Bought a Highlander Hybrid. Jose and Russell were a huge help. It was a slightly bumpy start as the place was busy on a weekend day and there was a bit of a wait. But otherwise, they were straightforward and once I gave them my price range and loan terms, they did their magic to get within my range without much of the usual back and forth with managers that you see at other dealerships. Russell even went out of his way to hook me up with a Geico insurance agent, who gave me a nice rate and set up my insurance before I left the dealership with the car. Jimmy was the financial manager, who is absolutely amazing!
