This place is actually really really nice the staff is wonderful its almost like living in a one-bedroom apartment minus the kitchen.The price is great. And the food is wonderful at the restaurant I have been there many times

North Hanover Walmart Supercenter is also another great place to have in Hanover PA, the only problem is that since they remodeled the store they raised their prices about 30 to 40% higher. Also they have a lot of things that are on the shelves that are either at expiration date or have expired about a month. Their meats are not the greatest either, but you need somewhere to buy food to eat!!!

Its a Walmart, so understand that this is not the nicest store around, or filled with the best people on Earth. This Walmart also has been slightly understocked since the pandemic began, so bear that in mind. However, if you need to pick up various separate items or groceries, this is the place.

Higher prices, including huge price jumps at once, zero staff to answer phones, delayed orders, always multiple cancellations every single order due to complete lack of any kind of viable inventory system. The dictionary definition of useless.

It was good not to crowded everything was stocked up nice. The store was clean , the cart boy was working his tail off ... We used the self checkout theres hardly any peaple actually doing that anymore. But over all it was all good...

The store is so big and if there isnt a scooter and I have to push a cart, I get so sick that I have to go home. I think the scooters should be for handicap people and they need to show their handicap card. If they have had surgery or need the scooter then they should be able to use them. Not a walmart fan havent been too one in over two years

This place is a joke. We used to spend $200.00 a week in this store for groceries, we now stop in less than 2 times a year. First the customer service lady was extremely rude to my wife, because my wife asked if they could open another register. It is not my fault that Wal Mart chose to go to self checkout. If I wanted to shop and use self check out I would shop online and have it delivered to my door. The prices have not dropped, and there is no discount to self check out, even though they have to be saving thousands a week with the wages they wiped out with their computers.

Conveniently located. Easy store to navigate. Employees are helpful and patient.

Pharmacy usually has best prices, but most everything else prices are going up

Not a lot to choose from , also must give correct change or they will KEEP extra change . Very little cashiers working there , lines are LONG so sad .

If you like to do self checkout then this is the place for you, youd be lucky to find more than one cashier open at any time- but there are about 20ish self checkout areas.

I called six times for 45 minutes, and no one picked up in customer service. Each time the answering system hung up on me after dozens of rings. I wanted to speak to someone at the Auto Center so I could get three sets of new tires installed for our three cars, but eventually I gave up and went with H&F Tires in Hanover, who were very happy to have me spend the $1,400 with them instead. I suggest they have someone answer the phone if they want to improve store sales.

The associate that helped me at the Service Desk was polite and fast. He gets a five star rating from me.

This Walmart is one of the better SuperCenters around. I like this one better than the one we have in Myrtle Beach. This store is normally stocked with all items and the store is in an orderly fashion. This is my first pick to go to when I come home for my personal needs.

I live in North Hanover and Im into Body Modification, tattoos and piercings, so N. Walmarts body jewelry selection is great because its great quality, affordable and fashion forward. Stock goes quickly so you.

Got to Walmart yesterday at 9:15pm went back to the fishing area and no one was back there Went to electronics had them page for someone to come back after 10 minutes no one came back walk back to the Electronics and had the page again after that waited an 10 minutes and had them page again after waiting 40 minutes I Called the store no one would answer the phone then I walk to the front of the store finally found somebody but he had to go get a manager the manager then head To call on the radio To have someone come back This is not right and needs to be addressed.

They only have 2 cash registers open, so you are forced to use the self checkout unless you want to waiti in long lines with your groceries. They cant say its because they dont have enough staff, there were lots of staff all through the store!

Staff was helpful, there were some items on high shelves that I needed help with. Store was clean. I went for some costa farm plants which they had. Didnt seem overwatered (rare). As usual, though, 3 cashiers with atleast 5 people in every line. That is a Wal-Mart mistake everywhere you go. Also the cashier that bagged my plants was pretty rough, lost a few leaves.

Generally I can find most of what I need grocery wise , and house hold things , lately . But that wasnt the case for about 6 mths or so , before the covid stuff was in full force . Uggh ... Sure there are days iam in a hurry and the line is a mile long , or it may be something else , but by the most part , I have no complaints, that most other people wouldnt have at any given moment . The cashier tried to keep my change (cash ) for her selfIt took 4 people to get my money ...My bull was 25 dollars i gave her 40. She gave me 2 nickels and hurried me along i was like um hell no ... I want my 15 dollars ... It was a horriable experience

Got what I needed without having to ask or run all over the place.

Always the same thing. Go to get something from fridge section. Can see it is there but not on shelf . People back there doing nothing. Does no good to complain to store or corporate. Shouldnt have to ask people to do their job.

Walmart has a great delivery grocery program. Delivery is always on time and most products are available. We plan on using this program as long as its available.

Had lots of things.they need to hire more personal. Could not get down the also booked all over the place. Shoe racks were empty.

Walmart is the best place to find everything you need. And the prices are very affordable. The incentives they offer are out of this world.

This location has a good grocery selection n relatively large produce section, as well as a decent sized clothing area. Lots to choose from. Electronics section isnt lacking much either

Shopping there is pathetic. I do not walk well. There were no working motorized carts. The 3 that were there none of them worked. So after walking from one end to the other I stood in line for 35 mins because they only have one cashier working . I do not do self serve. The platforms are to short to do full out grocery shopping. I shop less there all the time I used to go once a week spending an average 200. Now I go once a month and I wont be going back anytime soon . Maybe they should close it down and staff fully one store.

I returned an item that wasnt used. The woman at the service desk was unable to print a receipt for me. She was having difficulty and it took 10 minutes or so. The line grew to approximately 8 customers and when the manager Lorie? arrived she reset the register and walked away. I asked if she was going to help the other lady, Lorie? said theres only 1 register when there were at least 3 more available. Poor service shown from management to customers.

Just tried to return items purchased a couple of weeks ago. Returns section was unlit and unmanned. It was a little after 9am on a Wednesday. A worker, Sarah, was at self-checkout across the aisle. After getting my attention, she said no one was working at Returns. I asked how I was supposed to return my items. She didnt know. I asked when would it be open. She didnt know. I asked her to call the manager. She said they didnt have enough help. After a few more iterations of this, and no manager in sight, another patron suggested I go to the south side Walmart. After driving 11 miles into Hanover, I didnt feel obligated to drive another 3 or 4 miles for what should and is a standard industry practice at all stores. Not enough help. Seems like they have enough help to RECEIVE my money - but not enough help to REFUND my money. Very, very disappointed.

Staff more willing to sit & chat with themselves in store to car doing nothing(saw 7 ofcthem just talking & playing on their phones! Unless, Walmart is using iPhones as the devices that they check people out with)vs seeing that there was only 1 cashier manager on register to allow people to not have to worry about going though their many self checks!

I am not happy with this store at all. When you can have all registers up up till5 pm why must you close them all down and only have one open for the night? I stood in line for an hour to have 3 items checked out. Yes I could have gone through the self one but I refuse to do that and take a job away from someone that needs a job. Also I dont care for them as well. I am an older person and handy capped as well so start thinking of your older people and open up more registers. I will not be back in your store any time soon.

Typical WalMart, the stores stock is always low or empty, I always find good prices online and site says they have it in stock but when I get there they NEVER have what the site says they do. But the crew there are very friendly!

Out at Walmart today you would almost think that werent in the middle of a pandemic the entire parking lot was full I was only going out to get essentials like toilet paper and other food I will not go to Walmart ever again at least until this current pandemic is over I will do everything I can to try to support local businesses. All the stuff at the Eisenhower drive Walmart in Hanover seemed extremely rude and everybody seemed like they were angry while I was in there. Most of their shelves needed restocked or better arranged.

I have never been so rudely treated. A lady in electronics was so rude when I asked for help with the photo lab. I just bought my phone there over the weekend and didnt know how to get the app. I was told very rudely that we have to stay 6 feet apart. Really!!! Dont you think we all know that. Ill go to south Hanover Walmart before I step foot in there again.

Only go here when desperate. Did find a deep fryer. Target didnt even have any. Only air fryers.

I got my fishing license there the employee was very helpful and respectful there is a great variety of goods to purchase enjoy your trip there I did.

I usually always find what Im looking for. They have a large variety of items in the same department. The prices are very reasonable and some just downright cheap, which is extremely nice for your wallet! From shoes to baby clothes; toys to bird seed, they have what youre looking for.

There was only 1 person in electronics at 6:36 p.m. I had no clue where to find the item and his directions were no help at all. When I asked him again as he was walking with another customer he directed me to an entirely different item. I then went to the service desk where there was a line with 4 customers ahead of me. There were 4 clerks with only 1 helping customers. The other 3 were standing around. It appears the manager needs to train the employees in customer service. Last time there was a problem the manager didnt have the common courtesy to come out of the office. It appears that Walmart is on the down slide. When customer service goe out the door so do the customers!

Walmart cares only about the bottom line. Self checkout lines are meant to be a convenience for the consumer. Not so Walmart can be cheap and hire fewer employees. My wife had an overflowing cart of groceries and was forced to use the self checkout because NOT A SINGLE cashier was open. This is becoming a regularly occurring thing at this location. It has become a rarity for them to utilize human beings for checkout purposes. What about individuals that have mobility issues or older folks who are unable to effectively stand and ring up their products? It took my younger, tech savvy wife approximately 30 minutes to do this...how much longer would it take other, less capable individuals? The repetitive nature of this is unacceptable.

The Grocery Side at this store F . Shelves are always empty no matter what day of the week you go in. Employees standing around talking . What ever happened to customer service ?? You have a better chance at Giant or weis of filling your order. Only good thing here is the pharmacy

Here lately its hardly any stock on the shelves ,soup shelves are empty, cleaning supplies for the bathroom is none at all, cat food n treats are limited, frozen section is empty too. I guess everyones home cooking but it should be stuff ordered more of it items

I was very pleased with my experience at this Walmart. All workers wore masks and were very polite. I needed help finding some items and they were very willing to do this for me. They were polite, friendly, and professional.

Very organized, clean, not crowded on Saturday, and well-stocked. Really enjoyed my visit herr today.

The workers aren’t very helpful or friendly. The customers who shop there don’t wear masks and they’re not mandated. I don’t feel safe nor comfortable shopping here so I am just on a mission to get what I need quickly and get out as fast as possible.

Service counter in sporting goods is closed. Only have self check out. And inventory is sparse. Service and cleanliness is starting to faulter.......

Should get paid. Im not a cashier and shouldnt have to bag and scan my own items.

The person sitting inside the door wasnt even asking people if they wanted a mask. 1/3 - 1/2 of the customers werent even wearing masks. Very disappointed. So sick & tired of unmasked people thinking they are better than everybody else. I dont want to hear they have a condition. They were all in their 20s & 30s. Ridiculous. Thanks for nothing Wal-Mart.
