Lithia is the most unethical dealership I have ever been in. The new car I wanted was too expensive, so they tried to sell me a used one with 53,000 miles on it. I researched other dealerships on line. Chevy was offering $4700 customer cash on that model. I asked if they could do better and was told oh yeah there is a document processing fee. Ive heard 3 other horror stories since then. One in Washington State. Its Lithia everywhere!

Sold a car with known issues and did not disclose them. After that they completed work without having authorization to do so.....please do yourself a favor and stay away from this crooked business.
