This Goodwill is REALLY, REALLY BAD! it was not at all worth the stop... The items are SUPER Overpriced and in really bad shape (A busted up board game that you couldnt even check because they wrapped tons of packing tape around the box was 12.99!!) And on top of it all the store is SUPER SUPER messy... Even the case at the front with the nice stuff was trashed. (Dont even get me started on the ridiculous prices they had on those video games) I wont ever be back.

I love this out of the way GW! I come here for smocks. Im a lunchlady at an elementary school and I like to brighten up the kids day as I am feeding them lunch! This store also has some nice household items as well. Staff is friendly n helpful too!

Go often as new things are added daily. You never know what youll find. Got new coloring books for 99 cents, new with retail value of $6. The large high count page. The grand baby loved them!

Everytime I have stopped by to donate goods, the customer service team seem quite upset. Avoid a bad experience and take your goods to the Salvation Army on Firestone and Woodruff. Its 6 minutes away from this location.

Freindly and good prices but clothes are by color not size which does make it way more time consuming. But I got a suit jacket and a brand new dress shirt and tie for less than 20$ cant beat that.

Excellent customer service, an tall cashier employee who was an gentlemen was very friendly and super patient with me while buying whole bunch of jeans for only 9 dollars and some of them with the blue tags were only 2 bucks! Cant beat that price from anywhere else. Normally I do not shop at the good will but the jeans are perfect affordable

Some items are great, especially when you dig deep. When they have the 50% off tags you can find great deals!The workers are adequate. They can occasionally seem to either ignore you or be very helpful.I usually get excellent service.The store is pretty well kept and organized. Everything seems to be nicely put away and not thrown everywhere.

This is a decent location all pants regardless of condition or brand r same price unlike Downeys store. The employees r cool they dont big u but r right their to answer questions if u need. Over all it might not get the best selection, but its a good store!

Visiting on a Black Friday, 50% off store wide. Got me a $6 microwave. The clothing was very worn, but found a nice sweater plus sized for $2.50.

The service here is very hit or miss. More often than not the workers at the receiving area are very rude and sassy. I understand if you dont like your job but dont take it out on the people who come to make donations.

High prices on all the items. Better off and go y ok Salvation Army. At least there it goes towards a good cause since their a non-profit not like here

I would always pass up the store thinking it had nothing good in there. But its absolutely amazing of some of the prices u can find.. My favorite days are Thursdays 😊

If I would be able to score a zero I would. The cashier named Marisela B had no customer service experience what so ever. Not only was she rude but I overheard her telling the other cashier that I was a fu###B##### and she wanted to slap my face. All because I asked about a price in an item. My response was go ahead and slap me....I asked for the manager to report the incident and the managers response was I will look into it..worst experience ever...

This location is great to bring donations. They were able to take any and everything I had to give including furniture pieces because it was still in great condition and I didnt want to throw any of it in the trash.

Drop off location easily accessible by car with parking. Store is neatly organized.

The merchandise is worn, scarce name brands. Went through entire store and saw maybe 8 designer brand clothing and half were damaged in some way. Staff is friendly, helpful, only reason gave 2 stars. Waste of my time.

It is very sad to give this review but everything is overpriced ...the clorhing is the same as always ... No more great findings just average used clothing the electronics are with missing parts or too old for to be reused ... nice crew though ...i came by many times hopping some changes but samo samo..

On October 11, 2018 I was at this Goodwill. Within the last couple of years when I asked to use the restroom employee would state, They are out of order. During my most recent visit there were only two customers in the entire building. I asked the cashier, Would you please give me access to the restroom? She stated, They are not for the public. You can ask my supervisor over there. I approached the individual and stated,Would you please give me access to the restroom? This individual stated, They are not public restrooms. I stated, I am not just walking in off the street to use it. I am a customer. In the Goodwill Store on Imperial in Downey they do allow the customers to use the restroom. The individual stated, We are from a different district. I stated, You just lost my business permanently. I am fair complexion 67 year old Latina with disabilities. The two Goodwill employees who denied me access to any of their two restrooms are Afro-American/Black. I wonder if the color of my white skin and ethnicity would made a diffetence if I had their same skin color and ethnicity? The other Goodwill store in Downey only have one restroom and do not have a problem with my age, disability, skin color, or ethnicity. The Downey store is always exceptionally business and their Goodwill employees are people oriented regardless of their status in society. If I denied the use of any of the two restrooms in the Goodwill Norwalk store to these Black Norwalk employees would they be bellowing , DISCRIMINATION? You decide. I am going to write a letter to the United Way and their Goodwill Administrators.

I had been on a bit of a Goodwill hunt, so whenever I was in an area that I didnt frequent too often, Id look to see if there was a Goodwill around. So I stopped into the Norwalk Goodwill. It is easy to get to, close to both the 5 and 605 freeways and it has its own parking lot, so you dont have to fight with other shoppers running to the market or ladies on their way to the salon.Inside, this Goodwill is quite dingy. Ive been to several Goodwill stores that were quite nice for a thrift store, but this one is the quintessential thrift store, old, runned down, and gross clothing. Im sure you might come across something that would be a nice find, but for me, its a huge PASS.

This Goodwill is terrible. All the products are mismarked. While there I saw a customer find a product marked 2.99 that ended up being 9.99, and a product I tried to buy which was marked 2.99 ended up being 7.99. Find a different Goodwill to do your shopping unless you prefer to be ripped off!
