I recently had some car trouble (vibration when accelerating) and a family member referred me to Elite Suspension. I called them and Vince got me in right away. I had my car back 2 days later. No more vibration! I will definitely go back when future repairs are needed.

These guys always take care of me any time I have issues with my truck. Typically I call them, and they get me in same day or the next morning. Vince is a great guy, and the work they perform is top notch.

Vince has been great to work with. I originally took my car to get the AC fixed, which was fixed. But due to the part being refurbished it went out. I took my car to the Maker dealership to verify exactly what was wrong with it and was charged $150. That is when I realized it was the refurbished part put in by Vince. I called him and he immediately ordered me a new part (not refurbished) installed it that same week for FREE AND refunded me my $150 I paid to the dealership. Best customer service EVER! And he even followed up with me the next week to see how my car was working.

They gave me an amazing deal. I highly recommend Elite Suspension to anyone who needs work done on their car.

Excellent customer service.Being on a budget i shopped around. Vince was by far the was reasonable in Hanford.From the moment I arrived you are welcomed by friendly staff. Fast service. He stated 45 minutes to an hour completed. It was under 45 minutes and they also checked my brakes.My total was exactlly the quote he had given me. Bring new to this location .I took my 2016 jeep for a oil change and have it check if It need a alignment. I passed by and saw it was opened. I got there at 8:30 went in the office and ask for prices . The owner told me it can be done and look at. 40 mins later he comes back and tells me my car need new back shocks and oil change and yes it need a alignment. I agreed and had it repair and told it would be done in 2 hours the most. Come 5pm and $373.00 later I recieved my car .I got on the freeway and the alignment was not fix! it still went to the right i called and the owner answer and told me to bring in next day in am . I took it in first thing in am .. got there again around 8:30am and was waiting and waiting finally 9:30 I ask him why its taking to long. He then told me that tires needed to be rotated . So they rotated them . At this point I left feeling like He doesnt care for his customers and didnt make me feel like he was at best interested of my car. He then told me he fix it. by 10:30 i drove off and now it was going to the left! I was pissed . It was very clear he doesnt care for his work just money. I ask for my money back for alignment and pissed I wasted my time here. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU KEEP BUSINESS OPEN
