Hello Hanford Hyundai: Thank you for your excellent service. Larry was my service rep and did a fantastic job. He was polite, professional, and got the service I needed on my car done quickly and efficiently. He told me how long, approximately, it would be for the service, and it was even a few minutes sooner. So, Thank You Larry, Roland in parts, for getting a special-order part for me, and the manager (I did not get her name), she was the very pretty woman with red hair that was working on the office. I appreciate great service. I live in Fresno, but I will be coming to Hanford Hyundai in the future for all of my Hyundai auto needs of any kind. Its totally worth the drive. Thanks again everyone. Got ripped off by service! Was told they couldn’t work on my car with an outside extended warranty and they actually could have. Was told I needed a new battery for a diagnostic test and actually didn’t! Be aware!!

My Wife and I purchased a vehicle from John and his staff at the dealership in Hanford. Prior to our purchase we did a ton of research on the vehicle we wanted so we could make a informed decision. We went to quite a bit of dealerships also.Once we met John and his staff we knew this was the place we were going to buy our vehicle from. He and his assistant Marcos was not only courteous and polite but the level of professionalism and willingness to help us was second to none. 6-25-2017 My mother and I went into the dealership in hopes of trading in her 2013 Chrysler 200. We were greeted by Marcos who was very friendly and very pleasant to work with.Our visit started with Marcos sitting us down inside, going over what we needed in a car, what we expected to get out of our visit, and how he could best serve us. Much different from other lots where we would oft wander around the lot, find something we liked, and hoped the numbers would fall in our favor.It took a bit of waiting, in a well air conditioned and very clean building, but they showed us an Elantra. It was within the budget we discussed and fit all of my mothers needs. On the test drive Marcos was very personable, knowledgeable about the product at its features, and made the overall experience a positive one.However, we didnt love the car. The vehicle itself was fine, but at base model it wasnt hooking us. When asked about the next level trim, they again, we quick to pull one around, show us the other available colors, and explained what it featured over the base. We decided on black with a beige interior.Then came the numbers game. Truth be told, I was telling mom to just walk out after the first price the sales manager showed us. While we were alone and he adjusted the numbers, I found the same car for less at the same lot where we bought our previous car. It was also twenty minutes from home, opposed to 40+ minutes. It took two more attempts and some questions from my mother before they reached a deal.After that it was just a matter of going home for lunch to think on it one last time and get the trade-in cleaned out. I wasnt with her when the paperwork was signed and the deal finalized, but mother had nothing but praise for the woman working the finance department.Theres two local Hyundai dealerships within ten minutes of where we live, but when Im personally able to purchase a vehicle, Ill be certain to make the journey out to Hanford Hyundai first. Theyve definitely earned my future business.Update: Three years later I stayed true to my word. I worked with Jessica and my experience was every bit as positive as it was when my mother bought her Elantra.

Went to test drive a car here, sales associate was friendly, but the car I went to look at looked as if someone had been driving it for their own personal use. They knew I was coming to view it and didnt bother to clean or nothing. Plus there were scratches in the inside. I was very disappointed.

My daughter bought a brand new Hyundai from Hanford Hyundai having only 40, test drive, miles on it. She had to return it due to malfunctions. Rather than attempting to diagnose the problem and correctly fixing it they cut corners and chose the quick fix by changing out her battery for a new one. She is still experiencing the same problems, unable to start the car. Weve had her battery checked and it has a full charge, therefore im convinced it is not her altinater but either an on-board computer malfunction or the problem exists within the wiring system, which can pose a serious threat to catching fire. I will not stand by and allow this to threaten the health and safety of my daughter, grandson or any other passengers riding in her car. As a result of this problem we now have to have it towed from her house in Visalia back to the dealership in Hanford. If they do not run a diagnostic check and correctly fix this problem WE WILL BE FORCED TO CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!---MY QUESTION IS THIS:---WAS MY DAUGHTER SOLD A LEMON? OR ARE THEIR BUSINESS ETHICS SUCH THAT THEY WOULD RATHER SAVE MONEY BY CUTTING CORNERS? THEREBY PUTTING LIVES IN DANGER? AND ARE THEY READY TO STEP UP AND HONOR THEIR WARRANTY?-----I GUESS WELL FIND OUT.-----A CONCERED FATHER!

The service manager is the worst and has zero people skills. If you have a warranty she will do everything not to help you. She will insist you aren’t the original owner and task you with proving you are.I am, I have a bill if sales that states that and now I will drive to Selma for service despite that I purchased my new car from this dealership. Thanks for once again being the least helpful person in history.To the other young lady at the service desk and the gentlemen at the parts counter, thank you for being polite and accommodating. I’m sorry you have to work with such a terrible example of customer service.

I am another person tricked by this dealership with the $50 test drive promotion.The salesman on site confirmed that the dealership does participate in the promotion AND he welcomed me to take part. He said that he, himself, received the $50. The salesman proceeded to say that he needed to take a copy of my drivers license. He also took my name and email address. He showed me a car on the lot but did not take me for a test drive. He said he had what he needed from me and his manager would process the promotion by the next day. I was supposed to receive it in an email.After nothing happened I asked the manager and it was obvious they never had any intention of following though on promises. First the manager told me that I was not eligible because the promotion was only good for one person in each household. Of course that made no sense because no one in my household ever took part. Then he decided on another bogus excuse and said that the terms and conditions of the promotion allowed him to not participate. This is AFTER they TOOK my information under false pretenses. They took a copy of my ID. They took my email address. And since then, they have had the nerve to use my email address to send me junk email!! What they DID NOT DO is what they promised.As another person commented, it is obvious their word does not mean much. Be careful of this place. Its hard to tell what these guys are up to??Better to stay away!

My daughter and my family went test drive a car and they told them that car was being service and they couldn’t test drive it until the next day. When they got there and they wanted the car. They wouldn’t even work with them and they wouldn’t budge. What a waste of time. I would look in Fresno or Visalia they treat people better and with respect. You didn’t want the sale. It’s a shame this is was hometown. Your lucky that I gave you 1star if I could I would give none. I see that you response to the 5 star ratings, but not anything else.

Bought my car here and have had it serviced here 3 times the lady at the service is nice and so is the man there but he did try to charge me for stuff I had already done to the car on the last visit and I told him didnt I do that already and he checked and sure enough I didnt need it, besides that everything is perfect, but maybe this review will help the workers look at history before they offer stuff we already got I understand you have to replace things like oil and filters but that seemed like they were trying to get us to pay for stuff since we had got 3 free oil changes for buying the car there. Hey its a business I understand but also a good business keeps people coming :)

Worked with a wonderful young lady and had a great experience at first. I decided to wait to purchase until paying off my car to bring down payment on a new purchase. The company assured me they would not be running my credit. I was very clear and direct NOT to run it . I was ensured it was only done in house . I have Received 16 hits alone from them each letter states HANDFORD HYUNDAI SENT US AN APPLICATION FOR AUTO FINANCING ON YOUR BEHALF. My score has dropped and now denied due to number of recent inquires on credit report is reason stated on the most recent letter today :-(

Like 4 other negative reviews I had a pricing issue. We agreed on a price over the phone & was NOT honored when I arrived. I received a survey & provided honest respectful feedback. I then received a call from a woman who stated she worked directly with the Owner and was concerned about my experience. We discussed the issue & she apologized. Then I informed her that I was promised 2 giftcards at that point 2 weeks ago when I first bought the car on 5/12. She said she would take care of it quickly and apologized AGAIN. Well, today is 6/19 and I bought the car on 5/12 and spoke to their customer service manager on 5/27. I also email them TWICE NOW. 6 weeks later, they still have not honored the giftcards agreed on as part of the deal. Way to go Hyundai Hanford Team. Another disappointed customer. Its clear that your word does not mean much.

Got the run around for four hours when I thought everything was good I was asked to come in again and sign paperwork that I had already signed 3 days prior. They would not tell me why. I had to get financed on my own because the price that I was quoted and on my paperwork was going to be changed. They never payed my trade in off like they were supposed to so I had late charges on my account. After hours on the phone got everything cleared up. This dealership is a joke!!! Beware!!! You will get screwed if you dont look at every detail.

Bought a car from hanford Hyundai was told they would get me floor mats and a new remote keyfob since they only had 1 .Also was told there was a extended warranty included in the price but noticed they added it as extra cost they didnt keep their word .No mats no kkeyfob and never sent me any info on my extended warraty .When i call i get the run around .My advice go buy a car at another dealer avoid Hanford Hyundai at all costs

They would not honor their own published internet price. They want $4000 more. I went to Visalia Hyundai. They honored Hanfords internet price.

But they didnt tell me that the 2015 and 2016 Elantras where recall also 2017 where recall to. A lady hit me in my daughter in car crash where my air bag didnt go off on my car me in my daghter got hurt so bad.we went to talk to a lady name Melissa to do a gap claim which she was lazy and never filed my gap claim I had to do everything myself. I try get another car from them but this asswhole name Lewis was very rude in very pushy. If you do buy a car go to selma auto mall and ask for Miriam or Pedro or go to Chrysler in Hanford in ask for Dominic they work good with ur income.

They couldnt finance for a Honda sonata priced at 20000$, said I dont have enough credit.Then I went to a Honda dealership and they financed me for a Honda accord priced at 27000$ at 0.9 APR.So did my credit got build in that moment.They just dont know how to finance and on top were charging me atleast 20% APR
