While back I had them replace a window and screens on the house. Window was fine but 2 of the 5 or 6 screens I had replaced just fall off on to the ground. I have called twice with no results, get the run around. They even blamed Covid! OMFG. I will never use them again. Id rather pay more and get better results! I cannot recommend this company to anyone! Rob Bridges of hanford!.

I called Hanford Glass to purchase and have installed a shower door, which they advertise they do. They said they would come out to make the quote and didnt show....I called and the lady said they were on another job and were busy, but would call the next day to schedule the quote...That never happened either. I called The Glass Shop in Visalia, and the installer came out the same day the door came in, and they installed it. If you are not going to do the job, just tell the potential customer that you cant do it, dont waste peoples time...Very lousy business practices.

Ive called this place 2 different times to get a quote and they said they would come out in the afternoon and they were a no show. Today while getting tires right next to them I went there and spoke to a lady who took my name and address down. She said the same thing. It would be after lunch. And for the 3rd time a no show. If they didnt want to assist me, they should have said so. Giving a company 3 chances to come out and get a no call no show is just sad.

Took broken window was supposed to get a call the same day to pick up at a time and no call or nothing. Needed the window for same day left house without window and they never called. Showed up right at 4 to see what was going on and they were gone already.

The whole job was reasonably well priced, installed 8 windows in a day. I was surprised to find out that it has solar tinting in the glass already, would have them install my house again.
