We have been looking for a quality mattress for a reasonable price for our RV.I was so excited that Naptime offered them. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond with their service. Even after our purchase they carried out the mattress for us and made sure it was sealed in the event of rain for our trek home. The mattress is very comfortable. We will be recommending them to family and friends, and we will be returning there for any future mattress purchases! Thank you Naptime discount mattresses!

Love this store! My husband and I purchased a mattress set for our guest bedroom. The mattress was so comfy that we came back to buy a set for ourselves! Excellent customer service and the delivery was so quick. I’m definitely recommending Nap Time to our friends and family.

I went in there not knowing what I was really looking for, all I knew was I needed a new bed! The guy that was helping me was very patient with me, even helped my 2 year old climb onto a bed because he wanted to try one out. He was very nice and extremely helpful and ended up finding a mattress I liked and even came down on the price because it was over my budget. Extremely professional and very friendly. I will never go to another place to get a bed! The other places i went to, I felt pressured and here he made it a very relaxing experience which definitely helped me! I think its funny that someone wrote a review about them not returning the mattress. When I was in the store, I saw two different signs in the store that say no refunds or exchanges. Its a discount mattress store that doesnt sell used beds, so what do you expect? They wouldnt take used beds back. No one wants to deal with bed bugs and beds that have been in someone elses home. I dont think youre telling the whole story J Gallagher. This place has the cheapest mattress prices on brand new beds that Ive ever seen. Very nice customer service, and the owner was able to give me measurements to make sure my bed fit where I needed it. Very helpful and very great prices! I will be returning here for all of my future mattress needs. I recommend this place to everyone!!!

I know the owner of this store and I have received a mattress too. I had back surgery 2 years ago and woke up with pain every morning, not only did she take time to research my specific problem she gave me a fantastic price!! My back feels so much better when I wake up, so happy to have found this place.

Please be aware of this place, please read my sad story,If there is anything under one star I will give it to this place Naptime matress, HanoverI thought it was the best place to get my mattresses, we drove 68 miles 3 times just to make sure we were getting what we want. Finally decided for 4 mattresses with springs, flippable, extra firm, the same color and 12 thickness. We made sure she got that written even on top of the sheet after she filled the order sheet. Custom made mattresses 28x 60The order was made Saturday and the pick up was next Saturday. On Monday she called us saying that the oder was sent, Friday she called back, said the mattresses where ready for pick up since Wednesday !! She confirmed everything is OK, and we can pick them whenever we want.Monday we called in before we head over the store for pick up, to our big frustration the mattresses were a joke !! 4 sponges in different colors and thickness, no firmness at all, my old bench pad was more firm than these mattresses, really similar to a big dish sponge covered with fabric. She said she is sorry that it wasnt in our expectations that she knew that they made/ brought her the wrong mattresses, that she was thinking we may say its Ok !!??It wasnt even a mattress in medium firm!! It was a simple polymer/sponge , when I sit on it, I sunk to the floor. They didnt you tell us, when we asked over phone, we wouldnt drive that far, and she knew we drove from far away last visit for confirmation and payment, this is not what we paid for!?We asked for a new ones, guaranty like what we ordered and shipped to us. She said I can order you new one and ship them to you so you guys dont have to drive again, but I cant guarantee that the mistake wont happen again !! Also I can refund your money !! Really ..!? We cant play that game again!!Than I asked that the refund should include at least one time our gas not including other trips, time wasted and millage.In fact the mattresses were there for 5 days, so much time to tell us or order another set !! At first she agreed for gas and money refund, she called the owner, gave me the phone he told me that he is not refunding our gas and that our refund will be processed and take 14 days untill we get the money back in our card, the girl said it could take up to 27 days !!?First I cant believe a custom made 4 mattresses will only take 2 days to make!! Second never heard of refund taking more than 3 days !! Third the guy was rude over the phone not even sorry for what they did to us. They take your money, give you some junk, in put you on face of the situation, take or not take it, it depend how far you are willing to loose. If you dont take it you are not getting your money soon in any how, untill they use it for whatever they invest it in?!Please be aware of these people, We were so frustrated of the quality of their service, so upset of our time and money wasted.NOTE : I mention everything in detail so those people Naptime know who we are, and which customers we were.And they tell you call the Square company to get your money back !?? Really !!! We didnt buy mattresses from Square, you use them for your business, you deal with them is that make sense....

Holy cow! We traipsed all over Hanover looking for a mattress and box spring for my Mother’s guest room. We went to all the big box stores and were told that either they couldn’t deliver anything for a few days (because they don’t actually carry anything in stock) or that the mattress we’d decided on couldn’t be delivered at all because it was “on sale”. What????Our last stop of the day should absolutely have been our first and only stop and will be from now on. At Naptime Mattress, we were met with a friendly face and accommodating attitude. They’ve got great mattresses which are all brand new at prices that cannot be beat. Sometimes the tag is sewn on wrong or there’s a tear in the plastic wrapper but so what, right?Their current store (they’re moving to a bigger location) is very small so the mattresses are stacked up. No worries though - Jonathan set up a box spring and hauled the mattresses off of the stack and put it on the box spring so we could try it out. We checked out 3-4 mattresses before we decided on one and then not only did we get the queen size mattress, box spring and frame for a crazy price (less than $500.00 for a great Stearns & Foster set, with the tag sewn on backwards), they delivered it THAT AFTERNOON!!!! Our new mattress sleeps like a dream and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.If you’re looking for a high quality, brand new mattress at unheard of prices and great customer service, don’t waste your time looking anywhere else! Head STRAIGHT to Naptime!

After purchasing a mattress from Naptime I googled reviews an found that I could have got the same mattress at Mattress Firm for 300 less. And I would of had a warranty. My fault for not checking first. Their fault for ripping me off.

Bought four mattress from this place for an rv guy promised they would fit when they didnt fit the guy had his wife call instead of being a man and call to say they dont except returns one hour after we bought them this place is a rip off worse customer service he nice to you until you spend money then game over
