Trying to get home to WI, I went to J&J with a new (to me) Mercedes S65 with bad steering wheel shakes. They managed to fit me in and rebalance the front wheels for a very reasonable price. Every staff member was super friendly and helpful.Turned out to have been rain making the ABC system go crazy.

I want to keep up the consistency. His records show he paid. $56 for an oil change in May. I just paid $72. Same synthetic oil, same car.

These folks did great work. They gave me a ride home and offered to pick me up, although I didn’t need that ride. My car steers like new now. Great job guys!

I got into town on Saturday afternoon, my radiator started overflowing and my check engine light came one. They told me they were closed on Sunday and they could put me on the Monday waiting list but no promises they could get to me until Wednesday. All of their competitors were booked for 2 weeks or longer. They had me taken care of my Monday afteroon. Total life savers!!!! Reasonable price charged. Totally professional.

We were in a bind in Helena Montana with a slow leak in our chrysler 300. We just happen to be by point S and found a screw in our front tire. I walked to them from a gas station next door, I asked if they had time to fix our time. Without a hesitation, they said sure...45 minutes later our tire was fixed..I give the Helena Mt. Store a 5 star due to their service and point blank ability to help us..my wife an I thank them. We are headed back to Wyoming on time with confidence of their ability to help us in need.

Oil change and had them check spark plugs. They found nothing amiss and even put my new wiper blades on for me that I brought with me for no charge! They never charge for extra work unless it is truly necessary. Trustworthy :)

I left PT the other day and my low air light was on. I tried to address, but couldn’t make it all the way around the car. - see starting at PT. I limped along to the Prospect location. Greeted at the door; and worked into their day.Quick call once they were done. -nail hole patched; rest of the tires reviewed and on my way again.They have taken care of me for 9 years, i look forward to many more.

Friendly and very knowledgeable people. They had an easy time deciphering my lack of vocabulary, describing my problem. Got me fixed in the same day with no issues.

Service was good and attitude was friendly and caring. I do have an issue with scheduling.I tried for the second time in the last few months to schedule online and signed up for a specific opening that wasn’t actually available. On the plus side, I WAS contacted and was able to get an appoinment several days later.This was not really an inconvenience. My only concern is that it’s misleading to think you can make an actual appointment online, but you really can’t.

Had a scheduled appointment for 9am. This was for tire swap out and a new battery. This was supposed to be an hour and a half appointment. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:45 and was told 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I went to breakfast, came back and my vehicle was still where I parked it. At 10am I inquired and they said I was next. They finally got my vehicle back at 10:35. Now I have the 1 1/2 hour wait. Needless to say, I had to reschedule 2 other appointments I had for later that morning. The service was good but the disrespect for my time is unacceptable.

Hands down the best car service I’ve experienced! Was on a day trip to Helena when my car went awry. They fit me in quickly, answered all my questions, and never once tried to up charge me, but speedily ran the necessary tests to get me back on the road. Very reasonable prices, and really kind staff. I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Oil change, tire rotation and I requested that the cabin air filter and engine air filter be changed. I love when a company is honest and trustworthy. I didnt need one of the filters changed and they didnt do it and let me know why. Being a single lady, I really like the respect that they show me.

Rather than upselling me a new rim and tire, a quick and economic fix was found to my unrepairable rim and flat tire. Kevin, Will and the guys at the shop were able to locate a used rim and check my tire and sent me on my way for way, way less than buying new. So I wanted to find out how much a break job for my 2005 Storm Ion 3 sedan would cost because I have been having problems with mostly the rest brakes. They have me a quote for my breaks. They told me the price and to apply for credit through their leasing program. Denied. Then I applied for a Goodyear credit card. Theyre decision will be 7-10 days. Great service anyway.

I was so happy they could fit me in at such late notice to fix my flat tire. There was no charge which was great too.

Our car broke down on a vacation to Helena when temps were sub-zero. Point S took great care of us. They made stranded travelers feel like family!

Brought my truck in for new front rotors and pads. They performed an inspection on 52 items(Unbeknownst to me) which I was very appreciative for. They finished my brakes a few hours earlier than quoted and the price wasn’t outlandish. I’ve scheduled an alignment for my wife’s Honda Pilot for this week. If the service for this item goes as well as what I experienced, I will continue to use Point S.

I was quoted a repair price over the phone and the charged price was dramatically higher. I would appreciate being contacted to get an explanation, the person that helped me check out could not explain the discrepancy.

They switched my snow tires and cleared up a abs dash warning in 2 hours at a price about half what I expected. Always the best and highly recommendedNow the reverse. Its spring and they swapped my snow tires for my all seasons. They are the friendliest bunch of people you can work with .

I was in the West Yellowstone area from Edmonton Alberta. Over my time there we received close to 5 feet of snow including road closures for two days. On my drive from Canada I had more noise coming from a rear wheel than I would like. On the return trip this had graduated to a shaking steering wheel as well. When I had some cell phone service I looked for a tire/alignment place in Helena that could give me a quick look and hopefully keep me on the road. Kevin was pleasure to speak with and he was able to get me in an hour and a half before closing. When I arrived I realized how much snow had been built up under my car. My car was immediately cleaned off and inspected. The steering wheel shake was simply snow and ice build up, but a rear wheel bearing was in bad need of replacement. The part arrived within 45 minutes of dropping off the car and I was back on the road by closing time. The service writer, the technician, and every employee with whom I spoke was friendly, professional, and sympathetic to someone travelling through and wanting to stay on the road. This kind of exemplary service is so uncommon I wish there were 6 stars to this review.

I needed a new battery in my primary vehicle and thought I was going to have to spend at least one day hoofing it around town. But J&J Tire and Service got my truck in right away, put in a new battery, and tested the rest of the system in LESS THAN AN HOUR! I barely had time to drink my starbucks from next door. After calling around various auto repair shops around town for quotes for new struts, Point S, is the only one out of 5, that had the customer service and knowledge to ask why I thought I needed new struts. After explaining what my car was doing, he suggested I bring my car in to check it before just throwing parts at it. I found out I didnt actually need struts at all, just sway bar repair. This has saved me lots of money and time. Thank you, Point S!!!

I met Nick at Point S J&J Tire and Auto about 4 years ago. My daughter was attending Carroll College and my wife and I live in San Diego. I needed an auto mechanic in Helena that I could trust to keep my daughter safe on the road. She was in the nursing program and at times did significant driving to various hospitals to complete her internships. Nick and his crew monitored her car and diligently performed all maintenance and repairs necessary to keep her car in top shape. All diagnostics were absolutely accurate and all maintenance and repair costs were more than fair including the purchase of a set of studded tires. I cannot imagine why anyone would go anywhere else for any auto tire, maintenance or repair needs. Nick and his crew are the best!

Someone must have ran into it. Didnt tell me about it, . Not there fault, but i had to replace it and the bulb. Just thought they would have noticed it not broken when i got there, and it was when i left..

My truck was shimmying when I hit about 70 MPH & I was planning a road trip, so needed the tires balanced. They worked me in first thing in the morning & called me in no time! They explained that they did the best they could, considering the condition of my tires! They gave me options & suggestions for new tires. I will do that soon! However, I was pleasantly surprised when I hit the highway & the shimmying was gone!! I was very happy with their service & will definitely buy new tires from them!! 🤗
