how much it would cost to get a replacement battery for my laptop and gave the guy that answered the phone was rude. I gave him the laptop model number and hr said that it was not the correct number. When I was looking directly at the number in the battery compartment.

I tried to have my cellphone repaired today and was treated rudely and disrespectfully. I was told that if it wasnt an iPhone or Samsung Galaxy not to bother even though the website says something totally different. Is this how all of their prospective customers are treated?

Upon arrival to pick up the batteries (2), I was told there is not free installation of the batteries (of which was part of the deal when purchased). Then, they didnt even offer the help me load the batteries in my car. Very poor customer service.
