Spent over 2 hrs in the store to acquire home internet. After completing everything I was told the equipment that was in front of me could not be activated and one would have to be shipped to me in 5-8 business days. This was what I was avoiding by driving an hour to this store. I went there so I could take the equipment with me. An elderly lady was beside me, and had been in there a long time before I entered. She was extremely frustrated because everything was so difficult and impossible to complete. Store personnel were very polite but could not perform basic transactions due to t mobiles terrible systems and main office staff. Customer care rep was extremely disrespectful to elderly customer on the phone.Total waist of my afternoon.

4 hours to upgrade two phones is a bit ridiculous. Sadly, after being 3 hours into the process the employee in charge at the time “Kody” determined one of our phones was ineligible for a trade in promotion because of his words “scratches on the screen”. I of course argued the point, showed him his own companies definition of “damage” and still got no where. Might need a little more training in customer experience and policies. Sad this what T-Mobile allows for management.

Im giving 5 stars for this particular store. I think the store manager is leading this store in the right direction. A new employee made a mistake. Though I was annoyed by it, I went in and spoke to the manager and he straightened it out. Alot of businesses make mistakes. Its how they handle those mistakes that matter. Having said all that. I thought sprint was bad. The tmobile corporate customer service is atrocious. You better have patience and be bilingual to get anything done.

Will be switching services not due to the good customer service from the store but by the customer service center at sprint service center.they would rather loose a long time customer with five lines of service than take care of there customers. To charge an existing customer over $1200 to get on the 5g network that is there issue in the first place. We pay over 350 a month for less than 3g network you cant even answer/receive calls on the network. What poor business ethics lucky they got one star. I feel sorry for the employees that work in there local stores if they treat there customers that way cant imagine how they treat the workers

Changed over from MetroPCS (who are amazing btw) to t-mobile cause they kept blowing my phone up wanting us to switch so we did strike 1 we got lied to at the store by the manager about how much our service plan was gonna be strike 2 was when the charged us for accessories that were supposed to be free per store manager now they are charging me over $200 for phone cases and screen protectors strike 3 was when I went back to store to ask what the hell and they say there nothing we can do and wouldnt give the district managers number out

Very big ripoff. Sold me a month of service as a former Sprint customer. After a month of not 1 second of service I went back too get a refund and they told me their services didnt work on Sprint phones!!! No refund either. They said they dont refund on their mistakes!!!!!

We have been in this store several times and every time Danny Robinson was amazing. He told me exactly what i wanted to know not what i wanted to hear. His customer service skills are impeccable. We will always ask for him when we are in the sprint store.

I recently went in to this store minutes before closing because I was experiencing a software problem with my phone that rendered it inoperable. Dylan and Canon stayed for ten minutes after closing to get my phone fixed and get me on my way. Not knowing the answer to a problem can be forgiven when an employee is willing to do the work to find the answer. In three years, every question I have asked these folks they could neither answer outright or find an answer for. Anyone who complains otherwise has unfair expectations.

We just purchased new I phones at Harrisonville Sprint store and just want to commend Canon McCubbin for his excellent service.He is very knowledgeable and helpful.He helped my husband install the special ring tones he wanted and hooked my phone up to the car. Go see Candon or Eric for great customer service!! They come up with solutions when you have a problem!... unlike the jackasses at the Belton and Lees Summit stores. The Harrisonville Sprint Store is privately owned, unlike the corporate turds in Lees Summit and Belton. I truly believe they wanted to help me with my problem, and not just sell me a new phone. This store will actually HELP YOU, and not just try to upgrade you or sell you. If you live in Lees Summit, or Belton, take the extra 20 minutes to come to this store in Harrisonville. It will be a better experience all the way around!! Go ahead and see my comments on those other jerkoffs before they take it down.
