Notice I had a flat at work, tried to put air in the tire, but I wasnt getting air in it. So I took it down the road to les schwab. I do not recommend driving on a flat, my tire still had enough air to drive 5 mins down the road without effecting the wheel. Also I have big A/T that are new. So please dont attempt this, use a spare or get it towed.Anyways, there was a wait, I wait about a hour and half. But I was expecting that going in a 4pm. When everyone usually getting off work.The staff where very friendly and once they got my tire off the fully checked it, found the problem and had me out the door with no charge for the service. No I didnt buy my tires from them, just great customer service. Will be back again like usual. I been going to them since 2013.

Purchased 4 tires and asked about the time frame. They said 1 hr was almost 2. Just be up front so we know what to do around that time.

They’re usually pretty busy so it’s advisable to make an appointment. But being busy is usually a sign of a good business. They always helpful and try to be expeditious when they can. Prices are reasonable.

Always good service at Les Schwabs. They checked my concern with trailer brakes and gave a good referral to a trailer supply company.

Our son was making a trip from Canada to California for post secondary school. Ran into tire trouble in Helena, went into this Les Schwab store late Saturday. They went above and beyond to service his truck/tire. So great to see such amazing customer service still exists. Would highly recommend this Tire Store.

After going to other tire shops in town and not having the best experiences, I was so glad to have received the service I did here. AJ was so helpful and was patient to answer all of my questions so I could really understand what I was buying and which option was the best fit. He didn’t just tell me to pick the more expensive tires but gave me recommendations based on what I was wanting to do. I went with all-terrain tires for my adventuring and I am loving them so far!

Got there 15 min early for my appointment, Was told it will be about an hour and a half. An hour and forty-five minutes later and they still have not gotten to my vehicle.

Got new tires. But my old tires were never credited back to me or even offered back after they told me they would credit them..few weeks ago I saw a guy with the exact tires that were once on my vehicle..on his..I asked where he got them from he said Les Schwab. I then call les Schwab and explain the situation that I was 1) never given the option to keep my old tires and 2) never credited for my old tires like they said they would..the assistant manager goes on about how he “isn’t sure what to do about the situation” not a good way to “manage” IMO. They weren’t really wanting to fix the situation or help in anyway.

These guys are phenomenal!! Had my tire gouged during a road trip and took it in to them and they did everything they could to take care of me. Nothing but good things to say about them!

Was quoted two different prices to mount tires then charged more on pickup. Was told needed new shocks but shocks were just replaced less than 3 months ago. Will be taking truck to a different shop to verify their claims. Best of all 2 tires had less than 25ftlb of torque one wheel lug was finger tight. Will update review after truck goes to another shop.Update took truck to another shop and they found nothing wrong and was able to do the alignment. Afterwards asked the manager to double check my truck as I should him the list of items Les Schwab was wrong. He doubled checked and said nothing was wrong and its normal for them to try this. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Les Schwab is such a good company! Since we purchased our tires through them, we can go in anything to have them checked and balanced. With the constant change in temperature it seems my air pressure is always off. The employees are always happy to check my tires and fill them up!

Great friendly service! We were unfortunately those people that came right before closing and they stayed late to make sure our flat was taken care of without a second thought.

From the first phone call up to when I picked the tire back up the experience went smoothly. The work was performed quickly and satisfactory. The counter staff, Tim and Jennifer were pleasant and worked to get me out quickly.This was refreshing after the unsatisfactory experience at the Deer Lodge LS Center which earned them 1star.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They swapped out the tires with alacrity, in spite of being very busy.

I have to say, the crew at Les Schwab was wonderful! The first time I dealt with them, I had a slow leak on my vehicle. I called them up and they were able to get me in and fix the leak for me with no charge. The second time I dealt with them, they did a brake inspection on my vehicle and the quote they had given me was accurate. The work was well done and they had the job completed within the time frame they had given me. Overall, great job on all levels. Would definitely recommend them!

Great place! Ive been a customer here and in Calif for years and have lots of confidence in their service. Got a great deal on tires and realignment last Spring. They also give good benefits when you buy from them.

They get a five star review from me for the flat repairs. In the last 4 months we have had 3 tires go flat and they have repaired them at no charge to us. The wait is pretty long but they do an great deal of business. Staff is friendly.

I lost a wheel weight while travelling cross country, so I went to Les Schwab to have the two front tires balanced. My front lug nuts were already a mix 21 and 22 mm lugs due to the last Neanderthal who used the wrong size socket. I clearly explained this to the guy at the counter and stressed that he relay the details to mechanic.That was last July. I just got rotated my tires and guess what. Yep - 10 out 12 lugs were rounded off because this Neanderthal used an oversize socket. I can understand making a mistake once, but not 10 times in succession!Now I am off to the parts store to purchase another $40 worth of lug nuts. Oh - the $32 for balancing? You guessed it... Had to have them re-balanced when I got home.See attached photo.

Very knowledgeable staff. I have gone in here to ask questions about what is possible on my wifes vehicle and they have given great suggestions and were not necessarily pushing their products. Les Schaub also has a wide variety of chains available. I would highly recommend this company for any tire work

Excellent customer service. I scheduled an appointment to have my 5th wheel RV, wheels, axles and bearings serviced. An hour later I was contacted by a service technician who said that the bearings were good, tire pressure was adjusted accordingly and the lug nuts were appropriately torqued. I expected tp pay something for their time and labor and was pleasantly surprised when I was told there was no charge. I have had service from this store in the past and Ive always been very satisfied. Job well done!

Traveling home to Detroit from Glacier National Park I ran over nails and needed tires at 4:00 on a Saturday in Great Falls. Good luck, right? The crew at Schwab stayed there 1 1/2 hours after they closed to make sure I was back on the road. Cant say enough about their great customer service. Hats off to Tony the asst mgr! I hope the pizza monies I left are appreciated as much as I appreciate what they did for me!

Had a brake problem. They found the issue. It was a problem they couldnt handle so I went to a mechanic. Theyre diagnosis was a little off. But overall a good experience.

I stopped over on my lunch hour, had an engine light on, their customer service was great and they found the issue, showed me the issue, and I was back to work in about an hour and a half. Very satisfied all the way around.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HEREI had a slow leak and brought my car in thinking they were a decent store. After an hour or so waiting for the call to be done, they called but hung up on me. I had to return the phone call to find out it was them calling. When I arrived the service desk had no clue where my car was, and after five minutes finally figured it out. I was told it was unfixable, and that was it.... handed my keys and sent upon my way, only to find a now hissing tire overfilled and leaking fast. They never once even tried to offer me a new tire, or let me know the car was unsafe to drive. I will make sure to tell EVERYONE, I meet or know about this horrible event and the negligence of the staff at Les Schwab. If I didnt know better, myself and my passenger could have been gravely injured.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

They were very thorough and professional in diagnosing a brake problem with our van. However they lacked the tools to fix it. They did not charge for the shop time and returned us safely to the road.

They failed to follow specific instructions and then became argumentative to justify their actions. Unfortunately in this case the actions of one affect their future business. Hopefully if you attempt to do business with them youll achieve a better result.

I live in Great Falls, but having grown up in Oregon, Ive done business with Les Schwab for years, so when I need tires, batteries, or shocks, I drive to this location (The closest Schwabs location to me, about an hour away). I got off of work one day at 1600, and Schwabs closes at 1800. I need batteries for my diesel. I call down and ask if they can get me in today. They say yes. I make the drive down, but get caught up in road work, and ended up arriving at 1800. I ask if they can still get me in and they said, No Problem! and got me taken care of. Les Schwab himself would have been proud.Special thanks to Tim and AJ for their accomodation. My only complaint is that yall dont have a location up in Great Falls!

These guys are always awesome! They take the time to do things right and dont ignore other problems. They come talk to you and fix it if thats what you want.

I recently had a flat because of a leaking tire valve. After having the vehicle towed to Les Schwab (I had no spare), I asked them to check the valve because it was bad. They phoned me later to tell me the jeep was done. I asked them if it was the valve issue, and they said it just was loose and need to be tightened, but they just went ahead and replaced it for me. They also checked all my other tires for any problems and inflated as needed. Whats the charge on that? I asked. No charge was the reply. Thanks folks! You have my business next time i need tires!

Have been doing business with Les Schwab for over 30 years prior to us moving Montana. I have ran into challenges but all have been addressed. They have exceeded customer expectations.

Once again Les Schwab met my high expectations. An issue developed regarding a winter tire rim switch and they were eager to see that I walked away a satisfied customer. I remain a loyal customer.

Came in 1st thing in da morning for a flat repair late for work. 2 people ahead of me, so i waited. 2 hours later the garage was empty and my car was still sitting in the parking lot with a flat tire. My situation, 16 year old son playing hockey for the Bighorns and living Helena. I live in WA State, October snowstorm forecast, son picked up used Hankook tires in Anaconda but needed them installed, Snowstorm hits Helena. All the shops in town swamped. Son has no down time, school, practice, homework, workout, then off to bed. Tim understood my situation and got the tires installed on their busiest day of the year. He even offered to drop him off at the rink and pick him up after practice. Les Schwab service is top notch. My daughter at WSU stops to get her tires checks before every trip home.

Started with buying new rims so we didnt have to switch for snow tires. They were metal and they couldnt balance them. Took the vehicle back several times.there answer was steel rims are hard to balance, so we bought aluminum ones and they took the others back. We had to bring it back once more and after they cross threaded two lugs and had to resplace them.had to order them. We came back agin. Now that it is winter i tried to change tires , and started with back right tire and it has a cross treaded lug!! We live 85 miles from helena. Also they didnt give the special socket for those rims. Had to get one in missoula. Guess ill go missoula les schabe. Hope it goes better. Good thing gas is so cheap. After this i will use Tire Aroma. Those guys are great.

WE HAD A MEDICAL TRIP SCHEDULED 2 DAYS LATER, SO DECIDED TO CHECK WITH LES SCHWAB THEY HAD THE RIM WE NEEDED IN STOCK OUT THE DOOR 100 BUCKS ...THE ASSOCIATE WAS AMAZING THOUGH UPON LOOKING AT THR TIRE HE WAS SIMPLY ABLE TO BEND THE RIM BACK TO NORMAL POSTION QUICK EZ FIX AMD HAS LASTED AMAZINGLY TO BOOT HE DIDNT CHARGE US TO DO SO AMAZING WE SCINCE WENT BACK AND HAD A HUB REPLACED WITH THEM WAS LEGITALY CHEAPEST IN TOWN!!!! I would give no stars but cant rate that low. Went in this morning to get the tires I ordered and they had only 3 of the 4 tires. They didnt even realize it til I was there and they had all the tires off my SUV. Now I have to drive to Seattle on old tires through a winter storm.

They were extremely helpful and friendly when my car was stuck in a nearby ditch.
