First, the service department is great and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them, hence the extra star, the sales department however.... Between my wife and I we are in the market for a vehicle every year and a half. We have bought new and used cars from every dealership around town, but never here. Prices are always higher than competitors. Most recently I looked for Jeeps there but they had a $5,000 markup over sticker price because of the shortage. A quick call to Lithia in Great Falls, or Billion in Bozeman showed that yet again, Lithia Dodge Helena was the most expensive game around, as these other dealerships were selling at sticker, not $5k above. From now on Im going to skip the hassle and just go to one of the out of town dealerships for purchases.

This place is filled with scammers!!! Tried to take advantage of this girl when I purchased a vehicle from them!! Had to have lawyers set them straight!! NEVER again, Lithia!! You will NEVER have my business nor anyone I initially had set up to come to you!!! My referrals go elsewhere!!! Shame on you!!

Great service all around! Recently was in the market for a gas saver to get me to and from work and save my pickup from racking up miles. Started my online search like we all do, and came across a vehicle at lithia of Helena that sparked my interest. After leaving an inquiry I was contacted by Sadie one of their sales staff members. Sadie was absolutely awesome all the way around, she answered all my questions that I had and walked me through step by step with my purchase. Always returned my phone calls and kept me in the loop, Letting me know all documents I needed to have before showing up and driving it off the lot, not only with a full tank of gas but also for less that their asking price was! I could have bought something that was in my area but I traveled 310 miles to lithia of Helena because of their fantastic customer service and great prices. 5 stars guys! Keep it up!
