V-dubs and more is awesome they have always been quick getting my car in and they go the extra step and take care of issues other shops just wouldn’t take the time to do. Also they do not overcharge price is well worth it for the quality and is much cheaper then the dealership. I strongly recommend V-dubs and More if you have an Audi, volts wagon.

He is straightforward and will work with you to help find a better fix for your car. He has even gone as far as to find people interested in my vehicle when I was about to sell it. Passing through Helena when the check engine light came on in our Audi. Found V-dubs online and drove there directly. They were able to check our car out immediately, found no issues, helped clear the codes, and charged a very reasonable rate. The gentleman who help us was very professional and kind. Exactly what we needed right then. Highly recommend them.

These mechanics rock. They know their stuff, explain everything using common language, and dont gauge their customers. After over 250,000 on a used Audi the engine had catastrophic failure. They called to give me the bad news and suggested I NOT spend the money on fixing it. Yes, they could have replaced the engine; but they said it would be more money than they thought I should spend. They even let me keep the car parked in their lot for three weeks while I made arrangements to have it towed away. Kind and continuous. Highly recommend.

These guys are great. Saved us, non-regular customers passing through, from a road trips nightmare. After hitting rock bottom with our Passat - both literally and metaphorically - they used their spare time to replace the oil pan in under a couple of hours and charged us a reasonable price too. Eric is a great mechanic and businessman, Ive taken all my vehicles here and have never been disappointed. I recently dropped off my 96 Subaru outback because it wasnt ideling and didnt want to run very well. They were able to look at it on Monday with no appointment, found it was a hose that had disconnected and basically caused a vacuum leak. They fixed it and said it was ready to go, didnt charge me although I felt I needed to pay something just for the great customer service and sent me on my way. Other work they have done for me, 2002 Honda Odyssey timing belt, 2000 VW Golf head gasket, heater blower control replacement, passenger window linkage replacement, various fluid replacements, all the work is top notch, usually get an appointment within a week and always has the part needed, Ive never had to reschedule. Awesome shop, awesome work, awesome workers! Keep it up Eric, Helena appreciates you.

Ive never had a mechanic treat me as well as Eric has. I had a terrible time with Volkswagon of Bozeman with lying over the phone about parts and pricing and Eric made it all better with the kind customer service and prompt auto repair. If you have a Volkswagon or any type of car that needs repair I guarantee you will have an amazing experience with this place.

Worst experience! They tried to charge me 120$ for a tape job to close my windows shut from the snow ! Then proceeded to curse me out of the store to never come back . Save your time and money people .

I was nervous when I bought my Volkswagen in Helena, MT as I wasnt sure about getting it serviced. Ive had nothing but amazing experiences with Vdubs. Friendly, clean shop, professional owner who has 2 nice mechanics who work for him. I forgot a reservation for a regular tune up due to a hectic schedule and they were so understanding about it. The staff knows EVERYTHING about my Passat wagon.I feel comfortable that they will not miss anything. When I had an oil change, they found that when I had hitch added (at a moving company, go figure), they ran the trailer light wires up over the engine fire wall, which was hazardous, and VDubs was concerned and told me, recommended fixing it immeadiately. The guys at Vdubs did fix this but hardly charged me-makes me feels so much safer without the fire hazard. The bill always lists the parts and service fees. Im always surprised at how little the service charges are. Ive stopped by to get a light bulb replaced in a headlight and they wouldnt let me give them any money! They know theyve made a loyal customer!

Thay charge my mother $600 for a stupid valve cover on a Hyundai Santa Fe. Then it turns out they told us we needed a sway bar I told my mother that she didnt need it and she got it done that was another $300 just for a Hyundai their prices outrageous!!! I would never take my Mercedes-Benz C-Class to them.

If you have a German car then this is the only place in town. Eric knows his way around Foreign.
