They not only found our windshield wipers they had them installed before I even payed!! As a woman they are attendive but caring!!

Knowledgable staff, had in stock what i needed for my repairs.

The people are great, and the store Id clean. But lately half the time we need fairly common things they are not in stock. This is not necessarily a store problem but supply chain or inventory management issues.

Hours say they close at 9pm on the website and they closed at 7pm definitely need to change that on the website so no one doesnt waste there time driving to the store not knowing there closed and thinking there open

When they have stuff in stock, they are ok. The staff seems to have a good knowledge base. The last few times Ive been in, theyve not had what I needed. Seems they can always order it in. Well usually I dont want to order it. If I wanted to order it, Id of done it myself. Such is the life of small town living.

This single star is for an employee named miner. He seems to be the only competent one there who actually cares...Ethan on the other hand is rated at -4 stars for poor attitude, customers service, and general crappiness. He should go work in the missoula location on 3rd. He would fit in.

After starting that this store honors price matching, the clerk would not match the Walmart price of h11 Sylvania Silverstar single headlamp bulb, which is $6 cheaper than theirs. Yes, the item was out of stock at Walmart, the only reason i went to autozone. So they only match when someone may go elsewhere? Ill wait for Walmart to get it back in. The clerk acted like he and the store was above Walmart... Walmart does pretty good every year, maybe autozone could learn from them. This stores customer service is far from even close to Walmart... thats saying something.

I do recommend coming to autozone when you need parts for a quick fix or some other things. Friendly staff and fairly priced.

Went in to get a headlight and windshield wipers for my vehicle. The guy was helpful but not real talkative, it seemed like an inconvenience for him to help me.

Got what I needed and was out fast

They bend over backwards to get me the correct parts and get them in a timely manner. Very easy to work with in person and over the phone. Prices are very competitive. Staff is always friendly even when things go wrong.

So wonderful and nice! Helped with my windshield wipers! Also gave us tips to help prolong the life of them! Even with not having that many people working they were really accommodating! Plus, they are definitely following CDC guidelines and were knowledgeable about the products they have and when their shipments for products we were looking for would come in. I definitely recommend Autozone. I always feel welcome there, even as a woman. :)

Great customer service

Miner is the absolute best parts manager in town. Ask him anything about any vehicle - her knows it. Plus he goes WAY above and beyond, even running a quick test on new parts before he sends them out the door. Seriously, the best place to go in town for parts.

Went to the Jiffy Lube in town and had them clean off my battery terminals during my oil change. That same day, the car won’t start at all and I’ve never had problems starting up my car. Next day, the Jiffy Lube person comes over after I let them know about my car not starting. He tests the battery and says I need to get a new one and that whatever they used to clean my cables didn’t cause this.Take the car down to Auto Zone and Louis comes over to check my battery and test it. He says the terminals are charged and that he wanted to see what happens when I try to start my car. When I start the engine, it obviously doesn’t start but Louis notices a connection issue. He then checks out the terminals and says Jiffy Lube did not clean it properly and the corrosion was causing a connection problem. He cleaned it the right away and my car started up immediately. He just saved me $100+ from having to get a new battery and I will not forget that. When I do need to buy a battery, I’m coming here. Excellent service!**And just to be clear, Auto Zone did an amazing job**

The workers at AutoZone whether they are female or Male, have always been helpful to me when I come in to the store. They install my cars wipers blades when I get new ones. I find them knowledgeable.

Its all about the employees I tell you... Miner is a top hand, the guy knows his auto parts he makes this store what it is, if every one was as knowledgable as he is it would be as it should. Im talking real world hands on knowledge, not just type it into a computer and say oh we dont have it or what are you talking about? this new bread of auto parts workers are just lacking in there ability to look up in a book to crossreferance or adapt to knowing other ways to assist. there skill ends about at changing wiper blades.Not Miner though he knows it all from small engine to tractor he can do it all if it wasnt for him Id be going to another store!

Autozone doesnt honor battery warranties, claimed there was ice in it. No proof, no picture of said ice. Battery was stored in a warm shop..Never go here unless you love to waste your money!

Without some kind of mechanic/shop discount, Autozone, seems to be the best bet for fair prices and a decent inventory. Hit the online to store option and they can usually get any part quickly.Not every parts person can be up to speed on every make and model. My in store experiences here have always been pleasant and positive.

The gentleman at the counter was very helpful in finding me the wiper blades I needed for my car, and even went the extra step of installing them for me, while also showing me how to install them in the future. Excellent service!

I only went there for a clearance light for my truck but the service was friendly and when I went to pull my light out the guy came out to help me. He was very help full and he knew what he was doing.

So starter on my van went out 10 minutes to 9 pm. Called the guys at the store and asked if they could do me a solid. I asked if they could hang around for ten minutes so I could get some info off my van and run in and get the new part. They agreed and helped me out. I got the part put in my van later that night and was back on the road. These guys are the BOMB thanks for going above and beyond.

Been going to autozone for awhile and had nothing but good service but when i asked an employee a few questions to clarify i was getting the info down he began to raise his voice and not let me finish my sentence, other than that i have had great customer service from other employees and had gotten all the parts Ive used for my rig, i have nothing against autozone but i will choose to not ask or allow that employee to help me again as him raising his voice over mine was quite uncalled for.

We had a check engine light come on on my pickup that hadn’t been driven in a long time. Stopped at ORiellys but the reader wouldn’t work. The store clerk said to take it to Auto Zone down the street. Caryn came out to read the code. Her reader didn’t work but she knew that the fuse for the cig lighter was blown. Replaced the fuse read the code sold us an air filter and we were on our way. Thanks ORiellys for sending us to Auto Zone. Thanks Caryn for the excellent service.
