Before I drop off my car for a tint I called to ask how much will it cost for the tint that I want then they said $150 so I went and drop off my vehicle around 1pm and when I got there I was gonna pay it right away so I dont have to worry about using the money coz Ill be paying cash but they told me not to pay it yet so I just set aside the 150 that we already talked about and they said the car will be ready in like 3-4 hours, after 4 hours I called to ask if the tint is done so I could pick up the car because I just asked my friend to give me a ride they asked who I am and I said my name and they ask from where so I said hanford and they told me I called the wrong number then I heard guys in the background laughing and making fun of me then I start to get irritated and he said Im just kidding the car is not done yet pick it up at 7pm so when I pick up the car and was about to pay, they are charging me $280 but the price that we talked about earlier that day was $150 so I told him and he said if you only want to pay $150 Ill rip it off. THEY OVER CHARGED ME, THEY ARE NOT ON TIME, THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. The tint is not even worth the money that I paid it has bubbles.

Went to have window regulator fixed on both windows and windows tinted. Bent vehicle after locking keys in it tint bubbled and window fell and other one improperly worked was told there was no warranty it hadnt been 30 days. Very poor job done on vehicle now having to pay to redo the work that should have done.

Terrible service. Would not recommend using them. Go elsewhere. They are unorganized and even with an appointment they take walkins and work on them first. The guy at the counter was not friendly. Why have an appointment if they are going to take walkins first?

Great service drop off this morning as a walk in. Very professional service.

Made an appt yesterday on a Friday for the next day Saturday. Guy told me to come as early as possible as they only work a half day on Saturdays. Told him I’d be there at 8am. Showed up at 7:55am waited 20 minutes and no one ever showed up. Called. Went to the door, no one. Wasted day off and super unprofessional. Probably a blessing in disguise that I didn’t turn over my brand new car to these people!

Ive had four cars done by them, great experience with all of them. I always recommend Tint Doctor.

Charged me 265. Took my car at 10:00am and got it at 5:00 . 30 dollars to remove one window tint i had left, thats to much for just one window. I recommend taking them off yourself . But window tint came out nice.

I took in my Jeep JL without an appt in the morning and he got me in and out in the same day, results came out amazing and looks professional and gave my car a different look. The owner even told me about some trails that I would have fun in. Highly Recommend

Excellent service, in and out, also unreally pricing, was so affordable didnt have to use my insurance which has a$ 500 dollar deductible. Which once I got my 3rd Quote everyone wanted to charge $850- $900 , charged a third of the cost out of the gate and even told them they were way under priced . Associate with Tint DR. Replied other Companies way over charge on luxury vehicles because they can and is what it is, dropped off my car Friday morning and picked it up before noon same day. X

Went to get my truck windows done before Thanksgiving they were able to get my truck in fast and very professional. The job they did was really good i will recommend them and always go back for all my needs!

DO NOT USE! Recently used Tint Doctor to replace my windshield and was appalled by the service provided. I read the reviews and took the risk after seeing multiple bad reviews from several years ago with poor responses from the management team at Tint Doctor. I figured it was a couple years ago and things could be better. WRONG. The windshield was repaired but none of the shattered glass had been cleaned out of my vehicle let alone the hood. I went back inside and politely asked the associate at the desk if I could get someone to clean out the glass as I have a 17 month old and the last thing I need is him finding a piece. She went to the back and had the Techs come back out. One of them inspected the car and asked “what’s the problem”, to which I respectfully pointed out all the glass left on the floor, dash, and hood. Under his breath, he responded “This Guy”. I was not entirely sure if that was what he said so I asked him to repeat himself, to which he started walking towards me to get in my face and repeated “This Guy.” All this happened with my Wife and Son standing right behind me in the parking lot. If I had not backed up when he got within 2 feet of me he would have continued to get even closer. I called almost every other day to talk to the Owner and never got a response back. I am a big proponent of using local businesses, but I would not recommend this one.

Tint doctor is legit. I hear good things about their tint work. Got a 99 Durango about a year and a half ago. Runs great. Never had a problem. Good people!! Thanks guys

Rude customers service. They said life time warranty but who keeps there receipt for 7 years. Tinted turned purple and peeled off come on guys be nice to people to keep them coming back and recomend more people.

Messed up one of the windows hoping I wouldnt catch it and ran the battery dead on a new car then I had to car and leave it for a whole nother day just to fix there mistake then on top of that charged an extra $9.00 to use my debit card and wanted an extra $20.00 to warrant their work!

Trash, I told the dude who quoted me for the windows exactly what I wanted, 5% all around, he then took my car at 11am, car got done at 3, no problem. I though man that was fast, go to get in the car, my driver and passenger window arnt even tinted. I thought the price of $216.93 was pricey in the first place, so I tell the girl my front windows were supposed to be tinted as well and she told me it would take another hour and a half and she would have to charge me more. Tash customer service and way over priced. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY!!!

So I went to get my quote and set an appointment. I show up for my appointment and they said they couldnt do my tint cause they old tint had to be removed and it would take all day. So I go to Tint Plus Auto Glass down the street as a walk in. Tint Plus tinted my car in 3 hrs! All day job my ass! Go to Tint Plus Auto Glass instead. Dont waste your time like me!

Got windows tinted march 25 my glass came back scratched up went back they said the didnt do it i asked about the bubbles was told to wait a week and come back if they were still there so i did. Went back today, was told it couldnt be fixed for 3 weeks. So i asked for a refund was told no refunds even though the say satisfaction is guaranteed. I was upset then was told my car couldnt be fixed at all if i didnt want to wait. Long story short wouldnt recommend please save yourself the hassle and go else were. I never write reviews but if i can just save one person from this horrible experience its worth it.

First of all, if youre looking for a quality tint job, I recommend you do not go to this place. I took in my 2016 Accord and the tint on the rear window was not even put on correctly. It had a bubble about 8 inches wide. I called and tried to had them fix it but they gave me an appointment 3 weeks from the time I called. And, even though they work on Saturdays, they did not want to schedule me. The day of my appt, I went in at 8am and ended up coming out at 4pm. Its ridiculous as I had the tint on my other car removed and tinted again in less than 5 hours by a different person. Then I realized, that this shops service is absolutely horrible.

Probably the worst business in hanford, if you can even call it that. bought a car off these con artists not even three weeks later its breaking down on me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Took my car and the job wasn’t done right, you could hear a whistling sound. They “fixed” but I could still hear a sound. I took it back again but this time they claimed that sound was normal which it wasn’t becuase before I got my windshield replaced it didn’t do it. Just take your car somewhere else
