Ok so I havent gotten any work done here. But they have been around since 95 and just talking to the owner; it really shows. He is very knowledgeable on his craft, I have seen some of their work and for their typical stuff they really bring things back to new. I have only seen their work truck which has a custom paint job and boy! It looks amazing so I plan on having them paint my project car!

Took my mustang inOn 5-6-2020 to get left quarter panel and mirror replaced from an accident the service received was top notch. When I picked up my car a week later it looked just like it did when I first bought it. Very happy with the work and the service. They even detailed my car inside and out. I just took my car in today to repair a headlight after getting into and accident, this was my first time dealing with collision repair and the insurance process. The team at Roberts were so kind and helpful to work with and really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of within a convenient time frame. (Big shoutout to Jacob at the front desk, his customer service was great). The repair work looked solid and I was impressed with how clean my car was inside and out when I went to pick it up. I will be going back if I am ever in need of repair work again.

I had my class A 40 ft. Tiffin RV Allegro Bus repaired there. Richard, Jacob, woody and the crew did an excellent job. Paint matched perfect.door lines were straight. Body work was unrecognizable! Cost very reasonable for the service you receive. Awesome experience. The owner is solid and so very nice and honest! EXTREMELY HELPFUL! They do amazing work! Car looked better than the day it rolled off the lot!

Paint work is good but attention to detail is lacking. Insurance repair on a new car. They overlooked trim panels glass that were scratched up and after they finished and delivered the car I found several caps in the engine bay that they removed and just tucked into a corner, the ones to the A.C lines and most importantly one for the battery acid reservoir the car is A hybrid. I replaced the caps and took the car back to them and they were more than happy to correct the issues. Now just waiting on them to finish up. Friendly people and they do good work but they need to step up their attention to detail.

Brought in car for damage to front passenger side . Long story short . Upon picking car up after being repaired. I noticed a large chip out of the paint not fixed. I mentioned it to staff . I spoke with Woody he looked at the written statement of what needed to be repaired and he had missed writing all of the damage. He said it was part my fault that I didnt notice it when I signed contract for repair. Lol. Woody has been around for a long time. Ive been there several times with no issues. I no longer will go to Roberts Collision. They fixed it because they were in the wrong.

Nice friendly,and decent place to get your car repaired. The staff is very courteous and helped me throughout the entire repair process.

DO NOT recommend going here if you have car troubles. Took them almost half a yea to fix my car + the workers there and manager weren’t very polite. DO NOT GO HERE!!

This place did an awesome job on putting my car back together with a life time warranty for as long as I own my car...very happy....
