We wanted to buy a tire. Brought a loose rim to have the tire put on. Several guys in the bay chatting. Discussed with the counter person on the tire. Left rim and wandered around the store for an hour. Came back same guys still chatting one guy washing floor with a hose, rim still setting there with no tire. An HOUR later. We were told we just have to be patient. Took our rim and left. I would rather pay a little more to get the job done, I cant see any reason to spend money for bad or no service. I recommend Peerless Tires in Hays, KS. PS I gave them one star because there was nothing lower to give them.

I like walmart coz its more like everything under one roof. Walmart in Hays in much nicer, organized and brighter than Walmart I use to go in another state.

At the store the number of Associates on the floor was quite impressive however the help they provided was not up to par from what I expected. The store also had quite a few things missing that were in other Walmarts. But overall the store is very nice

Twice now I have called ahead of time to make sure I could get an oil change before driving an hour. This time I even talked to the person 30 minutes before showing up. Both times I got here and they tell me they are not doing oil changes. The communication here is awful and the customer service is poor. I will no longer go here for any services.

This place was well stocked with everything. Probably the best Walmart we have been in, in a long time. And we travel all the time. If you stop here you will be surprised. The best Walmart right here, thank you Hays, Kansas for such a great store.

Driving through. Very friendly staff. Deli guy was super nice and so was the cart guys in parking lot. Store was in order also. Ive seen a few that look like a tornado went through.

We shopped there for our dinner and stayed overnight in our RV at the back of their parking lot. Thank you Walmart for allowing us to stay and for the wonderful chicken.

The Hays Walmart is the cleanest and most professional in the chain of stores weve visited. All you need to do is travel elsewhere and you realize how nice Hays has it with this store. The addition of grocery pick-up has been a lifesaver. For the most part, the staff is friendly. Theyve added healthier alternatives to their inventory over the years. If you can find it in the store, it is most likely cheaper than on Amazon with no wait required. The app has gotten easier to use; although it doesnt always reflect an accurate inventory. I dont trust automotive any longer, so I use alternative services in town. Overall, I cant complain though. This is a great Walmart!

Great place to go for all your needs they have a wonderful affordable medicine prices I travel 60 miles just to get my perceptions filled.

No one car needing tires only 2 in the oil lane..said at least 45 minutes to even start on a single tire..peerless is 2 Miles away go there.

Im not going to lie Walmart is a great store and it has everything that one person might need to stock their entire house... their customer service is helpful & organized.. I do wish that Walmart would pitch in to help the community like throwing fundraisers & donations.. they could do a better job on recycling and with all the things that they throw away like plants and food perishable items instead of throwing them in the garbage donate them to projects and families that need them..

In the middle of Kansas with scarce other options you cant beat this Supercenter. And the prices could easily have been higher compared to the Walmarts in K.C.M.O. but they were comparable if not cheaper.

Its a horrible place they dont care about disabled people they meet you stand up and only because I say I had to sit down I may have to lay on the floor they came out with a chair well we would working I mean they will working on a fat tire. We have to buy a new car and it took an hour and a half of them to get the new tire on meanwhile I can hardly walk to the car because I was hurting so badly they are a horrible place because he dont care about their customer pain! 😕😠😡😧😥

Bathrooms were so gross I wanted to throw up but couldnt even do that in there it was so gross. They were out of lots of items and lots of things were just messy on the shelfs. The south doors close at 8 and I had no clue and than stores closes at 11. Kinda crazy to shut down early on one side just my opinion.

Slow service in getting hunting permits. Had to wait 15 minutes to get help.

They dont have enough checkers, I dont like the self check outs

How come you cant find any football, basketball, or baseball cards. Its pure b s that a few people are getting all the cards. I have looked for little pokemon figures since before Christmas and there isnt any what so ever. If you are not going to stock any put a sign up and let people know. That store has really went down hill since you remodeled. I will just go to Salina and shop at Target.

Huge Wal-Mart with just about everything you can think of. Nice staff in the deli. We stopped to load up our cooler on our 30 day road trip of 21 states in America.

The store was clean and very well stocked. The availability of ammo is terrible for the avid shooters but the store workers are always friendly and helpful.

Constantly out of what I need and seems to have a much smaller selection than other Wal-Marts. Also wish they were enforcing masks better. However, has the best customer service team Ive dealt with at any Wal-Mart.

Two checkouts open at 5! Lined backed up! Last time checkout lady said Walmart wants us all to go to self checkout! Informed us it was that way all over & we better get used to it! I know plenty of places that will check me out and carry to my car. I guess I need to stop going to Walmart if they arent going to provide me service!

Great safe place to RV for the night! Nice restaurants close by. Our son loved carefully riding his bike through the parking lot after close.

Dont want to take mask down for me to read their lip at electronic section , dont even understand that I am hearing impaired. Rude! Not even for a few seconds when I even had my mask on. Disappointing. We people like this situation never asked not being able to hear like them.
