My friend needed to upgrade her phone.She has been a customer with Cricket for 3 years and never had upgraded her phone.We went to the store in Harrisovlle, MO. We were greeted immediately by the Associates and asked how they could help.The Associate explained the different types of phones, and helped her pick out the best phone according to her needs.The Associate also explained different plans that would fit her needs, and explained AUTO PAY will save her 5.00 a month.He then set up her phone per her request.Asked if she had any further questions.I was very impressed with the rate of customer service and the knowledge of the Associate .

I thought the store was closed, but went to ask for the services they offer anyway; got out of the store with two brand new phones for free and paying less for the service. The attention from Michael was great. I am happy that I stopped by. I actually had this carrier before.I highly recommend Harrisonville location.

I have a very low review on the company because I was having issues with my family and had to leave and now your company forcing me to pay back the money in the unemployment also the company closed down about the same time I was having to take care of the issue with my family. So I am appealing this. I worked for this company a week with no days off in time before they got a manager that is seven days at a low rate of pay. Under paid and over worked. I was told by management to file for unemployment. Drop it or I will appeal it. It doesnt help sir whoever you are because dont you see whats going on around you? You need contact the unemployment office and drop it. This is not Gateway wireless it was sold and the company is and was struggling. Do I need to report you to the Missouri labor department?

My husband and I went into the store and was helped by Kevin. He was very kind and very knowledgeable of the services offered. So much so when our contract is up with our current carrier we will be switching to Cricket. Thanks for all the help Kevin!!

Completely baffled by service I received last night.. the man there was very nice. My kids and I were very excited to get phones together.. I told him I wouldnt be able to use my phone , Ive only had it 6 months ...he assured me we can. He activates all 3 other phones, cancels my straightalk phone and loses my phone number and then says, yeah we cant use your phone.... Irritated I decide to buy a phone at the new switch price and he says nope....he explained to the owner his mistake and the owner says Im no longer a new customer with my sim activated so I have to pay full price for a phone.. Im in shock at whats going on and he says I cant back out now because if I do Ill be paying 130 dollars and walking out with no working phone.. in tears of anger I accept a broken used phone and leave the store.. I will buy a new phone...but I will never spend another penny at my local store. Very disappointed wow! IdontI know how this just happened to me and my family... Sure wasnt the exciting time we had expected..

Had to drive about an hour away from home to pick a phone that wasnt in stock at my local store, but the service was great and quick. This was a strange little location, they made the store on an old gas station store it looks cool though.
